Based on Lyapunov theorem and sliding mode control scheme,the chaos control of fractional memristor chaotic time⁃delay system was *** order to stabilize the system,a fractional sliding mode control method for fractional time⁃delay system was *** addition,Lyapunov stability theorem was used to analyze the control scheme theoretically,which guaranteed the stability of commensurate and non⁃commensurate order systems with or without uncertainties and ***,to illustrate the feasibility of controller,the conditions for designing the controller parameters were ***,the simulation results presented the effectiveness of the designed strategy.

From the viewpoints of both fuzzy system and fuzzy reasoning, a new fuzzy reasoning method which contains the α- triple I restriction method as its particular case is proposed. The previous α-triple I restriction principles are improved, and then the optimal restriction solutions of this new method are achieved, especially for seven familiar implications. As its special case, the corresponding results of α-triple I restriction method are obtained and improved. Lastly, it is found by examples that this new method is more reasonable than the α-triple I restriction method.

This article develops a discrete time dynamic feedback model of a congestion control system for a simple network with TCP Westwood （TCPW） connections and a single bottleneck link with random early detection （RED） gateway. By using this model, the nonlinear dynamics of the TCPW/RED network are analyzed and its parameter sensitivities are studied. It is shown that periodic doubling bifurcation occurs when the RED control parameters or other parameters are varied. By theoretical analysis, the fixed point, the critical value of parameters and the nature of the bifurcation are determined. Moreover, by using bifurcation diagrams and Lyapunov exponent, the result of theoretical analysis is validated and the bifurcation and chaotic phenomena are numerically studied of the congestion control system with TCPW connections and RED gateway.

The authors study the binary codes spanned by the adjacency matrices of the strongly regular graphs(SRGs)on at most two hundred vertices whose existence is *** authors show that in length less than one hundred they cannot be cyclic,except for the exceptions of the SRGs of parameters(85,42,20,21)and(96,60,38,36).In particular,the adjacency code of a(85,42,20,21)is the zero-sum *** the range[100,200]the authors find 29 SRGs that could possibly have a cyclic adjacency code.

Most studies on the selection techniques of projection-based VR systems are dependent on users wearing complex or expensive input devices, however there are lack of more convenient selection *** this paper, we propose a flexible 3 D selection technique in a large display projection-based virtual environment. Herein, we present a body tracking method using convolutional neural network(CNN) to estimate3 D skeletons of multi-users, and propose a region-based selection method to effectively select virtual objects using only the tracked fingertips of multi-users. Additionally, a multi-user merge method is introduced to enable users’ actions and perception to realign when multiple users observe a single stereoscopic *** comparing with state-of-the-art CNN-based pose estimation methods, the proposed CNN-based body tracking method enables considerable estimation accuracy with the guarantee of real-time performance. In addition, we evaluate our selection technique against three prevalent selection techniques and test the performance of our selection technique in a multi-user scenario. The results show that our selection technique significantly increases the efficiency and effectiveness, and is of comparable stability to support multi-user interaction.

A directional filter algorithm for intensity synthetic aperture radar （SAR） image based on nonsubsampled contourlet transform （NSCT） and immune clonal selection （ICS） is presented. The proposed filter mainly focuses on exploiting different features of edges and noises by NSCT. Furthermore, ICS strategy is introduced to optimize threshold parameter and amplify parameter adaptively. Numerical experiments on real SAR images show that there are improvements in both visual effects and objective indexes.

This paper proposes a lossless and high payload data hiding scheme for JPEG images by histogram *** most in JPEG bitstream consists of a sequence of VLCs(variable length codes)and the appended *** VLC has a corresponding RLV(run/length value)to record the AC/DC *** achieve lossless data hiding with high payload,we shift the histogram of VLCs and modify the DHT segment to embed *** we sort the histogram of VLCs in descending order,the filesize expansion is *** paper’s key contribution includes:Lossless data hiding,less filesize expansion in identical pay-load and higher embedding efficiency.
