Investigation outer environment pollution for avian influenza virus from live poultry markets in Guangdong Province during 2012-2015 to discover potential human avian influenza incidence of risk factors and to provide scientific reference for prevention and treatment of human avian influenza virus. Use information management system data about Infectious disease monitoring platform and descriptive epidemiology,and analysis epidemiological features of various subtypes of virus from live poultry markets and investigate outer environment pollution for avian influenza virus from live poultry markets in Guangdong Province during 2012-2015. A total of 33079 environmental samples were collected and tested from 2012 to 2015 in twenty-one cities,and the overall positive rate of avian influenza A virus was 24.23%. the positive rate of highly pathogenic H5、H7 and H9 viruses was 3.70%、3.89% and 13.53% respectively. Apart from the positive rate with the seasonal increase in 2012,the peak of Flu A positive rate of emergence was in the spring and winter. Collecting different parts or site specimens,slaughter poultry chopping board surface was the highest positive rate(Flu A 39.49%,H5 8.41%,H7 7.41%,H9 23.84%),while feces specimens was the lowest positive rate(Flu A 14.99%,H5 1.73%,H7 2.38%,and H9 7.23%).Collecting specimens of related species,chicken(64.08%),duck(55.84%) and bird(51.92%),the positive rate of avian influenza virus is all above 50% and H5,H7 and H9 all can be checked out from related species. Also found that more regions distribution of H7 subtypes in the environment and the number of cases of corresponding regions H7 N9 human infection have significant correlation(r = 0.689,P < 0.689). Selecting 2322 samples to detect nucleic acid of H6 subtype,the total positive rate was 2.58%,at the same time,selecting 153 specimens about H5,H6 and H9 subtype to detect the N subtype,H5N1,H5N2,H5N6,H6N2 and H9N2 subtype scan be checked out. An emerging disease is one infectious epidemic caused by a newly transmissible pathogen, which has either appeared for the first time or already existed in human populations, having the capacity to increase rapidly in incidence as well as geographic range. Adapting to human immune system, emerging diseases may trigger large-scale pandemic spreading, such as the transnational spreading of SARS, the global outbreak of A(H1N1), and the recent potential invasion of avian influenza A(H7N9). To study the dynamics mediating the transmission of emerging diseases, spatial epidemiology of networked metapopulation provides a valuable modeling framework, which takes spatially distributed factors into consideration. This review elaborates the latest progresses on the spatial metapopulation dynamics, discusses empirical and theoretical findings that verify the validity of networked metapopulations, and the sketches application in evaluating the effectiveness of disease intervention strategies as well.

目的从细胞膜上提纯禽流感病毒H5N1的血凝素蛋白H51151F和H51151F＋A134V＋E186D，并使蛋白结晶。方法细胞内大量增殖重组牛痘病毒，去垢剂提取细胞膜中的HA蛋白，连续蔗糖密度梯度超速离心，Western印迹检测，菠萝蛋白酶等裂解HA，离子交换层析，SDS—PAGE电泳并染色检测蛋白纯度，坐滴气象扩散法结晶。结果从细胞膜中提取了高纯度的血凝素蛋白H51151F和H51151F＋A134V＋E186D，并得到了H51151F蛋白晶体。结论首次获得了禽流感病毒H5N1的I-IS1151F蛋白晶体，为进一步研究禽流感病毒人传人的可能性打下基础。

Background: Since the beginning of the global COVID-19 pandemic, several studies have been carried out to investigate its spread, with a wide range of factors to understand the influence of the factors that contribute to its spread and to reduce the ongoing threat of COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: In this study, the relationships between the Earth’s electric field and cosmic ray charged particles of different energy ranges and the daily confirmed COVID-19 infections in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia have been investigated using non-parametric statistical tests. The data covered the period between 3 April 2020 and 1st August 2021 and were obtained from the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) CARPET detector, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The electric fields data were obtained from electric field monitor (EFM) deployed on the rooftop of the KACST laboratory. The data of the daily COVID-19 cases were obtained from the official webpage of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Health (MOH). Results: The results revealed that that the number of COVID-19 cases is correlated with cosmic ray charged particles and anti-correlated with the Earth’s electric field. Conclusion: While the exact mechanism explaining the influence of Earth’s electric field and cosmic rays variations on the reported number of COVID-19 cases is not yet established, the results presented in this study can add additional knowledge to our understanding of the effects of additional factors on influenza activities.

Objective The resistance trend of Haemophilus influenza was studied and its resistance genes were detected in order to provide reference for *** 157 Haemophilus influenzae strains were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from 2015 to *** strains were identified by NH identification card and their antibiotic susceptibility was measured by HAMEO susceptibility strips;the results of antibiotic susceptibility were judged according to CLSI 2017 standard and were analyzed by WHONET5.6 statistical software;the drug resistance genes was detected by PCR *** Among 157 strains of Haemophilus influenzae,58.5% isolates were isolated from pediatric ***,the type of specimens were mainly from sputum,The drug sensitivity analysis showed that the resistance rate of ampicillin and sulfamethoxazole compound was increased,while ofloxacin and cefotaxime were highly sensitive to these *** addition,the positive rates of TEM and ROB gene were 73.1%and 7.7%,*** Clinical strains of Haemophilus influenzae have high drug resistance rate and multiple drug resistance *** therapy should be based on the results of antimicrobial sensitivity test and avoid unreasonable drug use.

Avian influenza, subtype H5N1, causes occasional but serious infections in humans and efforts to produce vaccines against this strain continue. Current influenza vaccines are prophylactic and utilize the two major antigens, hemagglutinin and neuraminidase. Nucleocapsid protein (NP) is an attractive alternative antigen because it is highly conserved across all influenza strains, has been shown to increase the rate of viral clearance, and potential therapeutic vaccines would elicit cytotoxic T lymphocyte responses in an infected person. The NP antigen from H5N1 was characterized using a variety of physico-chemical methods to gain insights into both the biological and physical properties of the antigen which are important from a regulatory viewpoint when considering therapeutic vaccines. Results obtained to date show that NP is relatively unstable and indicate that the conformation of the H5N1 NP antigen is highly dependent upon purification procedure, buffer conditions, pH and the presence or absence of RNA. These factors will need to be clearly defined and taken into consideration when manufacturing and regulating NP vaccine preparations.
