Atractylenolide Ⅰ ameliorates post-infectious irritable bowel syndrome by inhibiting the polymerase Ⅰ and transcript release factor and c-Jun N-terminal kinase/inducible nitric oxide synthase pathway

OBJECTIVE: To explore the therapeutic effect and target of atractylenolide I(AT-I) on post-infectious irritable bowel syndrome(PI-IBS) rats. METHODS: Therefore, the preliminarily mechanism of AT-I in anti-PI-IBS were first predicted by network pharmacology and molecular docking, then the possible signaling pathways were systematically analyzed. Finally, the potential therapeutic targets and possible signaling pathways of AT-I on PI-IBS in Sprague-Dawley(SD) rat model were verified by experiments. RESULTS: AT-I could alleviate PI-IBS symptoms and reduce the expression of tumor necrosis factor α, interleukin-6 and Interferon-gamma in PI-IBS SD rat model and inhibit the c-Jun N-terminal kinase/inducible nitric oxide synthase(JNK/iNOS) pathway. Notably, AT-I treatment could inhibit the overexpression of polymerase Ⅰ and transcript release factor(PTRF). CONCLUSION: AT-I could alleviate PI-IBS symptoms through downregulation of PTRF and inhibiting the JNK/iNOS pathway. This study not only provides a scientific basis to clarify the anti-PI-IBS effect of AT-I and its mechanism but also suggests a novel promising therapeutic strategy to treat the PI-IBS.

Influence of Temperature on Electrochemical Performances of Rare Earth Based Hydrogen Storage Material

In view of the higher temperature of large-size NilMH battery in electric vehicle, the effect of temperature on electrochemical performances of hydrogen storage alloy Ml （ NiCoMnTi ）5 was investigated systematically. The results show that the electrochemical performances of alloy vary drastically with temperature changing. As temperature rises, the hydrogen equilibrium pressure increases, the width of hydrogen desorption plateau decreases and the gradient increases, leading to a decline of capacity. When temperature rises from 20 ℃ to 80 ℃ , the discharge capacity of the alloy decreases from 309.11 mA· h· g^-1 to 227.64 mA· h· g^-1 , but the high rate dischargeability is improved markedly. Higher temperatures also bring about a significant decrease in the cycling stability and self-discharge property. X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the alloy has a single phase with CaCu5-type LaNi5 structure.

STUDY OF FAST TRANSFER ALIGNMENT ON MOVING BASE

This paper holds that the key to improve the hitting rate of air-to-air missiles is to decrease the error of initial alignment of the inertial navigation system. Therefore, considering that the alignment should be completed within a specified short time, this paper presents the theory of transfer alignment and the computing way of accuracy in an air-to-air missile, where the platform inertial navigation system, or master INS, is adopted on aircraft, and the strap-down inertial navigation system, or slave INS, is used on missile. It emphasizes the idea of transfer alignment, that is, calibration of the slave INS is based on the master platform, and adopts a reasoning measure to deal with the installing-error-angle. And it is proved by simulation that the transfer alignment can be quickly achieved.

Fast electron-hole recombination issues during titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))photocatalysis limit its application in preventing bacterial infection during bone defect *** this study,TiO_(2)@reduced graphene oxide(rGO)composites were synthesized using a hydrothermal method in which rGO,which possesses very high electrical conductivity,promotes the separation of photoelectron-hole pairs of TiO_(2),thus improving the efficiency of photocatalytic production of reactive oxygen species(ROS).Subsequently,TiO_(2)@rGO composites were introduced into poly-L-lactic acid(PLLA)to prepare bone scaffolds with photocatalytic antibacterial function via selective laser *** results showed that TiO_(2)grew on the surface of rGO and formed a covalent bond connection(Ti-O-C)with rGO.A decreased electrochemical impedance of TiO_(2)@rGO composites was observed,and the transient photocurrent intensity increased from 0.05 to 0.5μA/cm^(2).Analysis of electron spin resonance found that the photocatalytic products of TiO_(2)were·OH and·O^(2-),two kinds of ROS capable of killing bacteria via disrupting the structure of the bacterial membrane in *** experiments showed that the PLLA/TiO_(2)@rGO scaffolds had good antibacterial properties against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus ***,we report that these scaffolds exhibited both enhanced mechanical properties due to the addition of TiO_(2)@rGO as a reinforcement material and good biocompatibility during cell proliferation.

Nerve protective effect of rhTPO and G-CSF on hypoxic ischemic brain damage in rats

Objective:To observe the protection effect of rhTPO and granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSFi on brain nerve after hypoxic ischemic brain damage(HIBD)in neonatal rats,exploring new ways for the laboratory basis of treatment for hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,and provide for ***:A total of 120 newborn SD rats aging 7 d were randomly divided into control group,model group,TPO group and G-CSF group,using the method of blockingleft carotid artery to establish HIBD *** left carotid artery was only seperated rather than blocked in the control group;after modeling,saline injection,rhTPO treatment and G-CSF treatment were adopted in the model group,TPO group and C-CSF group *** 10rats of 4 groups were executed at Day 3,7,14 after modeling,brain tissue was extracted to observe the brain damage:Immunohistochemical method was used to observe the histopathological changes of brain tissue and changes of nest protein(nestin)***:Injured brain mass of model group,TPO group and G-CSF group were significantly higher than that of control group at corresponding time point(P<0.05).Injured brain mass of TPO group and G-CSF group were significantly lower than that of model group(P<0.05),and with the increase of age,more significant increasing *** Day 3 after modeling,the expression of nestin positive cells in cerebral cortex of model group,TPO group and G-CSF gnmp increased significantly than that of control group{P<0.05);nestin positive cells of G-CSF group outnumbered TPO group significantly(P<0.05).Conclusions:The early TPO,G-CSF treatment of HIBD rats can improve brain function after hypoxia ischemia by neural protection.G-CSF can promote the differentiation of neural cells proliferation,and reduee degeneration and necrosis of nerve cells.
