Nowadays,force sensors play an important role in industrial production,electronic information,medical health,and many other ***-dimensional material-based filed effect transistor(2D-FET)sensors are competitive with nano-level size,lower power consumption,and accurate ***,few of them has the capability of impulse detection which is a path function,expressing the cumulative effect of the force on the particle over a period of *** we fabricated the flexible polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)gate dielectric MoS_(2)-FET for force and impulse sensor *** systematically investigated the responses of the sensor to constant force and varying forces,and achieved the conversion factors of the drain current signals(I_(ds))to the detected impulse(I).the applied force was detected and recorded by I_(ds)with a low power consumption of~30 *** sensitivity of the device can reach~8000%and the 4×1 sensor array is able to detect and locate the normal force applied on ***,there was almost no performance loss for the device as left in the air for two months.

In this paper, the functions of warping displacement interruption defined on the crack lines are taken for the fundamental unknown functions. the torsion problem of cracked circular cylinder is reduced to solving a system of integral equations with strongly singular kernels. Using the numerical method of these equations, the torsional rigidities and the stress intensity factors are calculated to solve the torsion problem of circular cylinder with star-type and other different types of cracks. the numerical results are satisfactory.

AIM： To investigate whether the recombinant adenovirus induces the TNF-α-mediated apoptosis in vivo. MEthODS： Human hepatocarcinoma cell line （HepG2） cells were transfected into BALB/c nude mice, and the tumor growth curve was drawn. We analyzed apoptosis in HepG2 cells by TUNEL, HE staining and electron microscopy. RESULTS： AdIκBαM was expressed stably and efficiently in HepG2 and could not be degraded by induction of TNF-α. Tumor growth in mice could be reduced remarkably if treated by AdIκBαM plus TNF-α. there was apoptosis of 〉 70% of cells treated with AdIκBαM plus TNF-α and about 50% of cells treated with AdIκBαM. In contrast, there was few cell apoptosis in HepG2 cells treated with phosphate buffered saline and AdIκBαM. HepG2 cells in mice also exhibited a high level of apoptosis after in vivo injection with AdIκBαM. the tumor growth curve indicated the tumor transfected with AdIκBαM could be restrained. CONCLUSION： AdIκBαM gene therapy greatly enhances apoptosis due to inhibition of an NF-κB-mediated antiapoptosis signaling pathway.

To find a way of loads analysis from operational flight data for advanced aircraft,maneuver identification and standardization jobs are conducted in this paper. For thousands of sorties from one aircraft, after studying the flight attitude when performing actions, the start and end time of the maneuvers can be determined. According to those time points, various types of maneuvers during the flight are extracted in the form of multi-parameters time histories. By analyzing the numerical range and curve shape of those parameters, a characteristic data library is established to model all types of maneuvers. Based on this library, a computer procedure using pattern-recognition theory is programmed to conduct automatic maneuver identification with high accuracy. In that way, operational loads are classified according to maneuver type. For a group of identified maneuvers of the same type, after the processes of time normalization, trace shifting, as well as averaging and smoothing, the idealization standard time history of each maneuver type is ***, the typical load statuses are determined successfully based on standard maneuvers. the proposed method of maneuver identification and standardization is able to derive operational loads effectively, and might be applied to monitoring loads in Individual Aircraft Tracking Program（IATP）.

Hard carbon （HC） has been considered as promising anode material for sodium-ion batteries （SIBs）.the optimization of hard carbon’s microstructure and solid electrolyte interface （SEI） property are demonstrated effective in enhancing the Na+storage capability,however,a one-step regulation strategy to achieve simultaneous multi-scale structures optimization is highly ***,we have systematically investigated the effects of boron doping on hard carbon’s microstructure and interface chemistry.A variety of structure characterizations show that appropriate amount of boron doping can increase the size of closed pores via rearrangement of carbon layers with improved graphitization degree,which provides more Na+storage ***-situ Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy/electrochemical impedance spectroscopy （FTIR/EIS） and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） analysis demonstrate the presence of more BC3and less B–C–O structures that result in enhanced ion diffusion kinetics and the formation of inorganic rich and robust SEI,which leads to facilitated charge transfer and excellent rate *** a result,the hard carbon anode with optimized boron doping content exhibits enhanced rate and cycling *** general,this work unravels the critical role of boron doping in optimizing the pore structure,interface chemistry and diffusion kinetics of hard carbon,which enables rational design of sodium-ion battery anode with enhanced Na+storage performance.
