Walnut dreg protein hydrolysates(WDPHs)exhibit a variety of biological activities,however,the cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)inhibitory peptide of WDPHs remain *** aim of this study was to rapidly screen for such peptides in WDPHs through a combination of in silico and in vitro *** total,1262 peptide sequences were observed by nano liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry(nano LC-MS/MS)and 4 novel COX-2 inhibitory peptides(AGFP,FPGA,LFPD,and VGFP)were *** kinetic data indicated that AGFP,FPGA,and LFPD displayed mixed-type COX-2 inhibition,whereas VGFP was a non-competitive *** is mainly because the peptides form hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions with residues in the COX-2 active *** results demonstrate that computer analysis combined with in vitro evaluation allows for rapid screening of COX-2 inhibitory peptides in walnut protein dregs.

With its unique 3D skeleton structure and exceptional cyclic stability,the Na+superionic conducto（NASICON）-type Na3V2（PO4）2F3（NVPF） has been con sidered as a competitive cathode material for advanced Na ion ***,the release of fluorine during th heat treatment leads to the formation of an additional phas Na3V2（PO4）3（NVP）,which results in a low-voltage plateau and compromises the energy ***,we modulat the local electronic states of the V site by aluminum sub stitution to strengthen the stability of *** results confirm that the aluminum introduction not only changes the loca electron states of V sites,significantly reducing the for mation of NVP by-product from 6.71 wt% to 1.01 wt% but also effectively reduces the band gap,improving th electronic conductivity of *** optimized Na3V1.9Al0.1（PO4）2F3exhibits higher energy density of 340 Wh·kg-1and excellent rate performance of 106.7 mAh·g-1at 10C compared with the pristine cathode.

Printable mesoscopic perovskite solar cells(PM-PSCs)possess notable merits in terms of cost-effectiveness,easy manufacturing,and large scale ***,the absence of a hole transport layer contributes to the exacerbation of carrier recombination,and the defects between the perovskite and electron transport layer(ETL)interfaces significantly decrease the efficiency of the *** this study,a bifunctional surface passivation approach is proposed by applying a thioacetamide(TAA)surfactant on the mesoporous TiO_(2)*** results demonstrate that TAA molecules could interact with TiO_(2),thereby diminishing the oxygen vacancy ***,the amino group and sulfur atoms in TAA molecules act as Lewis base to effectively passivate the uncoordinated Pb^(2+)in perovskite and improve the morphology of perovskite,and decrease the trap-state density of *** TAA passivation mechanism improves the alignment of energy levels between TiO_(2)and perovskite,facilitating electron transport and reducing carrier ***,the TAA-passivated device achieved a champion power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 17.86%with a high fill factor(FF)of 79.16%and an open-circuit voltage(V_(OC))of 0.971 *** investigation presents a feasible strategy for interfacial passivation of the ETL to further improve the efficiency of PM-PSCs.

Distinct Effects of Three tea Varieties Made Green teas on Improving Diabetic Dyslipidemia Induced by High-Fat Diet in C57BL/6J Mice

Currently， cultivated tea plants are classified into three varieties， namely， C. sinensis var. sinensis， C. sinensis var. assamica， and C. sinensis var. kucha. Three tea varieties made green teas (TVGTs) are widely consumed worldwide. However， a comparative investigation of the beneficial effects， mechanism， and characteristic compounds of TVGTs has not been reported. Here， three representative tea plant varieties， namely， C. sinensis var. sinensis cv. Fuding (FD)， C. sinensis var. assamica cv. Yunkang 10 (YK)， and C. sinensis var. kucha (KC)， planted in the same garden， were used to make green teas utilizing the same standard procedure. Our findings show that the TVGTs effectively improved hyperglycemia， obesity， dyslipidemia， fatty liver， and mesenteric artery (MA) hypercontractility in mice with diabetes and obesity induced by a high-fat diet (HFD) after 11- and 22-week interventions， with YK being the most effective at 22 weeks. Liver lipidomics indicated that the TVGTs restored the glycerophospholipid and sphingolipid balance and reduced triglycerides， with YK demonstrating superior effects. The TVGTs， particularly YK， suppressed triglyceride synthesis through the ARV1-FXR-SHP-SREBP-1c pathway. A chemical profile analysis revealed that YK green tea had enriched active compounds， including caffeine， quinic acid， L-theanine， gallic acid， and catechins， compared with FD and KC green teas， which may contribute to ameliorating diabetic dyslipidemia via synergistic action. As a representative tea variety of C. sinensis var. assamica， YK green tea was found to be superior to the other two green teas in preventing and treating diabetic dyslipidemia， especially with long-term consumption. These data provide important information for tea plant breeders and tea consumers.

Variation of microbiological and small molecule metabolite profiles of Nuodeng ham during ripening by high-throughput sequencing and GC-TOF-MS

The internal microbial diversity and small molecular metabolites of Nuodeng ham in different processing years(the first,second and third year sample)were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing technology and gas chromatography-time of flight mass spectrography(GC-TOF-MS)to study the effects of microorganisms and small molecular metabolites on the quality of ham in different processing *** results showed that the dominant bacteria phyla of Nuodeng ham in different processing years were Proteobacteria and Firmicutes,the dominant fungi phyla were Ascomycota and Basidiomycota,while Staphylococcus and Aspergillus were the dominant bacteria and fungi of Nuodeng ham,***,252 kinds of small molecular metabolites were identified from Nuodeng ham in different processing years,and 12 different metabolites were screened through multivariate statistical *** metabolic pathway analysis showed that 23 metabolic pathways were related to ham fermentation,of which 8 metabolic pathways had significant effects on ham fermentation(Impact>0.01,P<0.05).The content of L-proline,phenyllactic acid,L-lysine,carnosine,taurine,D-proline,betaine and creatine were significantly positively correlated with the relative abundance of Staphylococcus and Serratia,but negatively correlated with the relative abundance of Halomonas,Aspergillus and Yamadazyma.

Identification of TNFRSF1A as a novel regulator of carfilzomib resistance in multiple myeloma

Multiple myeloma(MM)is a hematological tumor with high mortality and recurrence *** is a new-generation proteasome inhibitor that is used as the first-line therapy for ***,the development of drug resistance is a pervasive obstacle to treating ***,elucidating the drug resistance mechanisms is conducive to the formulation of novel therapeutic *** elucidate the mechanisms of carfilzomib resistance,we retrieved the GSE78069 microarray dataset containing carfilzomib-resistant LP-1 MM cells and parental MM *** gene expression analyses revealed major alterations in the major histocompatibility complex(MHC)and cell adhesion *** upregulation of the tumor necrosis factor(TNF)receptor superfamily member 1A(TNFRSF1A)gene was accompanied by the downregulation of MHC genes and cell adhesion ***,to investigate the roles of these genes,we established a carfilzomib-resistant cell model and observed that carfilzomib resistance induced TNFRSF1A overexpression and TNFRSF1A silencing reversed carfilzomib resistance and reactivated the expression of cell adhesion ***,TNFRSF1A silencing suppressed the tumorigenesis of MM cells in immunocompetent mice,indicating that TNFRSF1A may lead to carfilzomib resistance by dampening antitumor ***,our results indicated that TNFRSF1A overexpression conferred carfilzomib resistance in MM cells and suppressed the expression of MHC genes and cell adhesion *** suppression of MHC genes and cell adhesion molecules may impair the interaction between immune cells and cancer cells to impair antitumor *** studies are warranted to further investigate the signaling pathway underlying the regulatory role of TNFRSF1A in MM cells.

BACKGROUND Echinococcosis is prevalent in 9 provinces in Western and Northern *** epidemiological survey of echinococcosis in 2012 and 2016 showed cases of echinococcosis in yunnan *** To understand the spatial distribution and epidemiological characteristics of echinococcosis in yunnan for the prevention and control of echinococcosis and to reduce the risk of infection in yunnan *** Based on the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention(CISDCP),echinococcosis cases reported from 36 hospitals and 34 centers for Disease Control were investigated and epidemiologically analyzed from 2021 to *** exclusion criteria included suspected cases,same case only counted once and cases not from yunnan.A total of 705 cases were investigated,of which 397 cases were suitable for statistical *** these 397 cases,epidemiological investigation was tracked in 187 *** data were inputted using double entry in the Excel database,with error correction by double-entry *** data on echinococcosis cases in yunnan Province were analyzed by ArcGIS 10.1 software to generate a density map of echinococcosis *** statistical analyses were conducted using SPSS 17.0,including the chi-square test,linear regression test and logistic univariate and multivariate regression *** A total of 397 cases were found in 89 counties in yunnan *** number of cases in the top three prefectures were Dali(38.1%),Diqing(10.1%),and Kunming(8.3%),and the top five counties were Jianchuan(9.1%),Shangri La(8.3%),Eryuan(7.6%),Heqing(6.9%),and Dali Districts(5.0%).There were significant differences between the different *** case reporting rate by CISDCP(33.8%)was low;the first case was reported by CISDCP in 2002,and the highest number of cases was 50(2017).Confirmed and clinical cases accounted for 62.5%and 37.5%,***,90.9%of the cases of hydatid disease were reported by the hospital system,and only 9

Phenylhydrazone anions excitation for the photochemical carbonylation of aryl iodides with aldehydes

Spectroscopic investigations discovered that the in-situ generated phenylhydrazone anion was significantly bathochromically shifted to visible light region for photoactivation under irradiation. The photoexcited phenylhydrazone anion was potential to reduce aryl iodides via single electron transfer process for the subsequent radical chain reaction. A redox-neutral photochemical carbonylation of aryl iodides was developed on basis of the special spectroscopic features of phenylhydrazone anion. This protocol provided a convenient and efficient synthetic tool for accessing carbonylation products under redox neutral conditions without the need of transition-metals.

Efficient optimization of electron transfer pathway by constructing phosphide/ceria interface boosts seawater hydrogen production

Developing efficient and durable hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)electrocatalysts is one of the most important issues for the commercialization of seawater electrolysis,but it remains ***,we report a CeO_(2)-CoP nanoneedle array catalyst loaded on Ti mesh(CeO_(2)-CoP/TM)with workfunction-induced directional charge transport *** CeO_(2)-CoP/TM catalyst showed superior HER catalytic activity and stability,with over potentials of 41 and 60 mV to attain 10 mA cm^(-2),in 1 M KOH and 1 M KOH+seawater electrolyte,*** results and theoretical calculations reveal that the work function drives the charge transfer from CeO_(2)to CoP,which effectively balances the electronic density of CoP and CeO_(2),optimizes the d-band center,and accelerates the water activation kinetics,thus enhancing the HER *** solar-driven water electrolysis device displays a high and stable solar-to-hydrogen conversion efficiency of 19.6%.This study offers a work function-induced directional charge transport strategy to design efficient and durable catalysts for hydrogen production.

Introduction:Laiza and nearby areas(LNA)in Myanmar are identified as the primary malaria hotspots in the bordering regions of yunnan Province,***:Six sentinel surveillance sites were established at the China-Myanmar border in LNA to monitor *** from 2019 was used as a baseline to analyze malaria incidence and trends in LNA and Myanmar,as well as the importation of malaria cases into China from 2019 to ***:Plasmodium vivax was the predominant species,representing 99.95%(14,060/14,066)of confirmed malaria cases in LNA.A total of 8,356 malaria cases were identified in 2023,with an annual parasite incidence(API)of 19.78 per 100 *** to 2019,the incidence rate ratio was 21.47(95%confidence interval:18.84,24.48),indicating that the API in 2023 was 21.47 times higher than that in *** yunnan,out of 1,016 reported cases,545 imported cases(53.64%)originated from LNA and spread to 18(13.95%)out of 129 *** provinces in China,including yunnan,reported imported malaria cases from LNA in ***:The increase in population,particularly among internally displaced persons,along with inadequate healthcare services,has led to a notable resurgence of malaria in *** resurgence poses a risk to preventing the re-emergence of malaria transmission in *** is an urgent need for novel collaborative policies,as well as financial and technical assistance,to enhance malaria control efforts in LNA,Myanmar.
