It is necessary that the laser inertial system is used to further improve the fire accuracy and quick reaction capability in the ballistic missile strapdown inertial navigation system. According to the guidance controlling method and the output and error model of ballistic missile laser SIMU, the mathematical model of error propagation mechanism is set up and any transfer environmental function of error coefficient that affects the fire accuracy is deduced. Also, the missile longitudinal/lateral impact point is calculated using MATLAB. These establish the technical foundation for further researching the dispersion characteristics of impact point and reducing the laser guidance error.

This paper provides an overview of attitude coordination problems of multi-rigid-body with the goal of promoting research in this area. Theoretical results regarding consensus seeking with different system models, different communication topologies, different control goals and different techniques are summarized. And applications of consensus protocols to multirigid- body coordination are investigated. Finally, some future research directions and open problems are also proposed. © 2014 Chinese Association of Automation.

To improve the reliability and accuracy of visual tracker,a robust visual tracking algorithm based on multi-cues fusion under Bayesian framework is *** weighed color and texture cues of the object are applied to describe the moving *** adjustable observation model is incorporated into particle filtering,which utilizes the properties of particle filter for coping with non-linear,non-Gaussian assumption and the ability to predict the position of the moving object in a cluttered environment and two complementary attributes are employed to estimate the matching similarity dynamically in term of the likelihood ratio factors;furthermore tunes the weight values according to the confidence map of the color and texture feature on-line adaptively to reconfigure the optimal observation likelihood model,which ensured attaining the maximum likelihood ratio in the tracking scenario even if in the situations where the object is occluded or illumination,pose and scale are *** experimental result shows that the algorithm can track a moving object accurately while the reliability of tracking in a challenging case is validated in the experimentation.

The two-phase flow inst.bilities observed in through parallel multichannel can be classified into three types,of which only one is intrinsic to parallel multichannel *** intrinsic inst.bilities observed in parallel multichannel system have been studied *** stable boundary of the flow in such a parallel-channel system are sought,and the nature of inlet flow oscillation in the unstable region has been examined experimentally under various conditions of inlet velocity,heat flux,liquid temperature,cross section of channel and entrance *** results show that parallel multichannel system possess a characteristic oscillation that is quite independent of the magnitude and duration of the initial disturbance,and the stable boundary is influenced by the characteristic frequency of the system as well as by the exit quality when this is low,and upon raising the exit quality and reducing the characteristic frequency,the system increases its inst.bility,and entrance throttling effectively contributes to stabilization of the system.

The impact of X-rays on the expressions of miR-130a/miR-25 and its potential role in the enhanced metastasis of A549 cell lines in vitro induced by X-rays

We aimed to investigate the impact of X-rays on miR-130a and miR-25 expressions of A549 cell lines and to understand the mechanism of miR-130a and miR-25 on the regulation of invasion and metastasis of A549 cell lines. Human adenocarcinoma cells of the line A549 were cultured and radiated by X-rays at the absorbed doses of 2 and 4, respectively by linear accelerator. Transwell invasion and migration assay were employed to exam the metastasis ability of A549 cells post X-rays irradiation. Both the miRNA and mRNA were extracted from A549 cells at different time points post radiation. The expressions of miR-130a and miR-25, as well as the expressions of VEGF and CCR-7 mRNAs, were detected in A549 cells with 2 and 4 Gy X-rays radiation, respectively by real time PCR. Results were statistically analyzed by SAS 8.2 software, which showed that the invasiveness of A549 cells post 2 and 4 Gy X-rays increased significantly compared with that of untreated A549 cells (the migration cell numbers are 20, 48 and 62 in Group 0, 2 and 4 Gy X-rays, respectively). Furthermore, the expressions of miR-130a and miR-25 also increased significantly at the time-points of 1, 2, 4, and 8 h post radiation, and began to decrease to the control level at 12 h post radiation. VEGF and CCR-7 mRNAs were detected to be up-regulated 18 h post radiation and remained at a high level till 72 h post radiation. The expression of VEGF mRNA has a close correlation with that of CCR-7 mRNA, and the expression of miR-130a also has a correlation with that of VEGF and CCR-7mRNAs. It is concluded that the metastasis of A549 cells in vitro could be promoted by X-rays, and miR-130a might play a role in the metastasis of A549 cells via regulating the expressions of VEGF and CCR-7 mRNAs.

The embedded frequency characteristic analyzer, based on FPGA and adopting the idea of virtual inst.ument is designed. By realizing sequential control of D/A chip and A/D chip via FPGA, the analyzer outputs sine wave signal among its working frequency range, samples and saves exciting signal and response signal of system. System Frequency characteristic is obtained through CPU algorithm processing by Sinusoidal Correlation Analysis. Research results show that, the inst.ument has a friendly man-machine interface and a high measuring speed. Testing waveform compares favorably with theoretical calculated one.

Dedicated position sensitive gamma-ray detectors based on position sensitive photomultiplier tubes （PSPMTs） coupled to scintillation crystals, have been used for the construction of compact gamma-ray imaging systems, suitable for nuclear medical imaging applications such as small animal imaging and single organ imaging and scintimammography. In this work, the performance of two gamma-ray detectors： a continuous YAP scintillation crystal coupled to a Harnamastu R2486 PSPMT and a pixellated NaI（TI） scintillation array crystal coupled to the same PSPMT, is compared. The results show that the gamma-ray detector based on a pixellated NaI（TI） scintillation array crystal is a promising candidate for nuclear medical imaging applications, since their performance in terms of position linearity, spatial resolution and effective field of view （FOV） is superior than that of the gamma-ray detector based on a continuous YAP scintillation crystal. However, a better photodetector （Hamamatau H8500 Flat Panel PMT, for example） coupled to the continuous crystal is also likely a good selection for nuclear medicine imaging applications.

AIM:To assess midterm results of stapled transanal rectal resection(STARR)for obstructed defecation syndrome(ODS)and predictive factors for ***:From May 2007 to May 2009,75 female patients underwent STARR and were included in the present *** and postoperative workup consisted of standardized interview and physical examination including proctoscopy,colonoscopy,anorectal manometry,and *** and functional results were assessed by standardized questionnaires for the assessment of constipation constipation scoring system(CSS),Longo’s ODS score,and symptom severity score(SSS),incontinence Wexner incontinence score(WS),quality of life Patient Assessment of Constipation-Quality of Life Questionnaire(PAC-QOL),and patient satisfaction visual analog scale(VAS).Data were collected prospectively at baseline,12 and 30 ***:The median follow-up was 30 mo(range,30-46 mo).Late postoperative complications occurred in 11(14.7%)*** of these patients required procedure-related reintervention(one diverticulectomy and two excision of staple granuloma).Although the recurrence rate was 10.7%,constipation scores(CSS,ODS score and SSS)significantly improved after STARR(P<0.0001).Significant reduction in ODS symptoms was matched by an improvement in the PAC-QOL and VAS(P<0.0001),and the satisfaction index was excellent in 25(33.3%)patients,good in 23(30.7%),fairly good in 14(18.7%),and poor in 13(17.3%).Nevertheless,the WS increased after STARR(P=0.0169).Incontinence was present or deteriorated in 8(10.7%)patients;6(8%)of whom were new *** analysis revealed that the occurrence of fecal incontinence(preoperative,postoperative or new-onset incontinence;P=0.028,0.000,and 0.007,respectively)was associated with the success of the ***:STARR is an acceptable procedure for the surgical correction of ***,its impact on symptomatic recurrence and postoperative incontinence may be problematic.

Attitude pursuit guidance law is suitable for low cost missiles.A strap-down seeker is used to achieve this guidance *** additional angles of attack or sideslip caused by wind and by control system are considered as two disturbing factors which make attitude pursuit law ***,general attitude pursuit guidance law did not account for this two disturbing factors,because with those disturbing factors,it is difficult to *** solve the problem,the principle of strap-down seeker detecting target is investigated,the mathematical control model is established,then a modified attitude pursuit guidance law which employs the angular correction for those two disturbing factors is *** is proved that the modified attitude pursuit guidance law is appropriated to both in the presence of the additional angle of attack or sideslip via the simulations with the mathematical control model and Monte-Carlo method.
