With the advancement of artificial intelligence,traffic forecasting is gaining more and more interest in optimizing route planning and enhancing service *** volume is an influential parameter for planning and operating traffic *** study proposed an improved ensemble-based deep learning method to solve traffic volume prediction problems.A set of optimal hyperparameters is also applied for the suggested approach to improve the performance of the learning *** fusion of these methodologies aims to harness ensemble empirical mode decomposition’s capacity to discern complex traffic patterns and long short-term memory’s proficiency in learning temporal ***,a dataset for automatic vehicle identification is obtained and utilized in the preprocessing stage of the ensemble empirical mode decomposition *** second aspect involves predicting traffic volume using the long short-term memory ***,the study employs a trial-and-error approach to select a set of optimal hyperparameters,including the lookback window,the number of neurons in the hidden layers,and the gradient descent ***,the fusion of the obtained results leads to a final traffic volume *** experimental results show that the proposed method outperforms other benchmarks regarding various evaluation measures,including mean absolute error,root mean squared error,mean absolute percentage error,and *** achieved R-squared value reaches an impressive 98%,while the other evaluation indices surpass the *** findings highlight the accuracy of traffic pattern ***,this offers promising prospects for enhancing transportation management systems and urban infrastructure planning.

In the era of the Internet,widely used web applications have become the target of hacker attacks because they contain a large amount of personal *** these vulnerabilities,stealing private data through crosssite scripting(XSS)attacks is one of the most commonly used attacks by ***,deep learning-based XSS attack detection methods have good application prospects;however,they suffer from problems such as being prone to overfitting,a high false alarm rate,and low *** address these issues,we propose a multi-stage feature extraction and fusion model for XSS detection based on Random Forest feature *** model utilizes RandomForests to capture the intrinsic structure and patterns of the data by extracting leaf node indices as features,which are subsequentlymergedwith the original data features to forma feature setwith richer information *** feature extraction is conducted through three parallel *** I utilizes parallel onedimensional convolutional layers(1Dconvolutional layers)with different convolutional kernel sizes to extract local features at different scales and performmulti-scale feature fusion;Channel II employsmaximum one-dimensional pooling layers(max 1D pooling layers)of various sizes to extract key features from the data;and Channel III extracts global information bi-directionally using a Bi-Directional Long-Short TermMemory Network(Bi-LstM)and incorporates a multi-head attention mechanism to enhance global ***,effective classification and prediction of XSS are performed by fusing the features of the three *** test the effectiveness of the model,we conduct experiments on six *** achieve an accuracy of 100%on the UNSW-NB15 dataset and 99.99%on the CICIDS2017 dataset,which is higher than that of the existing models.

AIM:To provide a comprehensive and more representative national data on the disease,especially on treatment options and outcomes,and to determine access of retinoblastoma patients from Luzon,Visayas and Mindanao to eye care,and determine if access is associated with delay in consultation,staging and ***:Cohort study of retinoblastoma patients seen in eleven institutions located in the three major areas of the Philippines namely Luzon,Vizayas and Mindanao from ***:Totally 636 patients,involving 821 eyes,were ***(57%)were from Luzon and were seen in institutions in Luzon(72%).Annually,58±10 new cases were seen with 71%having unilateral *** delay of consultation remained long at 9(3,17)mo,longest in patients with unilateral disease(Pstoma staging System,only 35%of patients had stage 1 while 47%already had extraocular *** was the most common treatment received by 484 patients while intravenous chemotherapy was received by *** were 250(39%)patients alive,195(31%)dead,85(13%)abandoned,17(3%)refused and 89(14%)with no ***:This study presents the largest cohort of retinoblastoma patients in the Philippines in terms of patients’and participating institutions’number and geographical location and type of institution(private and public).It also presents more comprehensive data on the treatments used and outcomes(survival,globe salvage,and vision retention rates).Delay in consultation was still long among patients leading to advanced disease stage and lower survival *** increasing capacity to diagnose and manage retinoblastoma in the country,the delay of consultation remains long primarily due to accessibility issues to eye care institutions especially in the Visayas and financial *** delay was still significant that overall survival rate remain low.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)offer a strategic solution to address the increasing demand for cellular connectivity in rural,remote,and disaster-hit regions lacking traditional ***,UAVs’limited onboard energy storage necessitates optimized,energy-efficient communication strategies and intelligent energy expenditure to maximize *** work proposes a novel joint optimization model to coordinate charging operations across multiple UAVs functioning as aerial base *** model optimizes charging station assignments and trajectories to maximize UAV flight time and minimize overall energy *** leveraging both static ground base stations and mobile supercharging stations for opportunistic charging while considering battery chemistry constraints,the mixed integer linear programming approach reduces energy usage by 9.1%versus conventional greedy *** key results provide insights into separating charging strategies based on UAV mobility patterns,fully utilizing all available infrastructure through balanced distribution,and strategically leveraging existing base stations before deploying dedicated charging *** to myopic localized decisions,the globally optimized solution extends battery life and enhances ***,this work marks a significant advance in UAV energy management by consolidating multiple improvements within a unified coordination framework focused on joint charging optimization across UAV *** model lays a critical foundation for energy-efficient aerial network deployments to serve the connectivity needs of the future.

We propose a novel framework for learning a low-dimensional representation of data based on nonlinear dynamical systems,which we call the dynamical dimension reduction(DDR).In the DDR model,each point is evolved via a nonlinear flow towards a lower-dimensional subspace;the projection onto the subspace gives the low-dimensional *** the model involves identifying the nonlinear flow and the *** the equation discovery method,we represent the vector field that defines the flow using a linear combination of dictionary elements,where each element is a pre-specified linear/nonlinear candidate function.A regularization term for the average total kinetic energy is also introduced and motivated by the optimal transport *** prove that the resulting optimization problem is well-posed and establish several properties of the DDR *** also show how the DDR method can be trained using a gradient-based optimization method,where the gradients are computed using the adjoint method from the optimal control *** DDR method is implemented and compared on synthetic and example data sets to other dimension reduction methods,including the PCA,t-SNE,and Umap.

Objective:Foodborne diseases pose a significant public health concern *** study aims to analyze the correlation between disease prevalence and climatic conditions,forecast the pattern of foodborne disease outbreaks,and offer insights for effective prevention and control strategies and optimizing health resource allocation policies in Guizhou ***:This study utilized theχ^(2) test and four comprehensive prediction models to analyze foodborne disease outbreaks recorded in the Guizhou Foodborne Disease Outbreak system between 2012 and *** best-performing model was chosen to forecast the trend of foodborne disease outbreaks in Guizhou Province,***:Significant variations were observed in the incidence of foodborne disease outbreaks in Guizhou Province concerning various meteorological factors(all P≤0.05).Among all models,the SARIMA-ARIMAX combined model demonstrated the most accurate predictive performance(RMSE:Prophet model=67.645,SARIMA model=3.953,ARIMAX model=26.544,SARIMA-ARIMAX model=26.196;MAPE:Prophet model=42.357%,SARIMA model=37.740%,ARIMAX model=15.289%,SARIMA-ARIMAX model=13.961%).Conclusion:The analysis indicates that foodborne disease outbreaks in Guizhou Province demonstrate distinct seasonal *** is recommended to concentrate prevention efforts during peak *** SARIMA-ARIMAX hybrid model enhances the precision of monthly forecasts for foodborne disease outbreaks,offering valuable insights for future prevention and control strategies.

Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs)with extreme fast charging(XFC)capability are considered an effective way to alleviate range anxiety for electric vehicle(EV)*** to the high ionic and electronic conductivity of LiNi_(x)Co_(y)Mn_zO_(2)(x+y+z=1,NCM)cathodes,the inevitable Li plating of graphite in NCM|graphite cell is usually identified as a key bottleneck for XFC ***,the capacity decay mechanism of cathode materials under XFC has not been fully *** this work,three typical NCM cathode materials with different Ni fractions were chosen and their electrochemical performances under XFC associated with structural evolution were investigated.A faster capacity decay of NCMs under XFC conditions is observed,especially for Ni-rich ***-situ X-ray diffraction(XRD)reveals that the multiple caxis parameters appear at the high-voltage regions in Nirich NCMs,which is probably triggered by the larger obstruction of Li(de)***,NCMs with moderate Ni fraction also present a similar trend under XFC *** phenomenon is more detrimental to the structural and morphological stability,resulting in a faster capacity decay than that under low current *** work provides new insight into the degradation mechanism of NCMs under XFC conditions,which can promote the development of NCM cathode materials with XFC capability.
