Efficient removal of tetracycline hydrochloride through novel Fe/BiOBr/Bi_(2)WO_(6) photocatalyst prepared by dual-strategy under visible-light irradiation

It is important to investigate whether combining two modification strategies has a synergistic effect on the activity of *** this manuscript,Fe-doped BiOBr/Bi_(2)WO_(6) heterojunctions were synthesized by a one-pot solvothermal method,and excellent photocatalytic performance was obtained for the degradation of tetracycline hydrochloride(TCH)in water without the addition of *** experiments and characterization,the synergistic effect between Fe ion doping and the BiOBr/Bi_(2)WO_(6) heterojunction was *** Fe/BiOBr/Bi_(2)WO_(6) composite photocatalyst had a beneficial void structure,enhanced visible light response,and could inhibit the recombination of photogenerated support well,which improved the photocatalytic *** presented experiments demonstrate that Fe/BiOBr/Bi_(2)WO_(6) removes 97% of TCH from aqueous solution,while pure BiOBr and Bi_(2)WO_(6) only remove 56% and 65% of TCH,***,the separation and transfer mechanisms of photoexcited carriers were determined in conjunction with the experimental *** study provides a new direction for the design of efficient photocatalysts through the use of a dual co-modification strategy.

Many studies have shown that the development of allergic asthma is associated with intestinal microbiota dysbiosis. Based on the gut-lung axis theory， probiotic intervention may be a potential strategy for respiratory diseases. Lacticaseibacillus paracasei K56 was reported to regulate gut microbiota in mice. However， its effect on allergic asthma has not been reported. In this study， we investigated the effect of the K56 on ovalbumin-induced asthma and its possible mechanisms. Our results showed that K56 reduced asthma symptoms and inflammatory cell infiltration in the lung of asthmatic mice. And K56 regulated the differentiation of helper T cells in the lung and intestine. Results from 16S rRNA gene sequencing showed that K56 prophylaxis significantly elevated the richness of Akkermansia and Burkholderia. Meanwhile， K56 abrogated the decrease in the levels of short-chain fatty acids (SCFAs) in the feces. In addition， a rebound in the mRNA expression of the SCFA receptors was observed after K56 prophylaxis. Notably， the regulatory T cell (Treg) frequencies and the FFAR3 levels were positively correlated. These results suggest that K56 could attenuate asthma， possibly by modulating the intestinal microbiota and regulating Treg differentiation through SCFA metabolized. Our study showed that K56 may be used as a probiotic to prevent pulmonary inflammation and dysbiosis of the intestinal microbiota in allergic asthma.

Autoimmune hepatitis(AIH)is a chronic inflammatory liver disease that threatens human health *** aim of this study was to detect the protective effect of a fermented Lentinus edodes extract containingα-glucan(FLA),in a concanavalin A(con A)-induced AIH mouse model and to determine the underlying liver-protective *** results showed that compared with the model group,the level of proinflammatory cytokines in serum of FLA pretreated mice was significantly decreased,and the degree of inflammatory cell infiltration in liver,thymus and spleen was significantly *** polymerase chain reaction,immunohistochemistry,and Western blotting showed that FLA pre-treatment inhibited the con A-induced apoptosis of hepatocytes by down-regulating the expression of BAX and up-regulating the expression of *** research found that FLA may improve liver injury in mice by activating NRF2 signaling pathway and inhibiting TRAF6/NF-κB signaling ***,FLA may improve liver injury in mice by shifting gut microbial composition to reduce the release of inflammatory cytokines in the serum and prevent the necrosis of ***-regulation of NRF2 signaling pathway,down-regulation of TRAF6/NF-κB signaling pathway,and an increase in the relative abundance of Lactobacillus_johnsonii and Ligilactobacillus_murinus play a protective role in liver.

The efficient energy conversion of fuel cells is greatly constrained by the slow oxygen reduction reac tion （ORR） kinetics,which necessitates the use of highly active metal catalysts such as platinum （Pt）.The critical challenge limiting large-scale usage of Pt is the capital cost that can be addressed through a pro totypical approach by embedding metal nanoparticles （NPs）,e.g.,Pt NPs,in the conductive framework However,previously reported embedding approaches are sophisticated and suffer from limited yields leading to higher chemical process costs and remaining distant from commercial ***,we re port a facile,cost-effective and time-efficient structural tuning approach to synthesizing ultrafine Pt NP impregnated within a conductive and highly porous carbon framework via a microwave-assisted polyo reduction *** NPs with a uniform size of～2.27 nm can be successfully integrated within the pore of the carbon framework,enabling homogeneous *** from these highly dispersed and ultrafine Pt NPs,the electrochemical surface area （ECSA） is improved to 142.98 m2/gPt,2.25 times highe than that of the commercial counterpart (63.52 m2/gPt).Furthermore,our structurally optimized catalys composite features a remarkably catalytic activity with a high half-wave potential (E1/2) of 0.895 V and an improved mass activity （MA） of 0.2289 A/mgPt,2.39-fold improvement compared to the commercia *** addition,orthogonal experiments were designed to identify the key process parameter for fabricating Pt/C catalysts,offering insights for scaled-up and industrial production.

Flexible sensors have been widely studied for use in motion monitoring,human‒machine interactions(HMIs),personalized medicine,and soft intelligent ***,their practical application is limited by their low output performance,narrow measuring range,and unidirectional force ***,to achieve flexibility and high performance simultaneously,we developed a flexible wide-range multidimensional force sensor(FWMFS)similar to bones embedded in muscle *** adjustable magnetic field endows the FWMFS with multidimensional perception for detecting forces in different *** multilayer stacked coils significantly improved the output from theμV to the mV level while ensuring FWMFS *** optimized FWMFS exhibited a high voltage sensitivity of 0.227 mV/N(0.5–8.4 N)and 0.047 mV/N(8.4–60 N)in response to normal forces ranging from 0.5 N to 60 N and could detect lateral forces ranging from 0.2–1.1 N and voltage sensitivities of 1.039 mV/N(0.2–0.5 N)and 0.194 mV/N(0.5–1.1 N).In terms of normal force measurements,the FWMFS can monitor finger pressure and sliding trajectories in response to finger taps,as well as measure plantar pressure for assessing human *** plantar pressure signals of five human movements collected by the FWMFS were analyzed using the k-nearest neighbors classification algorithm,which achieved a recognition accuracy of 92%.Additionally,an artificial intelligence biometric authentication system is being developed that classifies and recognizes user *** on the lateral force measurement ability of the FWMFS,the direction of ball movement can be distinguished,and communication systems such as Morse code can be *** research has significant potential in intelligent sensing and personalized spatial recognition.
