Background:Acute myeloid leukemia(AML)is a heterogeneous hematopoietic malignancy whose prognosis is associated with several ***,a deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)methyltransferase(DNMT)in-hibitor,combined with cytarabine,aclarubicin hydrochloride,and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(DCAG),has been used in patients newly diagnosed with *** regimen has been especially used in older and fragile patients who are immunocompromised or have co-morbidities,as well as those with specific gene ***,the integration of molecular risk stratification and treatment guidance for the DCAG regimen has not been well ***,this study aimed to investigate the genetic mutations associated with AML and establish appropriate treatment strategies for patients newly diagnosed with ***:This study analyzed the clinical data and genetic mutations based on next-generation sequencing(NGS)in 124 newly diagnosed patients with AML who received the DCAG regimen at the People's Liberation Army(PLA)General Hospital from January 2008 to August *** associated with the cumulative incidence of relapse(CIR)and leukemia-free survival(LFS)in patients newly diagnosed with AML were ***:The most adverse prognosis of DCAG-treated patients was observed in those with FLT3-ITD,KIT,PTPN11,GATA2,or IDH1 mutations during univariable analysis,whereas PTPN11 mutation was solely significant in multivariable analysis,with an increased likelihood of CIR(P=0.001)and reduced LFS duration(P=0.077).Hyperleukocytosis was maintained as an independent risk factor for increased CIR risk(P=0.044)and decreased LFS duration(P=0.042)in multivariable *** this study,we validated the risk classification of patients with AML receiving an epigenetic modifier-based induction regimen across a broad age ***:NGS demonstrated a dismal overall outcome in patients with the rare PTPN11 mutations,indicating the need for new therapies that target this h

Noise-induced hearing loss is the primary non-genetic factor contributing to auditory ***,there are currently no effective pharmacological interventions for patients with noise-induced hearing ***,we present evidence suggesting that the lysine-specific demethylase 1 inhibitor–tranylcypromine is an otoprotective agent that could be used to treat noise-induced hearing loss,and elucidate its underlying regulatory *** established a mouse model of permanent threshold shift hearing loss by exposing the mice to white broadband noise at a sound pressure level of 120 d B for 4 *** found that tranylcypromine treatment led to the upregulation of Sestrin2(SESN2)and activation of the autophagy markers light chain 3B and lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 1 in the cochleae of mice treated with *** noise exposure group treated with tranylcypromine showed significantly lower average auditory brainstem response hearing thresholds at click,4,8,and 16 k Hz frequencies compared with the noise exposure group treated with *** findings indicate that tranylcypromine treatment resulted in increased SESN2,light chain 3B,and lysosome-associated membrane glycoprotein 1 expression after noise exposure,leading to a reduction in levels of 4-hydroxynonenal and cleaved caspase-3,thereby reducing noise-induced hair cell ***,immunoblot analysis demonstrated that treatment with tranylcypromine upregulated SESN2 expression via the autophagy *** treatment also reduced the production of NOD-like receptor family pyrin domaincontaining 3(NLRP3)*** conclusion,our results showed that tranylcypromine treatment ameliorated cochlear inflammation by promoting the expression of SESN2,which induced autophagy,thereby restricting NLRP3-related inflammasome signaling,alleviating cochlear hair cell loss,and protecting hearing *** findings suggest that inhibiting lysine-specific demethylase 1 is a

The associations of individual amino acid with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)risk remained *** present study aimed to investigate the associations between the two in the Chinese ***:A community-based health check-up program was conducted in Qingdao,*** was diagnosed by ultrasonography accompanied by epidemiological *** dietary intakes of amino acids were investigated with 3-day,24-h dietary records and calculated by Nutrition Calculator *** cubic spline model was used to evaluate a nonlinear relationship between amino acid intake and NAFLD ***:400 NAFLD subjects were identified,and 400 participants were randomly selected as controls and matched by gender and age(±3 years)Dose-response analysis showed that 1000 mg increment of aromatic amino acids(AAAs)was associated with reduced 16%risk of *** increments of 750 mg/d threonine,950 mg/d valine,or 1700 mg/d lysine were associated with a 20%reduction in the NAFLD risk(all P for linearity<0.05).Conclusion:The present study demonstrated that the dietary increases in milk,eggs and deep-sea fish,which are rich in the amino acids,might contribute to protecting against NAFLD in the elderly.

In Multi-access Edge Computing(MEC),to deal with multiple user equipment(UE)’s task offloading problem of parallel relationships under the multi-constraints,this paper proposes a cooperation partial task offloading method(named CPMM),aiming to reduce UE’s energy and computation consumption,while meeting the task completion delay as much as *** first studies the task offloading of single-UE and then considers the task offloading ofmulti-UE based on single-UE task *** the critical path algorithmto divide the modules into key and non-key *** to some constraints of UE-self when offloading tasks,it gives priority to non-key modules for offloading and uses the evaluation decision method to select some appropriate key modules for *** on fully considering the competition between multiple UEs for communication resources and MEC service resources,CPMM uses the weighted queuing method to alleviate the competition for communication resources and uses the branch decision algorithm to determine the location of module offloading by BS according to the MEC servers’*** achieves its goal by selecting reasonable modules to offload and using the cooperation ofUE,MEC,andCloudCenter to determine the execution location of *** experiments demonstrate that CPMM obtains superior performances in task computation consumption reducing around 6%on average,task completion delay reducing around 5%on average,and better task execution success rate than other similar methods.

Separation and analysis of aromatic hydrocarbons (AHs) from coals is of considerable significance for both fuel and non-fuel use of the coals. In present work two Chinese bituminous coals were selected for separation of AHs by ultrasonic extrac-tion with CS2 followed by column chromatography using hexane as eluent. A series of AHs were separated from the two coals and analyzed by GC/MS. FTIR was employed to characterize the raw coals and the extracted residues. The results of GC/MS analysis show that the separated AHs are mono- to tetracyclic arenes, among which the principle AHs are alkyl naphthalenes and phenan-threnes. Obvious differences in the composition and the structure of AHs exist between the two coals, i.e., the AHs from Tongting coal tend to be higher rings compared to those from Pingshuo coal both from the variety and from the abundance of the AHs. FTIR analysis shows that the raw and extracted coals are similar in terms of functional groups, suggesting that the composition and structure of CS2 extract, especially the AHs, from coals can be used to interpret the coal structure to some extent.

China is experiencing rapid population *** one contributing factor affecting senior citizens’lives is the disconnect between the built environment in urban and rural areas and the behavioral preferences of older ***,research on the relation between the built environment and the behavior of older individuals has been ***,this paper uses the most recent health tracking data on factors influencing aging in China released in 2020(China senior Health Survey Tracking Survey).Applying traditional regression,least absolute shrinkage and selection operator regression,and two decision tree optimization models from machine learning,a comprehensive comparative study is carried out to investigate the correlation between the built environment and the physical activity,dietary habits,and social interactions of older age *** findings reveal that built environment variables most significantly impact physical activity,accounting for 52.525%,followed by social interaction behaviors at 50.202%and dietary intake at 47.991%.Furthermore,the authors identify population density and greenness rate as the built environment factors having considerable effects on the behavior of older ***,this study establishes a theoretical foundation for developing age-friendly community environments for older adults.

A systematic research on the pyrolysis process of polymethysilicone (SAR-2) and the thermostability of the pyrolysis residue was made by the thermogravimetric analysis, DTA and infrared *** experimental results indicate that the pyrolysis residue of SAR-2 converted into the amorphous SiC_xO_(4-x) phase above 900 ℃,the residue at 1200 ℃ is the most thermostable and *** is suitable to be used as polysilicone preceramic.

The research article is the analysis of wave propagation in an initially stressed micropolar fractional-order derivative thermoelastic diffusion medium with *** governing equations in the context of generalized fractional-order derivative thermo-elasticity are formulated and the velocity equations are *** plane wave solution of these equations indicates the existence of six plane waves,namely coupled longitudinal displacement(cL),coupled thermal(cT),coupled mass diffusion(cMD),coupled longitudinal void volume fraction(cV),coupled transverse displacement(cT D),and coupled transverse micro-rotational(cT M)*** sets of coupled waves(cL),(cT),(cMD)and(cV)are found to be dis-persive,attenuating and influenced by the presence of thermal,diffusion and voids parameters in the *** speeds of coupled transverse displacement(cT D),and coupled transverse micro-rotational(cT M)waves are not affected by thermal,diffusion and void *** speeds of the plane waves,cL,cT,cMD,and cV are computed for a particular material and plotted against the thermal parameter,fre-quency,initial stress,diffusion and void parameters.
