Objective:This article aims to elaborate the recent research status of perioperative nutrition optimization,in order to help clinical ***:This study employed a comprehensive and systematic method to search prominent databases,including PubMed and Web of Science,using carefully selected *** meticulous screening,the inclusion of high-quality studies was prioritized,and a thorough review of the references was conducted to comprehensively analyze the latest evidence on perioperative nutrition ***:The main contents include preoperative nutritional risk screening and assessment,nutritional support pathway,immune enhancing nutrition,preoperative and postoperative nutritional management,as well as personalized nutrition optimization strategies for specific populations(such as children,bariatric surgery patients,and cancer patients).Conclusions:In clinical practice,the importance of perioperative nutrition should be emphasized,and personalized nutrition management plans should be developed based on the characteristics and needs of *** research and promotion of perioperative nutrition optimization strategies will help improve the overall prognosis and quality of life of surgical patients.

AIM: To evaluate the efficacy of intravitreal injection of conbercept(IVC) and ranibizumab(IVR) in patients with diabetic macular ***: Reviewers have searched 12 databases, including PubMed, Medline, EMBASE, Web of Science, Springer, ScienceDirect, OVID, Cochrane Library, clinical ***, cqVIP, WanFangdata and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), up to December 28, 2018. Rev Man 5.3(Cochrane Library Software, Oxford, UK) was employed for statistical analysis. Fixed and random effects models were applied to assess heterogeneity. Odds ratio(OR) was applied for dichotomous variables;weighted mean difference(WMD) was applied for continuous variables. The confidence interval(CI) was set at 95%. Central macular thickness(CMT) and best-corrected visual acuity(BCVA) were employed to analyze the improvement of DME patients. Inclusion criteria for picking out studies were retrospective studies and randomized controlled trials(RCTs) that compared IVC and IVR for the treatment of diabetic macular ***: Four retrospective studies and five RCTs were included with a total of 609 patients. No statistically significant difference was observed in mean CMT and mean BCVA in the baseline parameters [BCVA(WMD:-0.48;95%CI:-1.06 to 0.10;P=0.1), CMT(WMD:-0.83;95%CI:-15.15 to 13.49;P=0.91). No significant difference was found in the improvement of BCVA and adverse event(AE) in IVC group, compared with IVR group after treatment of loading dosage [the 1 st month BCVA(WMD: 0.01;95%CI:-0.26 to 0.27;P=0.96), the 3 rd month BCVA(WMD:-0.04;95%CI:-0.14 to 0.06;P=0.46);the 6 th month BCVA(WMD:-0.24;95%CI:-1.62 to 1.14;P=0.73)], AE(OR: 0.84;95%CI: 0.38 to 1.84;P=0.66)]. A slight difference was found in the effectiveness rate(OR: 1.70;95%CI: 0.97 to 2.96;P=0.06), There were statistically significant differences between IVC and IVR treatment in terms of CMT (1 st month CMT(WMD:-19.88;95%CI:-27.94 to-11.82;P<0.001), 3 rd month CMT(WMD:-23.31;95%CI:-43.30 to-3.33;P=0.02),

Protein arginine methyltransferase-6 participates in a range of biological functions,particularly RNA processing,transcription,chromatin remodeling,and endosomal ***,it remains unclear whether protein arginine methyl transferase-6 modifies neuropathic pain and,if so,what the mechanisms of this *** this study,protein arginine methyltransferase-6 expression levels and its effect on neuropathic pain were investigated in the spared nerve injury model,chronic constriction injury model and bone cancer pain model,using immunohistochemistry,western blotting,immunoprecipitation,and label-free proteomic *** results showed that protein arginine methyltransferase-6 mostly co-localized withβ-tubulinⅢin the dorsal root ganglion,and that its expression decreased following spared nerve injury,chronic constriction injury and bone cancer *** addition,PRMT6 knockout(Prmt6~(-/-))mice exhibited pain ***,the development of spared nerve injury-induced hypersensitivity to mechanical pain was attenuated by blocking the decrease in protein arginine methyltransferase-6 ***,when protein arginine methyltransferase-6 expression was downregulated in the dorsal root ganglion in mice without spared nerve injury,increased levels of phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinases were observed in the ipsilateral dorsal horn,and the response to mechanical stimuli was ***,protein arginine methyltransferase-6 appeared to contribute to spared nerve injury-induced neuropathic pain by regulating the expression of heterogeneous nuclear ***,protein arginine methyltransfe rase-6-mediated modulation of hete rogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein-F expression required amino atids 319 to 388,but not classical H3R2 *** findings indicated that protein arginine methyltransferase-6 is a potential therapeutic target fo r the treatment of peripheral neuro pathic pain.

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of perioperative nursing guided by the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery and summarize ***:Pubmed,Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Wanfang Database,and VIP Database were searched to obtain the relevant literature involving enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)guidance,obtain the effective clinical data,review the reports in literature,and obtain the effective ***:Compared with the traditional nursing program,perioperative nursing principles guided by the concept of ERAS provide more accurate nursing care to patients and reduce the occurrence of intraoperative stress events through comprehensive nursing measures such as preoperative pre-rehabilitation measures,intraoperative body temperature and fluid management,postoperative analgesia,prevention of nausea and vomiting,early mobilization,catheter nursing,and better out-of-hospital ***:Perioperative nursing principles guided by the concept of ERAS can significantly reduce the incidence of perioperative complications,shorten the hospital stay of patients,and promote postoperative rehabilitation of *** transformation and implementation of this concept can bring significant benefits to hospitals,medical care,and patients.

Antimicrobial resistance(AMR) represents a substantial threat to global public health, complicating the treatment of common infections and leading to prolonged illness and escalated healthcare expenses. To effectively combat AMR, timely and accurate detection is crucial for AMR surveillance and individual-based therapy. Phenotypic antibiotic resistance testing(AST) has long been considered the gold standard in clinical applications, serving as the foundation for clinical AMR diagnosis and optimized therapy. It has significantly contributed to ensuring patients′ health and the development of novel antimicrobials. Despite advancements in automated culture-based AST technologies,inherent limitations impede the widespread use of phenotypic AST in AMR surveillance. Genotypic AST technologies offer a promising alternative option, exhibiting advantages of rapidity, high sensitivity, and specificity. With the continuous advancement and expanding applications of genotypic AST technologies, such as microfluidics, mass spectrometry, and high-resolution melting curve analysis, new vigor has been injected into the development and clinical implementation of genotypic AST technologies. In this narrative review, we discuss the principles, applications, and advancements of emerging genotypic AST methods in clinical settings. The comprehensive review aims to highlight the significant scientific potential of emerging genotypic AST technologies in clinical AMR diagnosis, providing insights to enhance existing methods and explore novel approaches.
