目的哮喘-慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺重叠症(Asthma-chronie obst ructive pulmonary disease overlap,A-CO)患者的生活质量较低,肺功能较差,病情经常加重。由于暴露于污染环境会加重其症状,增加发病率和病死率,环境管理对其至关重要。旨在通过系统性综述,寻找证据,以指导制订护理干预措施,促进ACO患者对空气质量的自我管理。方法2023年3月 ,系统检索CINAHL、Medline、Academie Search Complete .Scopus、WebofScience、Cochrane图书馆、乔安娜布里格斯研究所(JoannaBriggsInstitute,JBI)循证实践数据库,以及GoogleScholar。对纳人研究进行数据提取和综合,并对护理干预措施进行分类。采用JBI研究质量评估工具进行方法学质量评估。结果共纳入5篇来自不同国家的研究。促进ACO患者自我监控空气质量的干预措施包括:警觉性干预措施(医务人员定期巡诊、进行症状评估),监测干预措施(监测室内外诱发因素) ,教育干预措施(空气质量警报、避免接触过敏原),以及相关政策的影响,如无烟政策和改善空气质量的综合战略。尽管这些研究报告了不同的干预措施,方法质量也存在差异,但这些干预措施显示了预防患者病情恶化、尽量减少急诊就诊和住院治疗的潜力。这些关键点可作为护理干预措施的关键组成部分。结论有必要采取全面措施,让护士参与促进患者自我监控空气质量的多学科团队.提高认识、制订和实施护理干预,从而使ACO患者受益。同时,需要进--步开展研究,以扩大证据基础并完善这些干预措施。

Most studies on device-free localization currently focus on single-person *** paper proposes a novel method for device-free localization that utilizes ZigBee received signal strength indication(RSSI)and a Transformer network *** method aims to address the limited research and low accuracy of two-person device-free *** paper first describes the construction of the sensor network used for collecting ZigBee *** then examines the format and features of ZigBee data *** algorithm design of this paper is then *** box plot method is used to identify abnormal data points,and a neural network is used to establish the mapping model between ZigBee RSSI matrix and localization *** neural network includes a Transformer encoder layer as the encoder and a fully connected network as the *** proposed method's classification accuracy was experimentally tested in an online test stage,resulting in an accuracy rate of 98.79%.In conclusion,the proposed two-person localization system is novel and has demonstrated high accuracy.

A major goal of current international urban development and construction is to lower carbon *** exist between the preservation of historic cities and the development of low-carbon cities;however,the relationship between preservation of historic cities and carbon emissions remains *** study focuses on the cities in the“Yellow-Canal-Yangtze”watershed community,which includes the Yellow River Basin,Yangtze River Basin,and the Grand Canal region,and aims to verify the differences in CO_(2) emissions(CE)between historic and non-historic cities through multiple comparisons after ***,Ridge Regression was used to determine the impact and dimensions of the relevant variables associated with the preservation of historic cities on *** with national development goals,this study predicts changes in the CE of historic city preservation under different *** study found significant differences between historic and non-historic cities,as the total CE of historic cities is 2.42 times higher than that of non-historic *** dimension with the largest difference was the CE related to transportation,with aviation emissions of historic cities reaching 15.22 times higher than that of non-historic *** the preservation of historic cities has led to an overall increase in the CE,there is significant potential for CE reduction in land use,transportation infrastructure,and tourism development related to historic city *** the future,historic cities can contribute to China's carbon neutrality and the United Nation's development goals through the creation of larger historical preservation areas,more convenient public transportation,and more vibrant tourism.

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2),the causative agent of COVID-19,encodes several accessory proteins that have been shown to play crucial roles in regulating the innate immune ***,their expressions in infected cells and immunogenicity in infected humans and mice are still not fully *** study utilized various techniques such as luciferase immunoprecipitation system(LIPS),immunofluorescence assay(IFA),and western blot(WB)to detect accessory protein-specific antibodies in sera of COVID-19 *** antibodies to proteins 3a,3b,7b,8 and 9c can be detected by LIPS,but only protein 3a antibody was detected by IFA or *** against proteins 3a and 7b were only detected in ICU patients,which may serve as a marker for predicting disease ***,we investigated the expression of accessory proteins in SARS-CoV-2-infected cells and identified the expressions of proteins 3a,6,7a,8,and *** also analyzed their ability to induce antibodies in immunized mice and found that only proteins 3a,6,7a,8,9b and 9c were able to induce measurable antibody productions,but these antibodies lacked neutralizing activities and did not protect mice from SARS-CoV-2 *** findings validate the expression of SARS-CoV-2 accessory proteins and elucidate their humoral immune response,providing a basis for protein detection assays and their role in pathogenesis.

Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) exopolysaccharides (EPS) reveal high safety and multiple activities， and are typical postbiotics produced by LAB during fermentation. In this paper， 6583 articles on LAB-EPS from web of science and ELSEVIER databases were retrieved， and 236 articles related to this review were screened. The EPS from 90 LAB strains were summarized in terms of their extraction methods， yield， molecular weight， monosaccharide composition， glycosidic bond configuration and the structural and activity relationships (SARs). However， there exist great challenges as for the low yield and high cost in EPS production. Therefore， this review further elaborated the mechanism of EPS secretion， the anabolic pathway of EPS， the structure and mechanism of key enzymes involving in EPS synthesis process， the prospect of gene regulation for EPS secretion， and proposed the engineering strategies for increasing EPS yield or tailored EPS design in recent years. In addition， CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing technology was also discussed in the production control of EPS in LAB. Finally， the engineering strategy of increasing EPS yield in recent years was proposed. This work might provide important theoretical support for the production and application of LAB-based EPS.

Purpose:The purpose of the National Spinal Cord Injury Registry of Iran(NSCIR-IR)is to create an infrastructure to assess the quality of care for spine trauma and in this study,we aim to investigate whether the NSCIR-IR successfully provides necessary post-discharge follow-up data for these ***:An observational prospective study was conducted from April 11,2021 to April 22,2022 in 8 centers enrolled in NSCIR-IR,respectively Arak,Rasht,Urmia,Shahroud,Yazd,Kashan,Tabriz,and *** were classified into 3 groups based on their need for care resources,respectively:(1)non-spinal cord injury(SCI)patients without surgery(group 1),(2)non-SCI patients with surgery(group 2),and(3)SCI patients(group 3).The assessment tool was a self-designed questionnaire to evaluate the care quality in 3 phases:pre-hospital,in-hospital,and *** data from the first 2 phases were collected through the *** post-hospital data were collected by conducting follow-up *** follow-ups were conducted for groups 1 and 2(non-SCI patients),while group 3(SCI patients)had a face-to-face *** study took place during the COVID-19 *** on age and time interval from injury to follow-up were expressed as mean±standard deviation(SD)and response rate and follow-up loss as a ***:Altogether 1538 telephone follow-up records related to 1292 patients were registered in the *** the total calls,918(71.05%)were related to successful follow-ups,but 38 cases died and thus were excluded from data *** the end,post-hospital data from 880 patients alive were *** success rate of follow-ups by telephone for groups 1 and 2 was 73.38%and 67.05%respectively,compared to 66.67%by face-to-face visits for group 3,which was very hard during the COVID-19 *** data completion rate after discharge ranged from 48%-100%,22%-100%and 29%-100%for groups ***:To improve patient accessibility,NSCIR-IR should take me

Extensive land use will cause many environmental *** is an urgent task to improve land use efficiency and optimize land use *** recent years,due to the flow decrease,the Guanzhong Basin in Shaanxi Province is confronted with the problem of insufficient water resources *** on the Coupled Ground-Water and Surface-Water Flow Model(GSFLOW),this paper evaluates the response of water resources in the basin to changes in land use patterns,optimizes the land use pattern,improves the ecological and economic benefits,and the efficiency of various spatial development,providing a reference for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River *** research shows that the land use pattern in the Guanzhong Basin should be further *** the condition of considering ecological and economic development,the percentage change of the optimum area of farmland,forest,grassland,water area,and urban area compared with the current land use area ratio is+2.3,+2.4,-6.1,+0.2,and+1.6,*** economic and ecological value of land increases by14.1%and 3.1%,respectively,and the number of water resources can increase by 2.5%.

Multi-User Semantic Fusion for Semantic Communications over Degraded Broadcast Channels

Degraded broadcast channels(DBC) are a typical multiuser communication scenario, Semantic communications over DBC still lack in-depth research. In this paper, we design a semantic communications approach based on multi-user semantic fusion for wireless image transmission over DBC. The transmitter extracts semantic features for two users separately and then effectively fuses them for broadcasting by leveraging semantic similarity. Unlike traditional allocation of time, power, or bandwidth, the semantic fusion scheme can dynamically control the weight of the semantic features of the two users to balance their performance. Considering the different channel state information(CSI) of both users over DBC,a DBC-Aware method is developed that embeds the CSI of both users into the joint source-channel coding encoder and fusion module to adapt to the *** results show that the proposed system outperforms the traditional broadcasting schemes.
