Structure-soil interface friction characteristics is of importance to investigate the interaction between engineering structures and soils,especially for offshore *** interface friction behavior between marine clay and structural materials with different roughness was studied in this paper by using 3D optical scanning tests,a modified direct shear device and numerical *** between the surface roughness of structures,water content and interface friction angle were presented by model *** increase of water contents decreased the interface friction *** interfaces with different roughness,the interface friction angles will be smaller than that of the soil when the water content exceeds a certain *** roughness of the interface and the water content of the soil are mutually coupled to influence the coefficient of friction(COF).This paper proposed a Finite Element Method(FEM)to simulate the interface direct shear tests of structures with different *** surface models with different roughness are established based on the structure data obtained by 3D *** Coupled Eulerian-Lagrangian(CEL)approach was employed to analyse soils sheared by irregular *** interface behavior for interfaces with different roughness under cyclic shear stresses was analyzed by FEM.

The 95-year great struggle of the Communist Party of China indicates profoundly that the cpc has always been following the trend of history, taking on the historical responsibility, bold in making great sacrifices, and reflects the selfless and fearless spirit of taking on responsibility. This spirit comes from the Chinese national spirit, the truth of Marxism and the great practice of revolution, construction and reform. The new requirements of the era must be clear and definite and the connotation of the era must be grasped, enabling the spirit of taking on responsibility to release more brilliant light of the era. First, it is striving for and dedicating selflessly of the country, and taking on historical responsibility to achieve the country's prosperity and strength. Second, it is serving the people, reducing difficulties and anxiety for the people and taking on historical responsibility to attain people's well-being. Third, it is sharing cares and burdens for the Party, keeping loyalty to the Party, and taking on historical responsibility so that the Party can provide a strong leadership core for the continued development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The cpc is expected to produce new and more excellent answers to history and the people.

With regard to the study of the general history of Chinese philosophy and the creation of a philosophical system, Feng Youlan （Fung Yu-lan） has still not been surpassed in the circle of contemporary Chinese philosophy. His text A History of Chinese Philosophy （in two volumes） has particular value not only because of its description of the history of Chinese philosophy, but also because of its historical linking of antiquity and modernity, and of China and the West, a feat realized through philosophy. His philosophical system, set forth in the Six Books ofZhenyuan ~A~ （six philosophical monographs） and widely known as the New Learning of Principle system, has ontologically established the primacy of Principle, and, culturally, has instantiated the process of modernization, all of which retains its significance even today. Feng＇s thought on realms in his philosophy of life is centered around understanding-based self-enlightenment and has opened a new perspective for reflective thought about, and understanding of, Chinese philosophy. However, it falls short in its failure to acknowledge that ＂understanding-based self-enlightenment should also be a dynamic process of practice.＂ Feng showed his academic orientation, distinguished by syncretizing the Learning of Principle and the Learning of Mind, by integrating philosophical creation into the research on the history of philosophy in his late years; however, this syncretism can be pushed further with regard to the issue of unity between subject and object--continuity between the investigation of things before complete understanding and complete enlightenment of the mind after the complete understanding of things. Feng thinks in A Short History of Chinese Philosophy that the most significant contribution that Chinese philosophy has made to the world is in its philosophy of life, and, subsequent to this assertion, one can point out that Chinese philosophy can also make contributions in terms of methodology.
