In this paper,we presented the 23.3 yr of pulsar timing results of PSR J1456-6413 based on the observations of Parkes 64 m radio *** detected two new glitches at MJD 57093(3)and 59060(12)and confirmed its first glitch at MJD 54554(10).The relative sizes(Δν/ν)of these two new glitches are 0.9×10^(-9)and 1.16×10^(-9),*** the“Cholesky”timing analysis method,we have determined its position,proper motion,and two-dimensional transverse velocities from the data segments before and after the second glitch,***,we detected exponential recovery behavior after the first glitch,with a recovery timescale of approximately 200 days and a corresponding exponential recovery factor Q of approximately 0.15(2),while no exponential recovery was detected for the other two *** interestingly,we found that the leading component of the integral pulse profile after the second glitch became stronger,while the main component became *** results will expand the sample of pulsars with magnetosphere fluctuation triggered by the glitch event.

Recent progress in chimeric antigen receptor-modified T-cell(CAR-T cell) technology in cancer therapy is extremely promising, especially in the treatment of patients with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. In contrast, due to the hostile immunosuppressive microenvironment of a solid tumor, CAR T-cell accessibility and survival continue to pose a considerable challenge, which leads to their limited therapeutic efficacy. In this study, we constructed two anti-MUC1 CAR-T cell lines. One set of CAR-T cells contained SM3 single chain variable fragment(sc Fv) sequence specifically targeting the MUC1 antigen and co-expressing interleukin(IL) 12(named SM3-CAR). The other CAR-T cell line carried the SM3 sc Fv sequence modified to improve its binding to MUC1 antigen(named p SM3-CAR) but did not co-express IL-12. When those two types of CAR-T cells were injected intratumorally into two independent metastatic lesions of the same MUC1+ seminal vesicle cancer patient as part of an interventional treatment strategy, the initial results indicated no side-effects of the MUC1 targeting CAR-T cell approach, and patient serum cytokines responses were positive. Further evaluation showed that p SM3-CAR effectively caused tumor necrosis, providing new options for improved CAR-T therapy in solid tumors.

Development of low-cost and efficient photocatalytic materials with visible-light response is of urgent need for solving energy and environmental ***,a metal-free two-dimensional(2D)π-conjugated hybrid g-C_(3)N_(4)photocatalyst with tunable band structure was prepared by a novel one-pot bottom-up method based on a supersaturated precipitation process of urea and triethanolamine(TEOA)*** microstructure of the hybrid g-C_(3)N_(4)is revealed to be a compound of periodic tri-s-triazine units grafted with N-doped graphene(GR)*** experimental evidence and theoretical calculations,the two differentπ-conjugated fragments in the hybrid g-C_(3)N_(4)material are proved to construct a 2D in-plane junction structure,thereby expanding the light absorption range and accelerating the interface charge ***π-conjugated electron coupling in the 2D photocatalyst eliminates the grain boundary effect,and the coupled highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)effectively promotes the separation of photo-induced charge *** with the g-C_(3)N_(4)prepared by the conventional method,the visible-light H2 production activity of the optimized sample is enhanced by 253%.This work provides a new strategy of constructing metal-free g-C_(3)N_(4)hybrids for efficient photocatalytic water splitting.

The dehydration of water by dimethyl carbonate(DMC)is of great significance for its application in electrochemistry and oil *** the rapid development of nanomaterial,one-dimensional(*** nanotube(CNT))and two-dimensional(*** graphene)materials have been widely used for molecular *** this work,the molecular behavior of dimethyl carbonate/water mixture confined in CNT with varying diameters was studied based on molecular dynamics *** to different van der Waals interactions for the components in the mixtures with the solid surface,DMC molecules are preferentially adsorbed on the inner surface of the pore wall and formed an adsorption *** with the pure water molecules confined in CNT,the adsorption DMC layer shows notable effect on the local compositions and microstructures of water molecules under nanoconfinement,which may result in different water *** analysis shows that the surface-induced DMC molecules can destroy the hydrogen bonding network of water molecules and result in an uniform and dispersed distribution of water molecules in the *** clear molecular understandings can be useful in material design for membrane separation.

Plastid-encoded RNA polymerase （PEP） is closely associated with numerous factors to form PEP complex for plastid gene expression and chloroplast development. However, it is not clear how PEP complex are regulated in chloroplast. Here, one thioredoxin-like fold protein, Arabidopsis early chloroplast biogenesis 1 （AtECB1）, an allele of MRL7, was identified to regulate PEP function and chloroplast biogenesis. The knockout lines for AtECB1 displayed albino phenotype and impaired chloroplast development. The transcripts of PEP-dependent plastid genes were barely detected, suggesting that the PEP activity is almost lost in atecbl-1. Although AtECB1 was not identified in PEP complex, a yeast two-hybrid assay and pull-down experiments demonstrated that it can interact with Trx Z and FSD3, two intrinsic subunits of PEP complex, respectively. This indicates that AtECB1 may play a regulatory role for PEP-dependent plastid gene expression through these two subunits. AtECB1 contains a βαβαββα structure in the thioredoxin-like fold domain and lacks the typical C-X-X-C active site motif. Insulin assay demonstrated that AtECB1 harbors disulfide reductase activity in vitro using the purified recombinant AtECB1 protein. This showed that this thioredoxin-like fold protein, AtECB1 also has the thioredoxin activity. AtECB1 may play a role in thioredoxin signaling to regulate plastid gene expression and chloroplast development.

Owing to the unique structure,anode-free lithium metal batteries(AFLMBs)have higher energy density and lower production cost than traditional lithium metal batteries(LMBs)or lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),However,AFLMBs suffer from an inherently finite Li reservoir and exhibit poor cycle stability,low Coulombic efficiency(CE)and severe dendrite *** this work,polydiallyl lithium disulfide(PDS-Li)was successfully synthesized and coated on Cu current collector by electrochemical *** PDS-Li acts as an additional lithium resource to compensate for the irreversible loss of lithium during *** addition,the special structure and lithiophilicity of PDS-Li contribute to lower nucleation overpotential and uniform lithium *** coupled with Li-rich manganese-based(LRM)cathode of Li1.2Mn0.54Ni0.13Co0.13O2,the anode-free full cell exhibits significantly improved cycle stability over 100 cycles and capacity retention of 63.3%and 57%after 80 and 100 cycles,*** believe that PDS-Li can be used to ensure stable cycling performance and high-energy-density in AFLMBs.

O-glycosylation is an ancient yet underappreciated protein posttranslational modification,on which many bacteria and viruses heavily rely to perform critical biological functions involved in numerous infectious diseases or even *** due to the innate complexity of O-glycosylation,research techniques have been limited to study its exact role in viral attachment and entry,assembly and exit,spreading in the host cells,and the innate and adaptive immunity of the ***,the advent of many newly developed methodologies(e.g.,mass spectrometry,chemical biology tools,and molecular dynamics simulations)has renewed and rekindled the interest in viral-related O-glycosylation in both viral proteins and host cells,which is further fueled by the COVID-19 *** this review,we summarize recent advances in viral-related O-glycosylation,with a particular emphasis on the mucin-type O-linkedα-N-acetylgalactosamine(O-GalNAc)on viral proteins and the intracellular O-linkedβ-N-acetylglucosamine(O-GlcNAc)modifications on host *** hope to provide valuable insights into the development of antiviral reagents or vaccines for better prevention or treatment of infectious diseases.
