With the development of scientific technology,the transition to the intelligent era of digitalization and automation is an irresistible trend for medical *** diagnosis systems have undergone significant changes as a result of intelligent technologies,such as machine learning,artificial intelligence,and the Internet of Things,from the collection,transmission,and detection of test samples to the review of reports and the provision of clinical *** addition to significantly enhancing the efficiency,consistency,and accuracy of medical laboratory testing,these technologies also assist the improvement of individualized healthcare and medical expert systems,as well as the early detection and treatment of *** future development of medical laboratories will focus on integrating big data and diverse intelligent resources,cooperating more closely with clinical departments,and realizing the effective pathway of patient‐centered *** purpose of this review is to illustrate the current state of intelligent technology integration in medical laboratories and provide a preliminary discussion about the potential future influences of intelligent technology development on the evolution of medical laboratories.

Combined intra-arterial thrombolysis and neuprotectant agents reduce cerebral infarction in rabbits with experimental acute cerebral ischemia

BACKGROUND： The intra-arterial thrombolytic therapy is one of main methods for more patients to obtain benefits. The percentage of arterial recanalization treated with intra-artedal therapy is higher than with intra-venous therapy, next, the dose of thrombolytic medicines is lower and the therapeutic time window may be possibly longer. Related researches are focus on intra-arterial thrombolysis combining with neuprotectant agents to treat acute ischemic stroke. The results show that combination of them can further prolong the therapeutic time window, improve the percentage of arterial recanalization and reduce cerebral infarction volume. OBJECTIVE： To observe the effect of single thrombolitic therapy combined with neuroprotectant agents in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke. DEsIGN： Randomized block design sETTING： Xinhua hospital of Xixiang City, Henan Province MATERIALs ： Thirty-six adult male white rabbits, weighing 1.5-2.0 kg, clean grade, were provided by Experimental Animal Center of Xinxiang Medical College. All rabbits were randomly divided into three groups： intra-arterial thrombolysis control group, corenalin control group and combination group with 12 in each group. AIM To ascertain the prognostic role of the T4 and N2 category in stage Ⅲ pancreatic cancer according to the 8 th edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC) *** Patients were collected from the surveillance Epidemiology and End Results(sEER) database(2004-2013) and were divided into three groups: T(1-3)N2, T4 N(0-1), and T4 N2. Overall survival(Os) and disease-specific survival(Dss) of patients were evaluated by the Kaplan-Meier method. REsULTs For the first time, we found a significant difference in Os and Dss between T(1-3)N2/T4 N(0-1) and T4 N2 butnot between T(1-3)N2 and T4 N(0-1). A higher grading correlated with a worse prognosis in the T(1-3)N2 and T4 N2 *** Patients with stage T4 N2 had a worse prognosis than those with stage T(1-3)N2/T4 N(0-1) in the 8 th edition AJCC staging system for pancreatic cancer. We recommend that stage Ⅲ should be subclassified into stage ⅢA [T(1-3)N2/T4 N(0-1)] and stage ⅢB(T4 N2).

A case of Photodynamic Therapy for Advanced Adenocarcinoma of Esophagogastric Junction

Photodynamic therapy(PDT)is a new minimally invasive technique for the treatment of *** with traditional treatments such as surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,PDT has the advantages of targeted killing of primary and recurrent tumor cells,less damage to surrounding normal tissue,less complications and high repetition *** purpose of this study was to investigate the short-term efficacy and adverse reactions of photodynamic therapy in advanced elderly patients with esophageal-gastric junction adenocarcinoma without surgical indications.A patient with advanced adenocarcinoma of esophagus and fundus was treated with photodynamic therapy under *** drip of Cipofen(hematoporphyrin injection 150mg/0.9%saline 250ml)for 1 hour to keep the patient away from light.48 hours after administration,photodynamic therapy was performed with"Leimai"PDT630-A photodynamic therapy apparatus,3cm columnar optical fiber,laser treatment wavelength of 630nm,transmission efficiency of 0.70,output power of 1.4W,irradiation at the lower segment of the esophagus and cardia for *** curative effect was evaluated by comparing gastroscopy before and after photodynamic *** treatment,there were proliferative lesions in the lower part of esophagus and cardia,erosion and necrosis on the surface,stricture of esophageal cavity,huge ulcer near gastric fundus,filthy moss and dam-like hyperplasia and eminence of surrounding *** treatment,the local mucosa at the entrance of cardia became white and there was no *** four days after treatment,the symptoms of nausea and vomiting disappeared;the adverse reaction of retrosternal discomfort began to occur on the second day after operation,and the adverse reaction was not improved after photodynamic *** therapy has a significant short-term effect on advanced elderly patients with adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction,which can significantly alleviate the clinical sympt

Unexplained septic shock after colonoscopy with polyethylene glycol preparation in a young adult:A case report

BACKGROUND Colonoscopy has become a routine physical examination as people’s health awareness has *** glycol(PEG)is greatly used in bowel preparation before colonoscopy due to its price and safety *** shock after colonoscopy with PEG preparation is extremely rare,with only very few cases in critically ill ***,we describe a case of septic shock in a healthy young adult immediately following colonoscopy with PEG *** sUMMARY A 33-year-old young adult presented to our hospital for colonoscopy with PEG bowel preparation due to recurrent diarrhea for 7 *** male's previous physical examination showed no abnormal indicators,and colonoscopy results were normal;however,he exhibited septic shock and markedly elevated white blood cell,C-reactive protein,and procalcitonin levels on the second day after *** resuscitation and intensive care with appropriate antibiotics improved his ***,the blood and stool cultures did not detect the pathogen CONCLUsION septic shock after colonoscopy is rare,especially in young *** authors considered the possibility of opportunistic infections after PEG bowel preparation,and clinicians should monitor patients for the possibility of such complications.

目的：探索标准通道 PCNL一期处理感染性肾结石的疗效及可行性。方法对48例肾结石合并感染患者，术前行尿培养，常规抗感染3-5天后行一期标准通道 PCNL超声或联合气压弹道碎石处理肾结石及吸出脓液。结果34例病人结石一期全部取尽，5例... 详细信息

目的：探索标准通道 PCNL一期处理感染性肾结石的疗效及可行性。方法对48例肾结石合并感染患者，术前行尿培养，常规抗感染3-5天后行一期标准通道 PCNL超声或联合气压弹道碎石处理肾结石及吸出脓液。结果34例病人结石一期全部取尽，5例残留结石较多较大经保留通道二期取石，6例残留结石较小行 EsWL后无结石残留，3例双肾结石因经济原因只行单侧手术，2例结石较大、手术时间较长者出现全身炎症反应综合征（systemic inflammatory response syndrome，sIRs），给予积极治疗好转。余无肾周脓肿、脓毒血症、感染性休克、大出血等严重并发症，随访2-24个月，平均10个月，肾功能、肾集合系统分离好转。结论标准通道 PCNL一期处理感染性肾结石疗效确切，安全无严重并发症，可作首选。
