Since human genome sequencing has been almost completed, human genome project will quickly move on to the post genome sequencing era, including single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis, functional genomics, mutation analysis, transcriptome analysis, proteome analysis, and metabolome analysis[1,2]. Capillary array electrophoresis with 96-384 capillaries plays a vital role in the genome sequencing era, but in the post human genome sequencing era, further development of analytical technology for deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA), protein, and metabolites is highly required for future medicine and new drug discovery technology based on functional genomics and proteomics[3-13].

IntroductionA rapidly increasing need for organ transplantation and short list of donated organs have led to the development of new materials and technologies for organ manufacturing. Although some simple organs, such as skin and cartilage, have been successfully fabricated and commercialized, it is still difficult to make tissues and organs with high complexity. Engineered tissues have other biomedical applications, such as drug screening models and bio-actuators. Threedimensional （3D） bioprinting has become a great tool to fabricate tissue constructs on demand for transplantation and other biomedical applications.

Objective:The aim of this study was to analyze the exosome proteome derived from hepatic carcinoma HepG2 cells and normal hepatocytes HL-7702,and look for the key factors in carcinogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods:HepG2 and HL-7702 cells were cultured,and exosome samples were obtained from the culture supernatant and ***-Orbitrap Elite mass spectrometry was applied to analyze and identify the exosome proteome derived from the hepatic carcinoma cells and normal liver cells,which was for seeking hepatic carcinoma cells specifically expressed ***,gene ontology(GO),protein-protein interaction(PPI)network,and pathway enrichment were constructed to analyze hepatic carcinoma cells specifically expressed ***:The exosomes of HL-7702 expressed 3,366proteins,and the exosomes of HepG2 expressed 2,874proteins,of which 1,224were expressed specifically in HepG2 exosomes.102 target proteins were selected and going on bioinformatics analysis under the condition that the unique peptide was≥1and PSMs≥*** analysis results showed that the target expression protein of HepG2 was concentrated on metabolism,proliferation,and localization adhesion function.76target proteins were chosen and formed a PPI network;combining with pathway analysis,ACTN1,FN1,RAC1and GSN were found to be involved in important signaling pathways of *** 26target proteins which not in PPI network were analyzed pathway involved in,***1C2 and C5 were found to be involved in differently important signaling pathways of ***:Exosomes proteomics provides the sources of specific protein derived from hepatic carcinoma cell;when it combines with bioinformatics analysis,they are able to reveal the important molecules that are related to carcinogenesis of HCC and provide new ideas for investigation of HCC biomarkers.

Association between HLA-B*46:01 and cutaneous adverse drug reactions in Han Chinese

The majority of patients who experience cutaneous adverse drug reactions(cADRs)concurrently receive multiple medications,meaning that the causative drug remains *** explored the association between human leukocyte antigen(HLA)alleles and cADRs,regardless of the allergenic drug,to investigate whether different drug-induced cADRs were associated with the same or similar risk alleles in a Han Chinese *** genotyped a sample of 146 cADR patients and 230 population controls from the same hospital and systematically analyzed the association between HLA Class I genes and *** carrier frequency of HLAB∗46:01 in cADR patients was found to be significantly higher than that in population controls(P=.0021,odds ratio[OR]=2.18,95%confidence interval[CI]:1.33-2.58).Subgroup analysis showed that HLA-B∗46:01 was significantly associated with urticaria and erythema multiforme(P=.0077,OR=2.53,95%CI:1.30-4.91;and P=.0049,OR=2.77,95%CI:1.39-5.50,respectively).Furthermore,a significant association was also detected between HLA-A∗02:01 and erythema multiforme(P=.0038,OR=2.65,95%CI:1.31-5.33).This study is the first to demonstrate that HLA-B∗46:01 is a risk allele for cADRs in a Han Chinese population,indicating that screening for HLA-B∗46:01 prior to the administration of medication may predict the risk of developing cADRs.

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related deaths worldwide. Targeted therapy is beneficial in most cases, but the development of drug resistance stands as an obstacle to good prognosis. Multiple mechanisms were explored such as genetic alterations, activation of bypass signaling, and phenotypic transition. These intrinsic and/or extrinsic dynamic regulations facilitate tumor cell survival in meeting the demands of signaling under different stimulus. This review introduces lung cancer plasticity and heterogeneity and their correlation with drug resistance. While cancer plasticity and heterogeneity play an essential role in the development of drug resistance, the manipulation of them may bring some inspirations to cancer prognosis and treatment. That is to say, lung cancer plasticity and heterogeneity present us with not only challenges but also opportunities.

Effects of Herba Picriae Extract on Growth Performance and Immune Organ Index of Guangxi Partridge Chickens

[Objectives]The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary supplementation of Herba Picriae extract on the growth performance and immune organ index of Guangxi partridge chickens.[Methods]A total of 500 one-day-old Guangxi partridge chickens were selected and randomly divided into five groups,five replicates for each group and 20 chickens for each *** A,B and C were treatment groups,in which 0.70%,0.35%and 0.175%of Herba Picriae extract was added to the basal diet,*** D was a positive drug control group,in which 0.01%colistin sulfate premix was *** E was a blank control group,in which the chickens were fed the basal *** experimental period was 105 *** the experiment,five chickens were randomly selected from each group on days 21,35 and 49,respectively for the measurement of immune organ index.[Results]When the chickens were fed basal diet supplemented with 0.175%of Herba Picriae extract,their daily body weight gain increased significantly from day 22 to day 35 and from day 71 to day 105 and tended to increase from day 1 to day 21,from day 36 to day 49,and from day 50 to day 70,with a range of 7.37%-8.72%.Dietary supplementation of 0.70%and 0.175%of Herba Picriae extract significantly promoted the growth and development of Fabricius bursae in the experimental chickens.[Conclusions]Dietary supplementation of 0.175%of Herba Picriae extract improved the growth performance and feed intake,as well as 21-d-old bursal index of the experimental chickens.

Ferroptosis has emerged as a crucial regulated cell death involved in a variety of physiological processes or pathological diseases,such as tumor *** initially being found from anticancer drug screening and considered not essential as apoptosis for growth and development,numerous studies have demonstrated that ferroptosis is tightly regulated by key genetic pathways and/or genes,including several tumor suppressors and *** this review,we introduce the basic concepts of ferroptosis,characterized by the features of non-apoptotic,iron-dependent,and overwhelmed accumulation of lipid peroxides,and the underlying regulated circuits are considered to be pro-ferroptotic ***,we discuss several established lipid peroxidation defending systems within cells,including SLC7A11/GPX4,FSP1/CoQ,GCH1/BH4,and mitochondria DHODH/CoQ,all of which serve as anti-ferroptotic pathways to prevent ***,we provide a comprehensive summary of the genetic regulation of ferroptosis via targeting the above-mentioned pro-ferroptotic or anti-ferroptotic *** regulation of proand anti-ferroptotic pathways gives rise to more specific responses to the tumor cells in a contextdependent manner,highlighting the unceasing study and deeper understanding of mechanistic regulation of ferroptosis for the purpose of applying ferroptosis induction in cancer therapy.
