[Objectives]The paper was to establish an ultra high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/linear ion trap complex mass spectrometry for the determination of 10 kinds ofα2-receptor agonists in animal derived food.[Methods]The samples were extracted with sodium carbonate buffer solution and ethyl acetate,and analyzed by mass spectrometry after solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography separation.[Results]Ten kinds ofα2-receptor agonists showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1-100μg/mL,with the average recovery of over 69%and the relative standard deviation less than 8.32%.The detection limit of 10 kinds of α_(2)-receptor agonists was up to 1μg/kg.[Conclusions]The method has good selectivity and strong anti-interference ability,and can meet the requirements of 10 kinds ofα2-receptor agonists residues in animal derived food.

Blueberry,kiwifruit,Rosa roxburghii,and raspberry are the characteristic fruits planted in Guizhou Province.However,in recent years,harmful factors such as plant diseases and insect pests,pesticides and heavy metal residues have affected the quality and safety of blueberry,kiwifruit,R.roxburghii,raspberry and other berries.These problems mainly include the frequent occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests,pesticide residues and heavy metal pollution,which not only seriously affect the quality and safety of berries,but also restrict the healthy development of berry industry.Therefore,it is very important to study the detection and monitoring of key hazard factors affecting the quality and safety of blueberry,kiwifruit,R.roxburghii and raspberry,as well as the standardized production technology.Using literature analysis,field investigation,questionnaire survey,comprehensive analysis,SWOT analysis,laboratory testing and other methods,this paper made a comprehensive and in-depth study of the berry industry in Guizhou Province.Through the analysis of the current situation of the berry industry in Guizhou Province,the problems and shortcomings in the planting,management,sales and other aspects of the industry were revealed.In order to solve these problems,a series of practical measures were put forward,including strengthening pest control,optimizing pesticide application technology,and strictly controlling heavy metal pollution,so as to ensure the healthy and stable development of berry industry.The implementation of these measures will help to improve the overall quality level of the berry industry in Guizhou Province.

Biogenic amine is one of the main categories of hazardous compounds in meat and meat products,making its detection methods vital for the assurance of edible safety.In this sense,many biogenic amine detection techniques such as chromatographic,electrophoretic,and electrochemical methods have been developed,which play an irreplaceable role in ensuring the safety of meat and meat products.Due to the increasing demand for fast and on-site detection techniques,visual detection methods have been gradually developed compared with non-visual methods such as chromatography and electrophoresis.Herein,we comprehensively review the mechanism and the latest progress of these biogenic amine detection methods;besides,we put forward the prospects for the future development of biogenic amine detection techniques,with a view to providing support for the establishment of more accurate and efficient detection,prevention and control strategies of biogenic amines.

Trace Analysis of Anions in Perfluorodecalin by Green Liquid-Liquid Extraction Combined with Ion Chromatography

Perfluoronaphthenes,with inert chemical and biological properties and ability to dissolve large amounts of oxygen,have received the most attention in medical applications.However,the excessive anion contained may cause some side effects.Herein,liquid-liquid extraction technique with shaking and ultrasonic extraction was used for the trace analysis of five anions(F^(-),Cl^(-),NO_(3)^(-),PO_(4)^(3-),SO_(4)^(2-))in perfluorodecalin using water as green extractant.The optimum pretreatment technology and ion chromatography detection conditions were established.Good linearity was observed in each concentration range,and the linear correlation coefficient(R^(2))was better than 0.997.The limits of detection(S/N=3)of five anions from perfluorodecalin were 3.2,5.5,14.2,23.2 and 29.5μg/L,respectively.The established method with high sensitivity and accuracy has been successfully appliedfor the determination of five anions in three perfluorodecalin products,which provides a basis for further development of green detection and quality standard formulation in perfluorodecalin and other fluorocarbon solvents.

To realize the continuous production of hydrogen energy,the efficient photocatalysts are required in the heterogeneous reaction for water splitting.Herein,we reported a surface modulation strategy,via doping oxygen atoms to tune the surface state of ZnIn_(2)S_(4)nanosheets with cocatalyst MoS_(2)modification,to enhance water adsorption and surface catalytic reaction for boosting the photocatalytic activity.Consequently,MoS_(2)/O-ZnIn_(2)S_(4)photocatalysts showed a remarkably superior photocatalytic H_(2)production performance of 4.002 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)and an apparent quantum yield(AQY)of~2.53%,5.4 folds higher than ZnIn_(2)S_(4).Using operando infrared spectroscopy and DFT calculation,we revealed the dynamic structural evolution,as well as the active sites for water adsorption and the catalytic reaction at the MoS_(2)/O ZnIn_(2)S_(4)interface.This work reveals the effect of surface modulation on the photocatalytic activity for MoS_(2)/O-ZnIn_(2)S_(4)and offers a feasible method to devise excellent nanomaterial photocatalysts for H_(2)production.

[Objectives]The paper was to identify the pathogenic species of postharvest diseases of kiwifruit.[Methods]The pathogenic fungi were isolated from diseased kiwifruits during the storage period,and cultured to observe their culture traits and morphological characteristics.Molecular biological identification and pathogenicity test were carried out to confirm the main pathogens.[Results]There were 7 species of pathogenic fungi causing kiwifruit diseases during the storage period,including Alternaria spp.,Botryosphaeria dothidea,Phomopsis/Diaporthe spp.,Pestalotiopsis sp.,Pseudocercospora sp.,Colletotrichum sp.,and Botrytis cinerea.[Conclusions]The research will provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of postharvest diseases of kiwifruit.

Research on the Chemical Hazard Risk of Toys Exported to EU from China Based on the Analysis of the EU “Safety Gate” Alerts Cases

Based on the analysis of the 2544 alert cases from “Safety Gate” (the EU rapid alert system for dangerous non-food products) of toys exported to the EU market from China in the past five years (2017-2021), this study focuses on the chemical hazards as the key research object, investigates and identifies categories of toy products and related chemicals with high notification rate. The research results have shown that the most seriously and frequently alerted toy products due to chemical hazards from China exported to the EU are plastic dolls, slimes, rubber toy balloons, toy guns and squeezable toys, while the high failure rate of chemicals in sequence are phthalates, boron element, N-Nitrosamines and N-Nitrosatable substances, and bis(2-(dimethylamino)ethyl) ether. This study aims to improve the efficiency of inspection and test of export toys, and provide decision-making references for Chinese toy export enterprises to respond to EU technical trade measures.

Since 2014, zibo Plant Protection Station has carried out a series of prevention and control tests in the city to solve the problem of increasingly aggravated root and stem diseases of wheat. According to the results of individual test, the technical procedures for integrated management of wheat sheath blight and wheat crown rot based on deep tillage, seed coating and chemical control in spring are integrated. The technique has been greatly promoted through on-site meetings, training and publicity, demonstration and promotion, unified prevention and control, and green prevention and control, which increases wheat yield in technology application area, reduces the use of chemical pesticides, and protects the ecological environment. The radiation drives increasing production and incomes of the surrounding farmers, receiving remarkable economic, social and ecological benefits.
