Dynamical decoupling(DD)is normally ineffective when applied to DC *** its straightforward implementation,DD nulls out DC signal as well while suppressing *** work proposes a phase relay method that is capable of continuously interrogating the DC signal over many DD *** illustrate its efficacy when applied to the measurement of a weak DC magnetic field with an atomic spinor Bose-Einstein *** approaching standard quantum limit or Heisenberg limit are potentially realizable for a coherent spin state or a squeezed spin state of 10000 atoms,respectively,while ambient laboratory level noise is suppressed by *** work offers a practical approach to mitigate the limitations of DD to DC measurement and would find other applications for resorting coherence in quantum sensing and quantum information processing research.

Polarization is crucial in various fields such as imaging,sensing,and substance detection.A compact,fast,and accurate polarization detection device is vital for these ***,we demonstrate a multifocus metalens for terahertz polarization detection that requires only a single measurement to obtain complete polarization parameters and reconstruct the polarization state of the incident *** individual subarrays of this metalens convert each of the six polarized components into the same polarization,which in turn links the Stokes parameters to these six *** incident linear polarizations and elliptical polarizations are characterized by Stokes parameters and polarization *** and experimental results show that the scheme can accurately detect the incident polarization with a single *** proposed metasurface polarimetry may find applications in the fields of real-time terahertz detection and integrated optics.

The electron-impact single ionization cross section for W8+ion has been calculated using flexible atomic code,employing the level-to-level distorted-wave *** calculations takes into account contributions form both direct ionization(DI)and excitation autoionization(EA).However,the theoretical predictions,based solely on the ground state,tends to underestimate the experimental *** discrepancy can be mitigated by incorporation contributions from excited *** extended the theoretical analysis,including the contributions from the long-lived metastable states with lifetimes exceeding 1.5×10-5 *** employed two statistical models to predict the fraction of ground state ions in the parent ion *** a 79%fraction of parent ions in ground configuration,the experiment measurements align with the *** we derived the theoretical cross-section for the ground state as correlated plasma rate coefficients,and compared it with existing *** the uncertainty in our calculations,our results are still acceptable.

In this study,we utilize the complexity-action duality to study the evolution of complexity in a holographic QCD model at finite temperature and chemical *** inserting a fundamental string as a probe,we investigated the properties of complexity growth in this Einstein-Maxwell-scalar gravity system,which is affected by the string velocity,chemical potential,and *** results show that the complexity growth is maximized when the probe string is stationary,and it decreases as the velocity of the string *** the string approaches relativistic velocities,the complexity growth always increases monotonically with respect to the chemical ***,we find that the complexity growth can be used to identify phase transitions and crossovers in the model.

A Possible γ-Ray Pulsation from PSR J1740-5340B in the Globular Cluster NGC 6397

Recently, a new radio millisecond pulsar(MSP) J1740-5340B, hosted in the globular cluster(GC) NGC 6397,was reported with a 5.78 ms spin period in an eclipsing binary system with a 1.97 days orbital period. Based on a modified radio ephemeris updated by tool tempo2, we analyze the ~15 yr γ-ray data obtained from the Large Area Telescope on board the Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope and detect PSR J1740-5340B's γ-ray pulsation at a confidence level of ~4σ with a weighted H-test value of ~26. By performing a phase-resolved analysis, the γ-ray luminosity in on-pulse interval of PSR J1740-5340B is L_(γ)~ 3.8 × 10^(33) erg s^(-1) using NGC 6397's distance of 2.48 kpc. And γ-rays from the on-pulse part of PSR J1740-5340B contribute ~90% of the total observed γ-ray emissions from NGC 6397. No significant γ-ray pulsation of another MSP J1740-5340A in the GC is *** that the previous four cases of MSPs in GCs, more data in γ-ray, X-ray, and radio are encouraged to finally confirm the γ-ray emissions from MSP J1740-5340B, especially starving for a precise ephemeris.

Poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)polymer electrolytes(PEs)have been commercially applied in LiFePO_(4)||Li solid-state lithium batteries(SSLBs).However,it remains challenging to develop PEO-based PEs applicable to the high-voltage SSLBs with higher energy density,owing to the poor electrochemical stability of ***,we report a scalable strategy for fabricating PEO-based PEs with high-voltage compatibility,by exploiting a new mechanism to stabilize the cathode-electrolyte interface in the highvoltage *** protocol only involves a one-pot synthesis procedure to covalently crosslink the PEO chains,in the presence of high-content lithium bis(trifluoromethylsulphonyl)imide(LiTFSI)salts and N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF).LiTFSI-DMF supramolecular aggregates are formed and firmly embedded in the polymer network,endowing the PE with high room-temperature ionic *** dissociated and highly concentrated TFSI^-anions can enter the Helmholtz layer close to the high-voltage cathode,leading to the formation of a thin and homogeneous cathode electrolyte interface(CEI),mainly composed of LiF,on the *** CEI with high electrochemical stability can effectively stabilize the cathode-electrolyte interface,enabling long-term stable cycling of the high-voltage LiCoO_(2)||Li and nickelrich NCM_(622)||Li batteries at room *** simplicity and scalability of the strategy makes the reported PEO-based PE potentially applicable in high-voltage SSLBs in practice.
