Instability of longitudinal wave in magnetized strongly coupled dusty plasmas is investigated. The dust charging relaxation is taken into account. It is found that there exists threshold of interdust distance for the instability of wave, which is determined significantly by the dust charging relaxation, the coupling parameter of high correlation of dust as well the strength of magnetic field.

The theoretical framework for the cascaded four waves mixing (CFWM) in gas-filled capillary by fs pulses is constructed. Based on the theoretical framework, the signal-pressure curves (SPC) of the CFWM in gas-filled capillary by fs pulses are calculated. With a comparison between the theoretical and experimental SPC we have discussed the influence of the walk-off and Phase modulation on the SPC. At the same time, we have discussed the possible origin of the first three peaks of the SPC.

High spin states of the odd proton-nucleus 169Ta have been populated in the reaction 155Gd(19F,5n) with beam energies of 97 MeV. Rotational band based on d3/2 proton 1/2[411] Nilsson state has been pushed up to 39/2+ in the α = 1/2 decay sequence. Its signature partner, the α = -1/2 decay sequence with four link transitions has been established and 1/2[411] band in 169Ta was reassigned to be a semi-decoupled band. The systematics of the signature splitting in the K = 1/2 bands in the rear-earth region and the accidental degeneracy conclusion given by the angular projection shell model were discussed.

Solitary waves in relativistic electromagnetic plasmas are obtained numerically. The longitudinal momentum of electrons has been taken into account in the problem. It is found that in the moving frame with electromagnetic field propagating the solitary waves can exist in both cases, where the vector potential frequency is larger or smaller than the plasma characteristic frequency.
