The analysis and the design of turbojet engines are of great importance to the improvement of the system *** researchers focus on these topics,and many important and interesting results have been *** this paper,the thermodynamic cycle in a turbojet engine is analyzed with the entransy theory and the T-Q *** ideal thermodynamic cycle in which there is no inner irreversibility is analyzed,as well as the influences from some inner irreversible factors,such as the heat transfer process,the change of the component of the working fluid and the viscosity of the working *** the discussed cases,it is shown that larger entransy loss rate always results in larger output power,while smaller entropy generation rate does not *** corresponding T-Q diagrams are also presented,with which the change tendencies of the entransy loss rate and the output power can be shown very *** is shown that the entransy theory is applicable for analyzing the inner irreversible thermodynamic cycles discussed in this *** with the concept of entropy generation,the concept of entransy loss and the corresponding T-Q diagram are more suitable for describing the change of the output power of the analyzed turbojet engine no matter if the inner irreversible factors are considered.

The application of next-generation sequencing （NGS） technology in cancer is influenced by the quality and purity of tissue samples. This issue is especially critical for patient-derived xenograft （PDX） models, which have proven to be by far the best preclinical tool for investigating human tumor biology, because the sensitivity and specificity of NGS analysis in xenograft samples would be compromised by the contamination of mouse DNA and RNA. This definitely affects downstream analyses by causing inaccurate mutation calling and gene expression estimates. The reliability of NGS data analysis for cancer xenograft samples is therefore highly dependent on whether the sequencing reads derived from the xenograft could be distinguished from those originated from the host. That is, each sequence read needs to be accurately assigned to its original species. Here, we review currently available methodologies in this field, including Xenome, Disambiguate, bamcmp and pdxBlacklist, and provide guidelines for users.

To carefully implement the rural revitalization strategy,further promote the structural reform of the agricultural supply front,implement the "155 Development Strategy",speed up the cultivation of the modern agricultural industrial clusters with output of 100 billion yuan,and constantly consolidate the industrial foundation of the " Second City in Chengdu-Chongqing Line",the Municipal Party committee and the Municipal Government of Nanchong City decided to implement the " 300 Demonstration Projects" of modern agriculture. It firmly grasps the " bull nose"( key part) of the project,energetically implements the construction of 100 modern circular agricultural demonstration parks,100 agricultural leading enterprises with output value of 100 billion yuan,and 100 agricultural new business model demonstration projects( hereinafter referred to as 300 Demonstration Projects),to realize the goal of the output value of the modern agriculture industrial clusters of Nanchong City exceeds 100 billion yuan in 2020.

Tasks and Priorities for Comprehensively Deepening Reform of China’s State Sector of Economy

The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central committee ushered in a new chapter of China＇s comprehensive deepening of reform. The basic objective of comprehensively deepening reform of the state sector of economy in the new chapter is to fully integrate this sector with a sophisticated market economic system with the market playing the decisive role in resource allocation. In order to achieve this objective, China is confronted with the four major priorities of adjusting the functions and layout of the state sector of economy according to national mandates, expediting the mixed ownership reform, creating a classified and multi- tiered new system for the administration of the sector, and developing a modern corporate system for SOEs to ensure an efficient micro-level governance mechanism for the sector. （1） The functions of the different types of SOEs should be accurately defined and SOEs should be divided into the three types of public policy SOEs, functional SOEs, and commercial SOEs. This classification forms the premises for reforming the state sector of economy. Based on the functions of the three types of SOEs, the directions and emphases for strategic adjustment should differ as well. （2） The mixed ownership reform should adhere to the methodological principles of combining top-down and bottom-up approaches, implementing pilot programs, and promoting coordinated progress. Practical implementation should ensure fair and standard reform procedures, reform programs consistent with laws and regulations, open and fair equity transfers, as well as fair and transparent internal distributions. The mixed ownership reform of SOEs should introduce the employee stock ownership system and adhere to the principles of compatible incentives, shared growth, and long-term development. Monopolistic sectors should be transformed into competitive market structures to create conditions for the implementation of mixed ownership for SOEs. （3） The new system for the administratio
