We study the coexistence of antiferromagnetism and unconventional superconductivity on the Creutz lattice which shows strictly flat bands in the noninteracting *** famous renormalized mean-field theory is used to deal with strong electron-electron repulsive Hubbard interaction in the effective low-energy t-J model,the superfluid weight of the unconventional superconducting state has been calculated via the linear response *** unconventional superconducting state with both spin-singlet and staggered spin-triplet pairs emerges beyond a critical antiferromagnetic coupling interaction,while antiferromagnetism accompanies this *** superconducting state with only spin-singlet pairs is dominant with paramagnetic *** A phase is analogous to the pseudogap phase,which shows that electrons go to form pairs but do not cause a *** also show the superfluid behavior of the unconventional superconducting state and its critical *** is proven directly that the flat band can effectively raise the critical temperature of *** is implementable to simulate and control strongly-correlated electrons'behavior on the Creutz lattice in the ultracold atoms experiment or other artificial *** results may help the understanding of the interplay between unconventional superconductivity and magnetism.

An agile earth-observing satellite equipped with multimode cameras capable of transmitting observation data to other satellites is developed to rapidly respond to requests with multiple observation *** gives rise to the Multisatellite Multimode Crosslink Scheduling(MMCS)problem,which involves allocating observation requests to agile satellites,selecting appropriate timing and observation modes for the requests,and transmitting the data to the ground station via the satellite communication ***,a mixed integer programming model is introduced to include all complex time and operation *** solve the MMCS problem,a two-stage heuristic method,called Fast insertion Tabu Search with Conflict-avoidance(FTS-C)heuristic,is *** the first stage,a conflict-avoidance insertion algorithm is designed to generate a high-quality initial solution by considering the requests transmission and ***,the tabu search-based second stage optimizes the initial ***,an extensive empirical study based on a real-world situation demonstrates that FTS-C can generate a solution with higher quality in less time than other state-of-the-art algorithms and the CPLEX solver.

This study investigates the properties of exciton-polaritons in a two-dimensional(2D)hybrid organic-inorganic perovskite microcavity in the presence of optical Stark *** both steady and dynamic state analyses,strong coupling between excitons of perovskite and cavity photons is revealed,indicating the formation of polaritons in the perovskite ***,it is found that an external optical Stark pulse can induce energy shifts of excitons proportional to the pulse intensity,which modifies the dispersion characteristics of the polaritons.

This paper mainly focuses on the development of a learning-based controller for a class of uncertain mechanical systems modeled by the Euler-Lagrange *** considered system can depict the behavior of a large class of engineering systems,such as vehicular systems,robot manipulators and *** these systems are often characterized by highly nonlinear characteristics,heavy modeling uncertainties and unknown perturbations,therefore,accurate-model-based nonlinear control approaches become *** by the challenge,a reinforcement learning(RL)adaptive control methodology based on the actor-critic framework is investigated to compensate the uncertain mechanical *** approximation inaccuracies caused by RL and the exogenous unknown disturbances are circumvented via a continuous robust integral of the sign of the error(RISE)control *** from a classical RISE control law,a tanh(·)function is utilized inst.ad of a sign(·)function to acquire a more smooth control *** developed controller requires very little prior knowledge of the dynamic model,is robust to unknown dynamics and exogenous disturbances,and can achieve asymptotic output ***,co-simulations through ADAMS and MATLAB/Simulink on a three degrees-of-freedom(3-DOF)manipulator and experiments on a real-time electromechanical servo system are performed to verify the performance of the proposed approach.

We designed a clamping device to study lateral photovoltaic effect (LPE) in Ni-SiO_(2)-Si structure with bias due to the appropriate barrier *** LPE has a prominent sensitivity and linearity with 532 nm wavelength *** transient response time is 450μs and the relaxation time is 2 250μs in the Ni-SiO_(2)-Si structure without *** LPE sensitivity has a significant improvement with *** transient response time is 6μs and the relaxion time is 47μs with-7 V bias,not only improving the LPE sensitivity,but also increasing the response speed with *** research shows that the Schottky barrier structure can improve the sensitivity and linearity of LPE with bias effectively,and thus it can be used in position sensitive sensors.

Monitoring blood pressure is a critical aspect of safeguarding an individual’s health,as early detection of abnormal blood pressure levels facilitates timely medical intervention,ultimately leading to a reduction in mortality rates associated with cardiovascular ***,the development of a robust and continuous blood pressure monitoring system holds paramount *** the context of this research paper,we introduce an innovative deep learning regression model that harnesses phonocardiogram(PCG)data to achieve precise blood pressure *** novel approach incorporates a convolutional neural network(CNN)-based regression model,which not only enhances its adaptability to spatial variations but also empowers it to capture intricate patterns within the PCG *** advancements contribute significantly to the overall accuracy of blood pressure *** substantiate the effectiveness of our proposed method,we meticulously gathered PCG signal data from 78 volunteers,adhering to the ethical guidelines of Suranaree University of Technology(Human Research Ethics number EC-65-78).Subsequently,we rigorously preprocessed the dataset to ensure its *** further employed a K-fold cross-validation procedure for data division and alignment,combining the resulting datasets with a CNNfor blood pressure *** experimental results are highly promising,yielding aMeanAbsolute Error(MAE)and standard deviation(STD)of approximately 10.69±7.23 mmHg for systolic pressure and 6.89±5.22 mmHg for diastolic *** study underscores the potential for precise blood pressure estimation,particularly using PCG signals,paving the way for a practical,non-invasive method with broad applicability in the healthcare *** detection of abnormal blood pressure levels can facilitate timely medical interventions,ultimately reducing cardiovascular disease-related mortality rates.

Knowledge distillation,as a pivotal technique in the field of model compression,has been widely applied across various ***,the problem of student model performance being limited due to inherent biases in the teacher model during the distillation process still *** address the inherent biases in knowledge distillation,we propose a de-biased knowledge distillation framework tailored for binary classification *** the pre-trained teacher model,biases in the soft labels are mitigated through knowledge infusion and label de-biasing *** on this,a de-biased distillation loss is introduced,allowing the de-biased labels to replace the soft labels as the fitting target for the student *** approach enables the student model to learn from the corrected model information,achieving high-performance deployment on lightweight student *** conducted on multiple real-world datasets demonstrate that deep learning models compressed under the de-biased knowledge distillation framework significantly outperform traditional response-based and feature-based knowledge distillation models across various evaluation metrics,highlighting the effectiveness and superiority of the de-biased knowledge distillation framework in model compression.

Bilayer transition metal dichalcogenides（TMDs） balance the high mobility of single layers with the high state density of multilayers and therefore have promising application prospects in high-performance electronics. However, the layer-controlled growth of 2D materials is still confronted with challenges such as poor repeatability between different labs and a limited understanding of the growth mechanism at the atomic scale. Herein, we report a new carbon-assisted chemical vapor deposition process that can realize the growth of WS2sheets with high yield, precise thickness controllability, and repeatability. We show that carbon can act as a reducing agent and catalyst that preferentially reacts with the WO3precursor to form intermediate WO3-xproducts with low-valence state W. The resulting oxycarbide gas has a low surface adsorption energy when deposited on the surface of as-grown WS2, which provides nucleation sites for the subsequent layer of WS2growth and leads to the vertical growth of WS2sheets. The growth mechanism is thoroughly investigated. Electrical transport measurements show that the produced bilayer WS2possesses a high carrier mobility(up to 58 cm2·V-1·s-1) and small subthreshold swing（estimated to be 148 mV/decade）,which are among the best reported results for TMDs produced using CVD.

Turbo code is an error correction coding scheme close to the Shannon limit, usually used in wireless data transmission. Based on the parallel Turbo code algorithm, a parallel Turbo code circuit design scheme is *** the encoder, the recursive systematic convolutional encoder is multiplexed. The decoder is divided into branch metric, recursive, maximum likelihood ratio, and external information calculation modules. The decoding algorithm is based on Max-Log-MAP, controlling the component decoder in parallel. And the state metric calculation in the decoding circuit is combined to reduce the overall power consumption effectively, enabling the encoder and decoder to be used in narrowband Internet of things(NB-IoT). Finally, the hardware scheme of the main functional modules of Turbo code encoding and decoding is designed and implemented. The results show that the dynamic power consumption is less than 50 m W. The overall on-chip power consumption is reduced by 40% at the frequency of 125 MHz compared with previous jobs.
