On the basis of prioritized aggregated operator and prioritized ordered weighted average(POWA)operator,in this paper,the authors further present interval neutrosophic prioritized ordered weighted aggregation(INPOWA)operator with respect to interval neutrosophic numbers(INNs).Firstly,the definition,operational laws,characteristics,expectation and comparative method of INNs are ***,the INPOWA operator is developed,and some properties of the operator are ***,based on the INPOWA operator and the comparative formula of the INNs,an approach to decision making with INNs is ***,an illustrative example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

Repetitive traumatic brain injury impacts adult neurogenesis in the hippocampal dentate gyrus,leading to long-term cognitive ***,the mechanism underlying this neurogenesis impairment remains *** this study,we established a male mouse model of repetitive traumatic brain injury and performed long-term evaluation of neurogenesis of the hippocampal dentate gyrus after repetitive traumatic brain *** results showed that repetitive traumatic brain injury inhibited neural stem cell proliferation and development,delayed neuronal maturation,and reduced the complexity of neuronal dendrites and *** with repetitive traumatic brain injuryalso showed deficits in spatial memory ***,following repetitive traumatic brain injury,neuroinflammation was enhanced in the neurogenesis microenvironment where C1q levels were increased,C1q binding protein levels were decreased,and canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling was *** inhibitor of C1 reversed the long-term impairment of neurogenesis induced by repetitive traumatic brain injury and improved neurological *** findings suggest that repetitive traumatic brain injury–induced C1-related inflammation impairs long-term neurogenesis in the dentate gyrus and contributes to spatial memory retrieval dysfunction.

We investigate a wireless-powered cooperative relay network, where an energy constrained relay node accumulates the energy harvested from radio frequency signals, and then assists source signal transmission. An adaptive cooperative transmission scheme for cooperative relay network is developed. The relay helps to transmit the source signal only if it has harvested enough energy and the channels between source and relay do not suffer from an outage. Before each transmission block, one out of two transmission modes, i.e., Half-duplex(HD) or Full-duplex(FD), is dynamically adopted based on the maximal instantaneous capacity of the system. A closed-form expression for the exact outage probability of the system with the proposed scheme is derived. Monte Carlo simulations are run to validate the accuracy of the mathematical analysis, and numerical results show that the proposed protocol outperforms the existing fixed cooperative transmission modes.

The aim of this paper is to develop an ordered weighted distance(OWD) measure,which is the generalization of some widely used distance measures,including the normalized Hamming distance, the normalized Euclidean distance,the normalized geometric distance,the max distance,the median distance and the min distance,***,the ordered weighted averaging operator,the generalized ordered weighted aggregation operator,the ordered weighted geometric operator,the averaging operator,the geometric mean operator,the ordered weighted square root operator,the square root operator,the max operator,the median operator and the min operator are also the special cases of the OWD *** methods depending on the input arguments are given to determine the weights associated with the OWD *** prominent characteristic of the OWD measure is that it can relieve(or intensify) the influence of unduly large or unduly small deviations on the aggregation results by assigning them low(or high) *** desirable characteristic makes the OWD measure very suitable to be used in many actual fields,including group decision making,medical diagnosis, data mining,and pattern recognition,***,based on the OWD measure,we develop a group decision making approach,and illustrate it with a numerical example.

The sequences {Zi,n, 1≤i≤n}, n≥1 are multi-nomial distribution among i.i.d, random variables {X1,i, i≥1}, {X2,i, i≥1 } {Xm,i, i≥1 }. The extreme value distribution Gz（x） of this particular triangular array of i.i,d, random variables Z1,n, Z2 n,...,Zn,n is discussed. A new type of not max-stable extreme value distributions which are Fréchet mixture, Gumbel mixture and Weibull mixture has been found if Fj,…… Fm belong to the same MDA. Whether mixtures of different types of extreme value distributions exist or not and the more general case are discussed in this paper. We found that Gz（x） does not exist as mixture forms of the different types of extreme value distributions after we investigated all cases.

This paper formulates a novel integrated measure for energy market efficiency,by investigating different aspects of the market *** from most existing models focusing on one certain aspect,the novel measure especially takes into consideration the self-similarity(or system memo ability or long-term persistence)via fractality,the attractor properties in phase-space via chaos,and disorder state of data dynamics via *** the proposed method,the most popular data analysis techniques of multi-fractal detrended fluctuation analysis,correlation dimension,and sample entropy are respectively conducted on the market returns to capture the corresponding features,and the entropy weight method is then used to generate the final integrated *** illustration and verification,the proposed measure is applied to three typical energy markets *** empirical results find that natural gas market and crude oil market are much more efficient than carbon market.
