BCCLR:A Skeleton-Based Action Recognition with Graph Convolutional Network Combining Behavior Dependence and Context Clues

In recent years,skeleton-based action recognition has made great achievements in Computer Vision.A graph convolutional network(GCN)is effective for action recognition,modelling the human skeleton as a spatio-temporal *** GCNs define the graph topology by physical relations of the human ***,this predefined graph ignores the spatial relationship between non-adjacent joint pairs in special actions and the behavior dependence between joint pairs,resulting in a low recognition rate for specific actions with implicit correlation between joint *** addition,existing methods ignore the trend correlation between adjacent frames within an action and context clues,leading to erroneous action recognition with similar ***,this study proposes a learnable GCN based on behavior dependence,which considers implicit joint correlation by constructing a dynamic learnable graph with extraction of specific behavior dependence of joint *** using the weight relationship between the joint pairs,an adaptive model is *** also designs a self-attention module to obtain their inter-frame topological relationship for exploring the context of *** the shared topology and the multi-head self-attention map,the module obtains the context-based clue topology to update the dynamic graph convolution,achieving accurate recognition of different actions with similar *** experiments on public datasets demonstrate that the proposed method achieves better results and realizes higher quality representation of actions under various evaluation protocols compared to state-of-the-art methods.

Solar vapor generation is a promising sustainable technology that uses solar distillation to produce fresh water from seawater and wastewater,helping relieve global water resource ***,inspired by naturally grown integrally molded mulberry leaves with a Janus hydrophilic and hydrophobic structure,a novel,simple,and efficient integrated molding method is proposed to break through the limitations of the traditional split manufacturing strategy and realizes the integrated formation of Janus *** on the spontaneous sedimentation characteristics of MXene in silk fibroin solution and its regulation of mesoscopic structure and hydrophilicity of silk fibroin,layered structures with different compositions and hydrophilicities were obtained in one ***,ethanol and glutaraldehyde were added to construct a physical crystallization-chemical crosslinking dual stabilization structure in silk *** evaporator has the evaporation rate of 3.07 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1) and the efficiency of 86.8%under 1 sun and maintains high evaporation performance under various extreme test conditions including vigorous washing,repeated compression,and high-intensity ultraviolet(UV)***,the evaporator performs well in practical application scenarios,its evaporation rate in the simulated Dead Sea seawater exceeds 2.13 kg·m^(-2)·h^(-1),and more than 99.9%of the salt,heavy metal ions,oil pollution,and dyes are purified.

Peking Union Medical college(PUMC)launched the"4+4"Medical Doctor(MD)pilot program in 2018,admitting students with non-medical backgrounds from top universities,aligning with national medical talent training policies to foster diverse and eager learners in *** the occasion of the graduation of the first class of the"4+4"MD pilot class at PUMC in 2023,we reviewed the teaching reform in the pilot program and carried out a systematic survey and interviews with students,faculties,and management staff of the pilot *** article reports on the measures taken by the pilot class at PUMC in enrollment and curriculum setting,and demonstrates the achievements of the pilot class in terms of student academic background structure,knowledge acquisition and skill learning,scientific research ability,and course *** results indicated that the pilot class had met the national demand for the"Medicine+X"talent training *** specifically,with a diverse academic backgrounds,the pilot class graduates had academic levels comparable to the eight-year medical education graduates,and their scientific research abilities were *** pilot program at PUMC will optimize the curriculum setting,strengthen the construction of faculty,learning resources,and teaching facilities,and reform the academic evaluation methods,thus deepening the reform of medical education and improving the"4+4"MD program as a novel medical education model.

This study describes improving network security by implementing and assessing an intrusion detection system(IDS)based on deep neural networks(DNNs).The paper investigates contemporary technical ways for enhancing intrusion detection performance,given the vital relevance of safeguarding computer networks against harmful *** DNN-based IDS is trained and validated by the model using the NSL-KDD dataset,a popular benchmark for IDS *** model performs well in both the training and validation stages,with 91.30%training accuracy and 94.38%validation ***,the model shows good learning and generalization capabilities with minor losses of 0.22 in training and 0.1553 in ***,for both macro and micro averages across class 0(normal)and class 1(anomalous)data,the study evaluates the model using a variety of assessment measures,such as accuracy scores,precision,recall,and F1 *** macro-average recall is 0.9422,the macro-average precision is 0.9482,and the accuracy scores are ***,macro-averaged F1 scores of 0.9245 for class 1 and 0.9434 for class 0 demonstrate the model’s ability to precisely identify anomalies *** research also highlights how real-time threat monitoring and enhanced resistance against new online attacks may be achieved byDNN-based intrusion detection systems,which can significantly improve network *** study underscores the critical function ofDNN-based IDS in contemporary cybersecurity procedures by setting the foundation for further developments in this *** research aims to enhance intrusion detection systems by examining cooperative learning techniques and integrating up-to-date threat knowledge.

Within the framework of the Floquet theorem, we have investigated single-electron photon-assisted tunneling in a double-well system using the transfer matrix technique. The transmission probability displays satellite peaks on both sides of the main resonance peaks and these satellite peaks originate from emission or absorption photons. The single-electron resonance tunneling can be controlled through changing the applied harmonically potential positions, such as driven potential in wells, in barriers, or in whole double-well systems. This advantage should be useful in the optimization of the parameters of a transmission device.

Intrusion detection systems(IDS)are essential in the field of cybersecurity because they protect networks from a wide range of online *** goal of this research is to meet the urgent need for small-footprint,highly-adaptable Network Intrusion Detection Systems(NIDS)that can identify *** NSL-KDD dataset is used in the study;it is a sizable collection comprising 43 variables with the label’s“attack”and“level.”It proposes a novel approach to intrusion detection based on the combination of channel attention and convolutional neural networks(CNN).Furthermore,this dataset makes it easier to conduct a thorough assessment of the suggested intrusion detection ***,maintaining operating efficiency while improving detection accuracy is the primary goal of this ***,typical NIDS examines both risky and typical behavior using a variety of *** the NSL-KDD dataset,our CNN-based approach achieves an astounding 99.728%accuracy rate when paired with channel *** to previous approaches such as ensemble learning,CNN,RBM(Boltzmann machine),ANN,hybrid auto-encoders with CNN,MCNN,and ANN,and adaptive algorithms,our solution significantly improves intrusion detection ***,the results highlight the effectiveness of our suggested method in improving intrusion detection precision,signifying a noteworthy advancement in this *** efforts will focus on strengthening and expanding our approach in order to counteract growing cyberthreats and adjust to changing network circumstances.

As a sustainable mode of travel,carpooling is an effective solution to environmental and energy problems,but it has not been fully *** research on carpooling attitudes,especially for college students,still needs to be *** response to this problem,this paper aims to investigate the effect of personal attributes,travel attributes,attitude attributes and other attributes of students on carpooling attitudes in *** collect the data,an online questionnaire survey was implemented at Shenzhen University,and 514 students *** on the samples,the multinomial logit model is used to explore the contribution of all *** model results showed that personal attributes such as sex and age had no significant effect on the attitude of college students towards *** safety of carpooling and its high cost make college students have a neutral attitude towards *** most concerning factor for college students in carpooling is *** findings can provide valuable suggestions for measures to be taken in response to different attributes affecting students’attitudes and are particularly important for the university and government to make optimal decisions to motivate students to select carpooling.
