Comparative Evaluation and Performance Analysis of Heat Exchangers Featured with Peened Surface

Heat exchangers have the potential for various engineering applications,and their performance is enriched by surface *** proposed system enriches the heat exchanger's performance by adapting a peened stainless steel(SS)surface blasted with copper,grinding,sand,and *** influences peened SS surface modified with a copper blast,grinding,sandblast,and iron blast on the surface morphology of shell and tube heat exchanger surface(STHE)is analyzed via tungsten heated cathode electron gun featured scanning electron microscope and observed coarse grain *** SS surface featured STHE performance is experimentally evaluated by different flow rates(30,60,90,and 120 L/min)underwater fluid medium functioned by the temperature ranges of 25-75℃ and its results are compared with computational fluid dynamic(CFD)/heat transfer research(HTrI)analyzed *** 60 L/min flow rate was spotted as an optimum value for both shell and tube side *** STHE is operated with a 60 L/min flow rate under the different peened surfaces and evaluated its Stanton number,Nusselt number,logarithmic mean temperature difference(LmTD),overall heat transfer coefficient,number of transfer units(NTU),effectiveness,and exergy *** iron blasted SS peened surface was observed to have better SHTE performance like Stanton number(0.0012),Nusselt number(2180),reduced LmTD of 31℃,improved overall heat transfer co-efficient of 2400 W/(m^(2)·K),better NTU of 0.5532,good effectiveness value of 0.45162,and hiked exergy efficiency of 10% respectively.

The categorization of brain tumors is a significant issue for healthcare *** and timely identification of brain tumors is important for employing an effective treatment of this *** tumors possess high changes in terms of size,shape,and amount,and hence the classification process acts as a more difficult research *** paper suggests a deep learning model using the magnetic resonance imaging technique that overcomes the limitations associated with the existing classification *** effectiveness of the suggested method depends on the coyote optimization algorithm,also known as the LOBO algorithm,which optimizes the weights of the deep-convolutional neural network *** accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity indices,which are obtained to be 92.40%,94.15%,and 91.92%,respectively,are used to validate the effectiveness of the suggested *** result suggests that the suggested strategy is superior for effectively classifying brain tumors.

Effect of germinated Brown rice Supplementation on Prediabetes markers: A 120-Day Dietary Intervention Study in Selected Female groups

The rice variety,Co 51,was specifically selected for the development of white polished rice,brown rice(Br),and germinated brown rice(gBr).gBr rendered significant increases in nutrients,including dietary fiber,resistant starch,total antioxidant activity,γ-amino butyric acid(gABA),γ-oryzanol,and ferulic acid content compared with *** cooked gBr and white polished rice(120 g)were served with a known quantity of pulses and vegetables without affecting the physical activities of selected groups and the total experimentation period spanned 120 *** the end of the study period,the experimental group consuming gBr showed a significant decrease in fasting blood glucose(FBg),average glycated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(Tg),and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),compared with the group taking white polished *** findings suggest that owing to gBr’s better nutrient composition and bioactive functional ingredients,the long-term consumption of gBr would effectively lower the risk of prediabetes related to FBg,HbA1c,and Tg.

An extended literature review has been conducted about nurses’ turnover, and how to retain the staff by applying appropriate Human resources theory in the healthcare organisation, to retain nurses and eliminate turnover. This is through exploring the Human resource management issue related to nurses’ high turnover and the reason which is behind to leave their hospitals in Kuwait. Also, the study will critically examine the working nature and the issue behind nurses’ turnover. In addition, motivational theories will be used in this paper and will apply some strategies that can be used to avert the causes of the problem, to ensure that nurses are retained within their organisations. Aim: To enhance employee loyalty to their organisations and effectively retain nurses’ staff in X organisation, with a particular reference to Human resources management. methodology: Various literature, journals, articles, reports and books were reviewed to achieve the aim of this paper, specific consideration was given to the leadership. A relevant Human resources Theory was applied with leadership support to retain nurses in the organisation and to reduce nurses’ turnover. Findings: Leaders are important to develop a considerable retention strategy within the organisation, by increasing the nurse’s loyalty and satisfaction through different techniques such as policy and guidelines, motivating through allowances and leave, further changing the system. recommendations: To provide extensive training to the leaders to enhance their skills in managing the organisation and staff. To overcome the issues that interfere with nurses’ satisfaction and solve the issues to retain the nurses.

Influence of Quantal and Statistical Fluctuations on Phase Transitions in Finite Nuclei

Investigations on thermal evolution of pairing-phase transition and shape-phase transition in light nuclei are made as a function of pair gap, deformation, temperature and angular momentum using a finite temperature statistical approach with main emphasis to fluctuations. The occurrence of a peak structure in the specific heat predicted as signals of the pairing-phase and shape-phase transitions are reviewed and it is found that they are not actually true phase transitions and it is only an artifact of the mean field models. Since quantal number and spin fluctuations and statistical fluctuations in pair gap, deformation degrees of freedom and energy when incorporated, it wash out the pairing-phase transition and smooth out the shape-phase transition. Phase transitions due to collapse of pair gap and deformation is discussed and a clear picture of pairing-phase transition in light nuclei is presented in which pairing transition is reconciled.

Neurobehavioral Analysis of Ethanolic Extract of roots and rhizomes of Acorus calamus in 6-hydr.xydopamine Hydr.bromide-induced ADHD Neonatal rat model——An Observational Study

Background: An imbalance in Nor-adr.naline and Dopamine neurotransmitter levels in the brain is the reason for the development of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) which is a neurodevelopmental disorder. 6-Hydr.xy Dopamine hydr.bromide injection in the brain destroys catecholamine receptors thereby inducing, ADHD and expressing ADHD symptoms such as hyperactivity, inattention, anxiety, and impaired cognitive function. Aims and Objectives: Our aim is to analyze the antagonistic effect of 6-Hydr.xy Dopamine by the ethanolic extract of the Acorus calamus in Neonatal rats. Settings and Design: The study was conducted in neonatal rats and analyzed the three main signs of ADHD-like behaviour in 6-OHDAHBr rats on attention, and impairment. The model identified distinct co-occurring symptoms, marble burying behaviour. The animals were sacrificed and histopathological analysis was performed. materials and methods: rats were divided into 5 groups. Control, Induced control, Standard, test dr.g of low and high dose. The behavioural analysis was studied on days 7, 14, and 21using pole climbing, water maze, marble burying. Statistical Analysis Used: One-way ANOVA with multiple graphpad prism version ***: The extract shows significant improvement in reducing ADHD symptoms in dose-dependent manner. The model's validity is further supported by a histological investigation that reveals dopamine depletion, changes in cortical thickness, and anomalies in the neurons of the anterior cingulate cortex. Conclusions: The study concludes that neonatal dopamine deprivation causes behavioural abnormalities that are comparable to those seen in patients, making it a useful model for researching the pathophysiological mechanisms underlying ADHD and discovering potential treatment targets.

Photocatalytic degradation of endocrine disruptor Bisphenol-A in the presence of prepared Ce_xZn_(1-x)O nanocomposites under irradiation of sunlight

Photocatalytic degradation of Bisphenol A （BPA）, a representative endocrine disruptor chemical, was carried out under irradiation of sunlight in the presence of CexZn1-xO nanophotocatalyst. Cerium （Ce） ions were successfully incorporated into the bulk lattice of ZnO by simple co-precipitation process. The CexZn1-xO composite nanostructures exhibited higher photocatalytic efficiency than pure ZnO in the degradation of BPA under sunlight irradiation and nearly complete mineralization of BPA was achieved. The degradation rate was strongly dependent on factors such as the size and structure of catalyst, doping material concentration, BPA concentration, catalyst load, irradiation time and pH levels. This work suggested that the CexZn1-xO assisted photocatalytic degradation is a versatile, economic, environmentally benign and efficient method for BPA removal in the aqueous environment.
