In order to improve the teaching effect and quality of the course Radio-Frequency Identification,we investigated the characteristics of the course and problems in its teaching *** on the educational philosophy of outcome-based education(OBE),we carried out teaching reforms,which included the use of flipped classroom,the organic combination of theoretical and practical teaching,school-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education,as well as other *** results showed that the improved teaching method can effectively stimulate students’interest in learning,enhance students’learning initiative,improve students’ability to solve complex engineering problems in the field of radio-frequency identification,cultivate the spirit of teamwork among students,and nurture their innovative practical ability.

A novel and efficient speckle noise reduction algorithm based on Bayesian wavelet shrinkage using cycle spinning is proposed. First, the sub-band decompositions of non-logarithmically transformed SAR images are shown. Then, a Bayesian wavelet shrinkage factor is applied to the decomposed data to estimate noise-free wavelet coefficients. The method is based on the Mixture Gaussian Distributed （MGD） modeling of sub-band coefficients. Finally, multi-resolution wavelet coefficients are reconstructed by wavelet-threshold using cycle spinning. Experimental results show that the proposed despeclding algorithm is possible to achieve an excellent balance between suppresses speckle effectively and preserves as many image details and sharpness as possible. The new method indicated its higher performance than the other speckle noise reduction techniques and minimizing the effect of pseudo-Gibbs phenomena.

A method of single channel speech enhancement is proposed by de-noising using stationary wavelet transform. The approach developed herein processes multi-resolution wavelet coefficients individually and then recovery signal is reconstructed. The time invariant characteristics of stationary wavelet transform is particularly useful in speech de-noising. Experimental results show that the proposed speech enhancement by de-noising algorithm is possible to achieve an excellent balance between suppresses noise effectively and preserves as many target characteristics of original signal as possible. This de-noising algorithm offers a superior performance to speech signal noise suppress.

In the digital era,electronic medical record(EMR)has been a major way for hospitals to store patients’medical *** traditional centralized medical system and semi-trusted cloud storage are difficult to achieve dynamic balance between privacy protection and data *** storage capacity of blockchain is limited and single blockchain schemes have poor scalability and low *** address these issues,we propose a secure and efficient medical data storage and sharing scheme based on double *** our scheme,we encrypt the original EMR and store it in the *** storage blockchain stores the index of the complete EMR,and the shared blockchain stores the index of the shared part of the *** with different attributes can make requests to different blockchains to share different parts according to their own *** experiments,it was found that cloud storage combined with blockchain not only solved the problem of limited storage capacity of blockchain,but also greatly reduced the risk of leakage of the original *** Extraction Signature(CES)combined with the double blockchain technology realized the separation of the privacy part and the shared part of the original *** symmetric encryption technology combined with Ciphertext-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption(CP–ABE)not only ensures the safe storage of data in the cloud,but also achieves the consistency and convenience of data update,avoiding redundant backup of *** analysis and performance analysis verified the feasibility and effectiveness of our scheme.

Discriminative Latent Model(DLM) is proposed for Multiword Expressions(MWEs) extraction in Chinese text to improve the performance of Machine Translation(MT) system such as Template Based MT(TBMT).For MT systems to become of further practical use,they need to be enhanced with MWEs processing *** our study towards this goal,we propose DLM,which is developed for sequence labeling task including hidden structures,to extract MWEs for MT *** combines the advantages of existing discriminative models,which can learn hidden structures in sequence labeling *** our evaluations,DLM achieves precisions ranging up to 90.73% for some type of MWEs,which is higher than state-of-the-art discriminative *** results demonstrate that it is feasible to automatically identify many Chinese MWEs using our DLM *** MWEs processing model,BLEU score of MT system has also been increased by up to 0.3 in close test.

We Watch: An Application for Watching Video Across Two Mobile Devices

In recent years, high-resolution video has developed rapidly and widescreen smart devices have become popular. We present an Android application called WeWatch that enables high-resolution video to be shared across two mobile devices when they are close to each other. This concept has its inspiration in machine-to-machine connections in the Internet of Things （loT）. We ensure that the two parts of the video are the same size over both screens and are synchronous. Further, a user can play, pause, or stop the video by moving one device a certain distance from the other. We decide on appropriate distances through experimentation. We implemented WeWatch on Android operating system and then optimize Watch so battery consumption is reduced. The user experience provided by WeWatch was evaluated by students through a questionnaire, and the reviews indicated that WeWatch does improve the viewing experience.

Cyber-Physical System （CPS） and Cyber-PhysicaI-Social System （CPSS） computing are now challenging existing research in many realms, including intelligent Transportation Systems （ITS）. In this survey, we highlight some advances in the coevolution of CPS, CPSS, and ITS, with an emphasis on traffic data. We first explain the hierarchical architecture of CPS-ITS in terms of five layers： perception, communication, computing, control, and application. Then, we analyze the characteristics of traffic data in CPS-ITS, and enumerate some new technologies for data operation and management. Two typical cases of CPS-ITS, vehicular-communication-based traffic control systems and smart parking systems, are illustrated to describe how CPS is changing our lives and influencing the development of future ITS.
