Somatic symptom disorder(SSD)is a new diagnosis introduced into the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fifth Edition(DSM-5),which is expected to solve the diagnostic difficulties of patients with medically unexplained *** on the previous work,this review aims to comprehensively synthesise updated evidence related to SSD from recent years in English publications and,more extensively,from data published in Chinese language *** scoping review update was based on an earlier scoping review and included Chinese language publication data from China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),WANFANG and WEIPU between January 2013 and May 2022 and data from PubMed,PsyclNFO,and Cochrane Library between June 2020 and May ***,2984 articles were identified,of which 63 full texts were included for *** China,SSD is mainly applied in scientific research,but it also shows good predictive validity and clinical application *** mean frequency of SSD was 4.5%in the general population,25.2%in the primary care population and 33.5%in diverse specialised care *** factors,such as brain region changes and heart rate variability,are associated with the onset of *** impairment related to somatic symptoms is the best predictor of *** adolescent SSD is significantly associated with family function,SSD overall is associated with an increased dysfunction of cognition and emotion,decreased quality of life,and high comorbidity with anxiety and depressive *** research is needed on suicide risk and cultural and gender-related *** the data of Chinese language studies,our research enriches the evidence-based findings related to the topics addressed in the text sections of the SSD chapter of ***,research gaps remain about SSD reliability,population-based prevalence,suicide risk,and cultural and gender-related issues.

Objective: To investigate and analyze the risk factors of lung cancer in the population of health checkups. Methods: A total of 500 cases of the health check-up population were selected for data study. Surveyed showed that 19 cases of lung cancer were grouped as the lung cancer group and the remaining 481 cases made up the control group, and the risk factors were analyzed. Results: Among men, there was a significant proportion of individuals aged 60-69 years old, and women aged 30-39 years old. Additionally, individuals aged 60 and above were at increased risk of developing lung cancer. The results of the multifactorial analysis were that the risk factors affecting the detection of lung cancer in healthy people were smoking history, family history of lung cancer, secondhand smoke, history of respiratory diseases, psychosomatic factors, living environment, and kitchen fumes. Conclusion: People over 60 years of age were prone to early lung cancer, followed by individuals aged 30-39 years. It is important to identify the risk factors of lung cancer to strengthen the screening of high-risk groups for early detection and treatment.

Background The number of pediatric cases of infection with the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)Omicron variant has ***,we describe the clinical characteristics of children in a tertiary children's medical center in *** A total of 676 pediatric coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)cases caused by the Omicron variant who were admitted to the Shanghai Children's Medical center from March 28 to April 30,2022 were enrolled in this single-center,prospective,observational real-world *** demographics and clinical characteristics,especially COVID-19 vaccine status,were *** Children of all ages appeared susceptible to the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant,with no significant difference between sexes.A high SARS-CoV-2 viral load upon admission was associated with leukocytopenia,neutropenia,and thrombocytopenia(P=0.003,P=0.021,and P=0.017,respectively)but not with physical symptoms or radiographic chest *** linear regression models indicated that comorbidities(P=0.001)were associated with a longer time until viral clearance,and increasing age(P<0.001)and two doses of COVID-19 vaccine(P=0.001)were associated with a shorter time to viral *** analysis revealed an independent effect of comorbidities(P<0.001)and age(P=0.003).The interaction effect between age and comorbidity showed that the negative association between age and time to virus clearance remained significant only in patients without underlying diseases(P<0.001).Conclusion This study describes the clinical characteristics of children infected with the Omicron variant of SARS-CoV-2 and calls for additional studies to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of vaccination against COVID-19 in children.

BACKGROUND Rectus abdominis separation(DRA)affects pelvic stability and body *** studies have explored the effects of manual massage on early postpartum DRA and postpartum *** To analyze the curative effect of massage on early postpartum DRA and its impact on postpartum depression and thus its ability promote the overall psychosomatic rehabilitation of postpartum *** Data were retrospectively collected on 70 primiparous women with postpartum DRA who underwent rehabilitation at the Postpartum Rehabilitation center of Huzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2022 to September *** patients were divided into the Group S(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation treatment)and Group L(35 cases,biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with manual massage treatment).Baseline data,the edinburgh postpartum depression scale(EPDS)score,and the visual analog scale(VAS)scores for rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and lower back pain before and after treatment were *** No significant differences were found in the baseline data,rectus abdominis distance,waist circumference,and VAS and EPDS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the distance between rectus abdominis and waist circumference in Group L were significantly smaller than those in Group S(P<0.05).Furthermore,lower back pain(VAS score)and the EPDS score in Group L were significantly lower than those in Group S(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Manual massage can significantly reduce early postpartum DRA,waist circumference,and back pain and improve the patient’s mental state and postpartum depression.
