The increasingly stringent performance requirement in integrated circuit manufacturing, characterized by smaller feature sizes and higher productivity, necessitates the wafer stage executing a extreme motion with the accuracy in terms of nanometers. This demanding requirement witnesses a widespread application of iterative learning control(ILC), given the repetitive nature of wafer scanning. ILC enables substantial performance improvement by using past measurement data in combination with the system model knowledge. However, challenges arise in cases where the data is contaminated by the stochastic noise, or when the system model exhibits significant uncertainties, constraining the achievable performance. In response to this issue, an extended state observer(ESO) based adaptive ILC approach is proposed in the frequency *** being model-based, it utilizes only a rough system model and then compensates for the resulting model uncertainties using an ESO, thereby achieving high robustness against uncertainties with minimal modeling effort. Additionally, an adaptive learning law is developed to mitigate the limited performance in the presence of stochastic noise, yielding high convergence accuracy yet without compromising convergence speed. simulation and experimental comparisons with existing model-based and data-driven inversion-based ILC validate the effectiveness as well as the superiority of the proposed method.

As an extension of linear regression in functional data analysis, functional linear regression has been studied by many researchers and applied in various fields. However, in many cases, data is collected sequentially over time, for example the financial series, so it is necessary to consider the autocorrelated structure of errors in functional regression background. To this end, this paper considers a multiple functional linear model with autoregressive errors. Based on the functional principal component analysis, we apply the least square procedure to estimate the functional coefficients and autoregression coefficients. Under some regular conditions, we establish the asymptotic properties of the proposed estimators. A simulation study is conducted to investigate the finite sample performance of our estimators. A real example on China's weather data is applied to illustrate the validity of our model.

Dear Editor,In this letter, a constrained networked predictive control strategy is proposed for the optimal control problem of complex nonlinear highorder fully actuated (HOFA) systems with noises. The method can effectively deal with nonlinearities, constraints, and noises in the system, optimize the performance metric, and present an upper bound on the stable output of the system.

This work investigates the implementation of distributed prescribed-time neural network(NN) control for nonlinear multiagent systems(MASs) using a dynamic memory event-triggered mechanism(DMETM). First, it introduces a composite learning technique in NN control. This method leverages the prediction error within the NN update law to enhance the accuracy of the unknown nonlinearity estimation. Subsequently, by introducing a time-varying transformation, the study establishes a distributed prescribed-time control algorithm. The notable feature of this algorithm is its ability to predetermine the convergence time independently of initial conditions or control parameters. Moreover, the DMETM is established to reduce the actuation frequency of the controller. Unlike the conventional memoryless dynamic event-triggered mechanism, the DMETM incorporates a memory term to further increase triggering intervals. Utilizing a distributed estimator for the leader, the DMETM-based NN prescribed-time controller is designed in a fully distributed manner, which guarantees that all signals in the closed-loop system remain bounded within the prescribed time. Finally, simulation results are presented to validate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Livestock transportation is a key factor that contributes to the spatial spread of *** analyze the impact of sheep transportation on brucellosis transmission,we develop a human–sheep coupled brucellosis model within a metapopulation network ***,we examine the positively invariant set,the basic reproduction number,the existence,uniqueness,and stability of disease-free equilibrium and the existence of the endemic equilibrium of the *** practical application,using Heilongjiang province as a case study,we simulate brucellosis transmission across 12 cities based on data using three network types:the BA network,the ER network,and homogeneous mixing *** simulation results indicate that the network's average degree plays a role in the spread of *** BA and ER networks,the basic reproduction number and cumulative incidence of brucellosis stabilize when the network's average degree reaches 4 or *** contrast,sheep transport in a homogeneous mixing network accelerates the cross-regional spread of brucellosis,whereas transportation in a BA network helps to control it ***,the findings suggest that the movement of sheep is not always detrimental to controlling the spread of *** cities with smaller sheep populations,such as Shuangyashan and Qitaihe,increasing the transport of sheep outward amplifies the spatial spread of the *** contrast,in cities with larger sheep populations,such as Qiqihar,Daqing,and Suihua,moderate sheep outflow can help reduce the *** addition,cities with large livestock populations play a dominant role in the overall transmission dynamics,underscoring the need for stricter supervision in these areas.

As the development of Internet of things(IOT), massive sensors have been deployed as the public infrastructure. With the development of in-depth applications in IOT, service discovery and composition are challenges to the end users. To handle this challenge, we develop a service mining scheme based on semantic for IOT to provide users with interesting composite services. In this scheme, services can be combined and recommended to users actively according to the calculation of service similarity and an updatable semantic database. By the results of service similarity, useless compositions can be filtered out so that energy consumption on service flooding will be reduced. The update strategy of semantic database is also given out, by which the composite services can keep up with time and be more applicative. The benefits of the proposed method are that all operations such as calculating, filtering, and updating are simple enough to be performed in sensor networks.
