Antiferromagnet(AFM)/ferromagnet(FM)heterostructure is a popular system for studying the spin–orbit torque(SOT)of ***,the interfacial exchange bias field induces that the magnetization in FM layer is noncollinear to the external magnetic field,namely the magnetic moment drag effect,which further influences the characteristic of SOT *** this work,we study the SOT efficiencies of IrMn/NiFe bilayers with strong interfacial exchange bias by using spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance(ST-FMR)method.A full analysis on the AFM/FM systems with exchange bias is performed,and the angular dependence of magnetization on external magnetic field is determined through the minimum rule of free *** ST-FMR results can be well fitted by this *** obtained the relative accurate SOT efficiencyξ_(DL)=0.058 for the IrMn *** work provides a useful method to analyze the angular dependence of ST-FMR results and facilitates the accurate measurement of SOT efficiency for the AFM/FM heterostructures with strong exchange bias.

Bacterial outer membrane vesicles(OMVs)are potent immunostimulants of regulating the tumor microenvironment(TME)for immunotherapy,and can be used to deliver ***,the severe systemic inflammatory response triggered by OMVs upon intravenous(i.v.)injection has limited their ***,we developed a safe and effective strategy by conjugating doxorubicin-loaded serum albumin(SA-DOX,AD)onto the surface of OMVs using a matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)-cleavable peptide linker(cL).This approach enabled the dynamic shielding of OMVs to reduce the systemic side effects while simultaneously enhancing the anti-tumor effects through ***,the resulting OMV-cL-AD formulation exhibited significantly enhanced accumulation at the tumor site after ***,facilitated by the SA decoration on the OMVs ***,the shield on the OMV-cL-AD was cleaved by the over-expressed MMP in the TME,leading to the release of both OMVs and *** process provided OMV-induced immunotherapy and DOX-induced chemotherapy,resulting in synergistic tumor *** conclusion,our work demonstrated the potential of OMV-cL-AD as an effective immunochemotherapy strategy that can prolong the survival time of mice without inducing side effects.

Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic autoimmune disorder marked by persistent synovial inflammation and joint degradation,posing challenges in the development of effective ***,an alkaloid found in lotus leaf,has shown promising anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor effects,yet its efficacy in RA treatment remains *** study investigated the antiproliferative effects of nuciferine on the MH7A cell line,a human RA-derived fibroblast-like synoviocyte,revealing its ability to inhibit cell proliferation,promote apoptosis,induce apoptosis,and cause G1/S phase ***,nuciferine significantly reduced the migration and invasion capabilities of MH7A *** therapeutic potential of nuciferine was further evaluated in a collagen-induced arthritis(CIA)rat model,where it markedly alleviated joint swelling,synovial hyperplasia,cartilage injury,and inflammatory *** also improved collagen-induced bone erosion,decreased pro-inflammatory cytokines and serum immunoglobulins(IgG,IgG1,IgG2a),and restored the balance between T helper(Th)17 and regulatory T cells in the spleen of CIA *** results indicate that nuciferine may offer therapeutic advantages for RA by decreasing the proliferation and invasiveness of FLS cells and correcting the Th17/Treg cell imbalance in CIA rats.

Flowering time and growth period are key agronomic traits which directly affect soybean(Glycine max(L.)Merr.)adaptation to diverse latitudes and farming *** FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT)homologs GmFT2a and GmFT5a integrate multiple flowering regulation pathways and significantly advance flowering and maturity in *** the genes responsible for regulating GmFT2a and GmFT5a will improve our understanding of the molecular mechanisms governing growth period in *** this study,we identified the Nuclear Factor Y-C(NFY-C)protein GmNF-YC4 as a novel flowering suppressor in soybean under long-day(LD)***-YC4 delays flowering and maturation by directly repressing the expression of GmFT2a and *** addition,we found that a strong selective sweep event occurred in the chromosomal region harboring the GmNF-YC4 gene during soybean *** GmNF-YC4Hap3 allele was mainly found in wild soybean(Glycine soja Siebold&Zucc.)and has been eliminated from *** landraces and improved cultivars,which predominantly contain the GmNF-YC4Hap1 ***,the Gmnf-yc4 mutants displayed notably accelerated flowering and maturation under LD *** alleles may prove to be valuable genetic resources for enhancing soybean adaptability to higher latitudes.

Ground-based arrays of imaging atmospheric Cherenkov telescopes(IACTs)are the most sensitiveγ-ray detectors for energies of approximately 100 Ge V and *** such IACT is the High Altitude Detection of Astronomical Radiation(HADAR)experiment,which uses a large aperture refractive water lens system to capture atmospheric Cherenkov photons(i.e.,the imaging atmospheric Cherenkov technique).The telescope array has a low threshold energy and large field of view,and can continuously scan the area of the sky being observed,which is conducive to monitoring and promptly responding to transient *** process ofγ-hadron separation is essential in very-high-energy(>30 Ge V)γ-ray astronomy and is a key factor for the successful utilization of *** this study,Monte Carlo simulations were carried out to model the response of cosmic rays within the HADAR *** analyzing the Hillas parameters and the distance between the event core and the telescope,the distinction between air showers initiated byγ-rays and those initiated by cosmic rays was ***,a Quality Factor was introduced to assess the telescope’s ability to suppress the background and to provide a more effective characterization of its performance.

Electrocatalytic reduction of nitrate(NO_(3)^(−))and nitride(NO_(2)^(−))to ammonia(NH3)is of wide interest as a promising alternative to the energy-intensive Haber-Bosch route for mitigating the vast energy consumption and the accompanied carbon dioxide emission,as well as benefiting for the relevant sewage ***,exploring an efficient and low-cost catalyst with high atomic utilization that can effectively facilitate the slow multi-electron transfer process remains a grand ***,we present an efficient hydrogenation of NO_(3)^(−)/NO_(2)^(−)species to NH3 in both alkaline and neutral environments over the Fe_(2)(MoO_(4))_(3)derived hybrid electrocatalyst with the metallic Fe site on FeMoO_(4)(Fe/FeMoO_(4)).The Mo ingredient can play a synergistically positive role in further promoting the NH_(3) production on *** a result,Fe/FeMoO_(4)behaves well in the electrochemical NH_(3) generation from NO_(2)^(−)with a maximum NH_(3) Faradaic efficiency(FE)of 96.53%and 87.68%in alkaline and neutral electrolyte,corresponding to the NH_(3) yield rate of 640.68 and 302.56 mg·h^(−1)·mg_(cat.)^(−1),respectively,which outperforms the Fe and Mo counterpart and other similar catalyst,showing the robust catalytic capacity of each active site.

The urban water system theory is an extension of the basin water system science on an urban scale, providing a new systematic solution for the unbalanced human-water relationship and severe water challenges, such as waterlogging, black and odorous water, and ecological degradation caused by urbanization. Most existing studies on urban water systems have focused on individual water cycle processes linked with water supply and sewage treatment plants, but mutual feedback between the water cycle and its associated material circulation and water ecology, as well as human processes, still needs further exploration. In this paper, the concept, theory, and technical methodology of the urban water system were developed based on the water cycle and basin water system science. The Urban Water System 5.0(UWS 5.0) model was developed by integrating the Time Variant Gain rainfall-runoff Model with Urban water system(TVGM_Urban) in different underlying surface conditions for analyzing the natural-social water cycle processes and their associated water environmental and ecological processes and the influence of multiscale sponge measures. Herein, five major simulation functions were realized: rainfall-runoff-nonpoint source pollutant load,water and pollutant transportations through the drainage network system, terminal regulation and purification, socioeconomic water cycle, and water system assessment and regulation. The location for the case study used in this paper was Wuhan City. The findings showed that the entire urban water system should consider the built-up area and its associated rivers and lakes as the research object and explore the integrations among the urban natural-social water cycle and river regulations inside and outside of the city as well as the effects of socioeconomic development and sponge measures on the water quantity-quality-ecology processes. Raindrop size distribution(DSD)plays a crucial role in enhancing the accuracy of radar quantitative precipitation estimates in the Tibetan Plateau(TP).However,there is a notable scarcity of long-term,high-resolution observations in this *** address this issue,long-term observations from a two-dimensional video disdrometer(2DVD)were leveraged to refine the radar and satellite-based algorithms for quantifying precipitation in the hinterland of the *** was observed that weak precipitation(R<1,mm h-1)accounts for 86%of the total precipitation time,while small raindrops(D<2 mm)comprise 99%of the total raindrop ***,the average spectral width of the DSD increases with increasing rain *** DSD characteristics of convective and stratiform precipitation were discussed across five different rain rates,revealing that convective precipitation in Yangbajain(YBJ)exhibits characteristics similar to maritime-like *** constrained relationships between the slopeΛand shapeμ,D_(m)and N_(w)of gamma DSDs were ***,we established a correlation between the equivalent diameter and drop axis ratio and found that raindrops on the TP attain a nearly spherical ***,the application of the rainfall retrieval algorithms of the dual-frequency precipitation radar in the TP is improved based on the statistical results of the DSD.
