BACKGROUND Adolescent major depressive disorder(MDD)is a significant mental health concern that often leads to recurrent depression in ***-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)offers unique insights into the neural mechanisms underlying this ***,despite previous research,the specific vulnerable brain regions affected in adolescent MDD patients have not been fully *** To identify consistent vulnerable brain regions in adolescent MDD patients using rs-fMRI and activation likelihood estimation(ALE)*** We performed a comprehensive literature search through July 12,2023,for studies investigating brain functional changes in adolescent MDD *** utilized regional homogeneity(ReHo),amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations(ALFF)and fractional ALFF(fALFF)*** compared the regions of aberrant spontaneous neural activity in adolescents with MDD vs healthy controls(HCs)using *** Ten studies(369 adolescent MDD patients and 313 HCs)were *** the ReHo and ALFF/fALFF data,the results revealed that the activity in the right cuneus and left precuneus was lower in the adolescent MDD patients than in the HCs(voxel size:648 mm3,Psed *** on the ALFF data,we found decreased activity in the right cuneus and left precuneus in adolescent MDD patients(voxel size:736 mm3,Ps exhibiting increased *** Through ALE meta-analysis,we consistently identified the right cuneus and left precuneus as vulnerable brain regions in adolescent MDD patients,increasing our understanding of the neuropathology of affected adolescents.

Introduction:severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(sFTs)is an emerging infectious disease caused by the sFTs virus,which has a high mortality *** the number of sFTs cases is essential for early outbreak warning and can offer valuable insights for establishing prevention and control ***:In this study,data on monthly sFTs cases in Hubei Province,China,from 2013 to 2020 were *** time series models based on seasonal auto-regressive integrated moving average(sARIMA),Prophet,eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost),and long short-term memory(LsTM)were developed using these historical data to predict sFTs *** established models were evaluated and compared using mean absolute error(MAE)and root mean squared error(RMsE).Results:Four models were developed and performed well in predicting the trend of sFTs *** XGBoost model outperformed the others,yielding the closest fit to the actual case numbers and exhibiting the smallest MAE(2.54)and RMsE(2.89)in capturing the seasonal trend and predicting the monthly number of sFTs cases in Hubei ***:The developed XGBoost model represents a promising and valuable tool for sFTs prediction and early warning in Hubei Province,China.

Objective To investigate the impact of high circulating anti-Müllerian hormone（AMH）on the outcome of ovulation induction using human menopausal gonadotropin（hM G）in women with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOs）.Methods This prospective study included 63 anovulatory women with PCOs who underwent hM G ovarian stimulation. serum AMH concentrations were compared between responders and non-responders. The receiver-operating characteristic（ROC）curve was used to evaluate the prognostic value of circulating *** hM G responders had a significantly lower serum AMH concentration compared with non-responders（8.43±2.18 μg/L vs 11.05±2.85 μg/L, P〈0.001）. In multivariate Logistic regression analysis, AMH was an independent predictor of ovulation induction by hM G in PCOs patients. ROC curve analysis showed AMH was a useful predictor of ovulation induction by hM G in PCOs patients, having 91.7% specificity and 66.7% sensitivity when the threshold AMH concentration was 10.12 μg/*** serum AMH can be used as an effective parameter to predict ovarian response to hM G treatment in PCOs patients.
