主要综述了当前有关叠加于偏场之上的电弹性体小位移问题的求解方法,即偏场方法.首先介绍了作为偏场方法理论基础的非线性电弹性力学理论,接着总结了偏场方法的研究进展以及受偏场作用后,电弹性梁、板、壳结构的分析方法,随后综述了偏场方法的诸多应用:其中,包括在薄壁电弹性结构屈曲分析中的应用、在记时与通信压电谐振器和基于频率漂移原理所设计的声波传感器的频率稳定性分析方面的应用、在非线性电弹性材料系数的测定以及偏场作用下电致伸缩陶瓷特征的分析等方面的应用.最后给出了该领域当前和未来的一些可能的研究课题.全文参考文献166篇.

Thiol-stabilized PbS quantum dots (QDs) with dimensions 3-5 nm capped with a mixture of 1-thioglycerol/dithioglycerol (TGL/DTG) were colloidally prepared at room temperature. Room temperature photoluminescence quantum efficiency of freshly prepared PbS QDs (7%-11%) remained higher than 5% upon aging for three weeks when the nanocrystals (NCs) were stored in an ice-bath in the dark, and higher than 5% for at least five weeks when extra DTG ligands were introduced into the nanocrystal solution followed by stirring every two weeks. Poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide) (PNIPAM) microgels were produced via precipitation polymerization with dimensions of ca. 230 nm and polydispersity of 3-5%. Incorporation of PbS QDs into PNIPAM microgels indicated that PbS can be incorporated into the interior of microgel particles and not at the microgel interface. The combination of reasonable room temperature quantum efficiency and strong, efficient luminescence covering the 1.3-1.55 μm telecommunication window makes these nanoparticles promising materials in optical devices and telecommunications.

The combined idle channel assignment (ICA) and fixedchannel assignment (FCA) schemes are proposed and applied for theintegrated dual-mode networks. The network integrates theFrequency Division Duplex (FDD) and Time Division Duplex(TDD) modes of Universal Mobile telecommunication System(UMTS) Terrestrial Radio Access (UTRA) in a given cell, whichincludes the high traffic load region and the blocked region. Theeffect of network timeout period on the traffic performance of theintegrated dual-mode network is also investigated. The simulatedresults demonstrate that the blocking as well as handoff failureprobabilities of the integrated dual-mode natwork can be reducedsignificantly when the combined ICA and FCA schemes replace theFCA scheme. The integrated dual-mode network using thecombined ICA and FCA schemes also increases the carried traffic of1.18 Erlangs over the FCA scheme. The traffic performance of theintegrated dual-mode network is improved by decreasing themaximum timeout probability, i.e., increasing the network timeoutperiod.

Two defected tings square photonic crystal fibers(SPCFs) is described which has ultra-flattened dispersion,low confinement and splicing *** simulation results show that the proposed SPCFs owned ultra-flattened dispersion of 0 - 0.85 ps/(***) in a wavelength range of 1.42μm to 1.63μm(210 nm band) which covers S+C+L telecommunication bands and extremely low confinement loss of less than 10 dB/m in a wavelength range of 1.4μm to 1.65μ*** proposed two defected rings index-guiding SPCFs also show low splicing loss with single mode fiber.

Short-wavelength mid-infrared(2–2.5 μm wave band) silicon photonics has been a growing area to boost the applications of integrated optoelectronics in free-space optical communications, laser ranging, and biochemical sensing. In this spectral region, multi-project wafer foundry services developed for the telecommunication band are easily adaptable with the low intrinsic optical absorption from silicon and silicon dioxide materials. However,light coupling techniques at 2–2.5 μm wavelengths, namely, grating couplers, still suffer from low efficiencies,mainly due to the moderated directionality and poor diffraction-field tailoring capability. Here, we demonstrate a foundry-processed blazed subwavelength coupler for high-efficiency, wide-bandwidth, and large-tolerance light coupling. We subtly design multi-step-etched hybrid subwavelength grating structures to significantly improve directionality, as well as an apodized structure to tailor the coupling strength for improving the optical mode overlap and backreflection. Experimental results show that the grating coupler has a recorded coupling efficiency of-4.53 dB at a wavelength of 2336 nm with a 3-dB bandwidth of ~107 nm. The study opens an avenue to developing state-of-the-art light coupling techniques for short-wavelength mid-infrared silicon photonics.

Optical fber communication networks play an important role in the global telecommunication ***,nonlinear efects in the optical fber and transceiver noise greatly limit the performance of fber communication *** this paper,the product of mutual information(MI)and communication bandwidth is used as the metric of the achievable information rate(AIR).The MI loss caused by the transceiver is also considered in this work,and the bit-wise MI,generalized mutual information(GMI),is used to calculate the *** loss is more signifcant in the use of higher-order modulation *** AIR analysis is carried out in the QPSK,16QAM,64QAM and 256QAM modulation formats for the communication systems with diferent communication bandwidths and transmission distances based on the enhanced Gaussian noise(EGN)*** paper provides suggestions for the selection of the optimal modulation format in diferent transmission scenarios.
