Vertices in the same group tend to connect densely,and usually share common *** of different sizes reflect the relations of vertices in different ranges,and also reflect the features of different orders of the *** this work,we propose a novel network representation learning algorithm by introducing group features of vertices of different orders to learn more discriminative network representations,named as network representation learning algorithm using Hierarchical structure embedding(HSNR).HSNR algorithm firstly constructs hierarchical relations of network structures of different orders based on greedy algorithm and *** order to introduce hierarchical features into the network representation learning model,HSNR algorithm then introduces the idea of multi-relational modeling from knowledge representation,and converts the hierarchical relations into the triplet form between ***,HSNR proposes a joint learning model embedding vertex triplets into the network *** experimental results show that the HSRN algorithm presented has an excellent performance in network vertex classification task on three real-world datasets.

With the development of deep learning,graph neural networks(GNNs) have yielded substantial results in various application fields. GNNs mainly consider the pair-wise connections and deal with graph-structured data. In many real-world networks, the relations between objects are complex and go beyond *** is a flexible modeling tool to describe intricate and higher-order correlations. The researchers have been concerned how to develop hypergraph-based neural network model. The existing hypergraph neural networks show better performance in node classification tasks and so on, while they are shallow network because of oversmoothing, over-fitting and gradient vanishment. To tackle these issues, we present a novel deep hypergraph neural network(Deep HGNN). We design Deep HGNN by using the technologies of sampling hyperedge, residual connection and identity mapping, residual connection and identity mapping bring from graph convolutional neural networks. We evaluate Deep HGNN on two visual object datasets. The experiments show the positive effects of Deep HGNN, and it works better in visual object classification tasks.

Hidden Markov Model（HMM） is a main solution to ambiguities in Chinese segmentation anti POS （part-of-speech） tagging. While most previous works tot HMM-based Chinese segmentation anti POS tagging eonsult POS informatiou in contexts, they do not utilize lexieal information which is crucial for resoMng certain morphologieal ambiguity. This paper proposes a method which incorporates lexieal information and wider context information into HMM. Model induction anti related smoothing technique are presented in detail. Experiments indicate that this technique improves the segmentation and tagging accuracy by nearly 1%.

Herb-drug interaction in the protective effect of Alpinia officinarum against gastric injury induced by indomethacin based on pharmacokinetic, tissue distribution and excretion studies in rats

Alpinia officinarum Hance of the Chinese traditional herb for the treatment of emesis, abdominal pain and diarrhea has been used to counteract gastric disease induced by indomethacin in rats without obvious side effects. However, the role of herb-drug interaction between indomethacin and A. officinarum based on pharmacokinetic, tissue distribution and excretion still remains unknown. In this study, an ultra-fast liquid-tandem mass spectrometry(UFLC-MS/MS) method was developed for simultaneous determination of indomethacin and its three metabolites, O-desmethylindomethacin(ODI), deschlorobenzoylindomethacin(NDI) and indomethacin acyl-b-D-glucuronide(IDAbG) by oral administration of indomethacin solution with and without the ethanolic extract of A. officinarum and applied to comparative pharmacokinetic, tissue distribution and excretion studies. Our results clarified that oral administration of A. officinarum produced significant alterations in the pharmacokinetic parameters of indomethacin. And the pharmacokinetic interaction between indomethacin and A. officinarum reduced the systemic exposure of indomethacin and increased its elimination. Tissue distribution results demonstrated that co-administration of A. Officinarum could not reduce the accumulation of indomethacin in the target tissue of the stomach, but could accelerate the excretions of indomethacin and its three metabolites including ODI, NDI and IDAb G in the bile and feces of rats in the excretion ***, A. Officinarum might have a gastrointestinal protective effect through the interaction role with indomethacin based on the pharmacokinetics and excretion in rats.

Sexual reproduction first appeared in unicellular protists and has continued to be an essential biological process in almost all *** protists, which contain both germline and somatic genomes within a single cell, have evolved a special form of sexual reproduction called conjugation that involves mitosis, meiosis, fertilization, nuclear differentiation, genome rearrangement, and the development of unique cellular structures. The molecular basis and mechanisms of conjugation vary dramatically among ciliates, and many details of the process and its regulation are still largely unknown. In order to better comprehend these processes and mechanisms from an evolutionary perspective, this study provides the first comprehensive overview of the transcriptome and proteome profiles during the entire life cycle of the newly-established marine model ciliate Euplotes vannus. Transcriptome analyses from 14 life cycle stages(three vegetative stages and 11 sexual stages) revealed over 26,000 genes that are specifically expressed at different stages, many of which are related to DNA replication,transcription, translation, mitosis, meiosis, nuclear differentiation, and/or genome rearrangement. Quantitative proteomic analyses identified 338 proteins with homologs associated with conjugation and/or somatic nuclear development in other ciliates, including dicer-like proteins, Hsp90 proteins, RNA polymerase Ⅱ and transcription elongation factors, ribosomal-associated proteins, and ubiquitin-related proteins. Four of these homologs belong to the PIWI family, each with different expression patterns identified and confirmed by RT-qPCR,which may function in small RNA-mediated genome rearrangement. Proteins involved in the nonhomologous end-joining pathway are induced early during meiosis and accumulate in the developing new somatic nucleus, where more than 80% of the germline sequences are eliminated from the somatic genome. In this paper, we present a modular incremental statistical model for English full parsing. Unlike other full parsing approaches in which the analysis of the sentence is a uniform process, our model separates the full parsing into shallow parsing and sentence skeleton parsing. In shallow parsing, we finish POS tagging, Base NP identification, prepositional phrase attachment and subordinate clause identification. In skeleton parsing, we use a layered feature-oriented statistical method. Modularity possesses the advantage of solving different problems in parsing with corresponding mechanisms. Feature-oriented rule is able to express the complex lingual phenomena at the key point if needed. Evaluated on Penn Treebank corpus, we obtained 89.2% precision and 89.8% recall.

In this study,we prepared paclitaxel/chitosan(PTX/CS)nanosuspensions(NSs)with different mass ratios of PTX and CS(1.5:2,2:2,and 2.5:2),for controlled drug delivery *** attachment and dispersion in water medium,a simple ultrasonic disruption technique was *** water-dispersed PTX/CS NSs exhibited a rod-shape morphology with an average diameter of 170-210 nm and average length of about 1-10μ*** electron microscopy,differential scan-ning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction indicated that the obtained PTX/CS NSs contain a nanocrystalline PTX *** was also inferred that presence of CS can promotes the crystalline nature of PTX up to 80%.In addition,efficiency of PTX loading reached over 85%in freeze-dried PTX/CS NSs,showing a slow rate of drug release in vitro for 8 *** MTT and LDH assessments revealed that PTX/CS NSs significantly inhibit the growth of tumor cells(HeLa),while it is slightly toxic for the normal cells(NIH/3T3).Therefore,PTX/CS NSs is suggested as a potential nanodrug delivery system for cancer therapy.

We introduce a novel Sermntic-Category- Tree （SCT） model to present the sen-antic structure of a sentence for Chinese-English machine translation （MT）. We use the SCT model to handle the reordering in a hierarchical structure in which one reordering is dependent on the others. Different from other reordering approaches, we handle the reordering at three levels： sentence level, chunk level, and word level. The chunk-level reordering is dependent on the sentence-level reordering, and the word-level reordering is dependent on the chunk-level reordering. In this paper, we formally describe the SCT model and discuss the translation strategy based on the SCT model. Further, we present an algorithm for analyzing the source language in SCT and transforming the source SCT into the target SCT. We apply the SCT model to a role-based patent text MT to evaluate the ability of the SCT model. The experimental results show that SCT is efficient in handling the hierarehical reordering operation in MT.

Cardiovascular disease is a crucial disease threatening human health, and its mortality rate ranks first among Chinese residents. Myocardial mitochondrial dysfunction is the main cause of various heart diseases such as myocardial infarction, myocarditis, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and heart failure. In recent years, many studies have confirmed that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) can be used to improve myocardial mitochondrial function and treat heart disease. The purpose of this review was to analyze the regulatory mechanism of myocardial mitochondrial function by summarizing the effect of TCM on cardiovascular disease.
