NeoHunter:Flexible software for systematically detecting neoantigens from sequencing data

The HIT-PSI is a linear plasma device built for physically simulating the high heat flux environment of future reactor divertors to test/develop advanced target plate *** this study,the geometry-modified SOLPS-ITER program is employed to examine the effects of the magnetic field strength and neutral pressure in the device on the heat flux experienced by the target plate of the HIT-PSI *** findings of the numerical simulation indicate a positive correlation between the magnetic field strength and the heat flux ***,there is a negative correlation observed between the heat flux density and the neutral *** the magnetic field strength at the axis exceeds 1 tesla and the neutral pressure falls below 10 Pa,the HIT-PSI has the capability to attain a heat flux of 10 MW·m-2 at the target *** simulation results offer a valuable point of reference for subsequent experiments at HIT-PSI.

Nafion/polypyrrole and Nafion/Dimethysulfoxid （DMSO） organic coatings were prepared on the surface of pure magnesium by simple immersion and heat treatment. The morphologies and corrosion resistance of the organic coatings were investigated by using optical microscopy and electrochemical corrosion testing, respectively. It is shown that Nafion/polypyrrole organic coatings resulted in the corrosion resistance of magnesium decreasing; while Nafion/DMSO organic coatings can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium. Also, the corrosion resistance increased with the thickness of the Nafion/DMSO organic coating increased.

Slow strain rate testing （SSRT） was employed to study the stress corrosion cracking （SCC） behavior of ZE41 magnesium alloy in 0.01 M NaCl solution. Smooth tensile specimens with different thicknesses were strained dynamically in both longitudinal and transverse direction under permanent immersions at a strain rate of 10-6 s-1. It is found that ZE41 magnesium alloy is susceptible to SCC in 0.01 M NaCl solution. The SCC susceptibility of the thinner specimen is lower than that of the thicker specimen. Also, the longitudinal specimens are slightly more susceptible to SCC than the transverse specimens. The SCC mechanism of magnesium alloy is attributed to the combination of anodic dissolution with hydrogen embrittlement.

The effectiveness of the corrosion protection of Nafion/Dimethysulfoxid （DMSO） organic coatings for AM50 magnesium alloy prepared by simple immersion and heat treatment was investigated. Its corrosion resistance and morphologies of the Nafion/DMSO organic coatings were studied by electrochemical corrosion testing and optical microscopy. The results show that Nafion/DMSO organic coatings can improve the corrosion resistance of AM50 magnesium alloy effectively. Also, the corrosion resistance increases with the surface density of the organic coatings.

Due to the civil BeiDou navigation system is open,unauthenticated,and non-encrypted,civilian BeiDou navigation signals may have great security loopholes during transmission or *** main security loophole here is spoofing *** attacks make the positioning or timing results of BeiDou civilian receivers *** errors may cause a series of security problems,which lays a serious hidden danger for Bei-Dou satellite information *** article proposes an anti-spoofing method for BeiDou navigation system based on the combination of SM commercial cryptographic algorithm and Timed Efficient Stream Loss-tolerant Authentication(tesla)for spoofing *** this solution,we use the SM3 algorithm to generate a tesla key chain with time information,and then use the key in the key chain to generate the message authentication code for the BeiDou D2 navigation *** message authentication code is inserted into a reserved bit of the D2 navigation *** addition,this solution uses the SM2 algorithm to protect and encrypt time information in the tesla key chain to prevent key replay attacks in *** experimental results tested on the experimental platform built in this paper show that this scheme reduces the possibility of the BeiDou navigation system being deceived and enhances the safety of the BeiDou navigation system.

The paper shows, how the quality of workpieces to be heat treated can be improved by using the technology of fixture-quenching. Different fixture systems, like fixed mandrel, expanding mandrel and lamellar mandrel are described. In the next section there is a comparison between manual operation of hardening machines vs. automated lines. Since there are applications for each, manual and fully automated hardening systems, HEESS has not only focused to develop automated lines, but also refined manual operated hardening machines (SP-Series). These take advantage of the latest technology, like for example quick tool change and PLC-control with workpiece parameter database. An overview over different machine types is given.

Liquid leakage from pipelines is a critical issue in large-scale process *** in pipelines affects the normal operation of the plant and increases maintenance ***,it causes unsafe and hazardous situations for ***,the detection and localization of leakages is a crucial task for maintenance and condition ***,the use of infrared(IR)cameras was found to be a promising approach for leakage detection in large-scale *** cameras can capture leaking liquid if it has a higher(or lower)temperature than its *** this paper,a method based on IR video data and machine vision techniques is proposed to detect and localize liquid leakages in a chemical process *** the proposed method is a vision-based method and does not consider the physical properties of the leaking liquid,it is applicable for any type of liquid leakage(i.e.,water,oil,etc.).In this method,subsequent frames are subtracted and divided into ***,principle component analysis is performed in each block to extract features from the *** subtracted frames within the blocks are individually transferred to feature vectors,which are used as a basis for classifying the *** k-nearest neighbor algorithm is used to classify the blocks as normal(without leakage)or anomalous(with leakage).Finally,the positions of the leakages are determined in each anomalous *** order to evaluate the approach,two datasets with two different formats,consisting of video footage of a laboratory demonstrator plant captured by an IR camera,are *** results show that the proposed method is a promising approach to detect and localize leakages from pipelines using IR *** proposed method has high accuracy and a reasonable detection time for leakage *** possibility of extending the proposed method to a real industrial plant and the limitations of this method are discussed at the end.
