Many egg-laying reptiles possess temperature-dependent sex determination(TSD)in which outcome of gonadogenesis is determined by incubation temperature during a temperature-sensitive period of *** studies on Malayemys macrocephala showed that incubation temperatures influence gonadal development and suggested that *** exhibits ***,information on the temperature-sensitivity period in this species was unknown until the current *** eggs were collected from rice fields in central Thailand from December 2016 to February *** the laboratory,eggs were incubated at male-biased temperature(26°C)and shifted to female-biased temperature(32°C),or vice *** shift experiments were performed systematically during embryonic stages 13–*** hatching,sex of individual turtles was determined by histological *** found that the sex determination of *** is affected by temperature up to stage 16 of embryonic development.

The year of 2016 witnessed the balance of internal and external situations, calm and steady actions and proper planning in major power diplomacy with Chinese characteristics. Those were reflected in the success of the G20 summit, the vigorous promotion of the"One Belt, One Road"(B&R) Initiative and the active promotion of international cooperation on development, which acquired positive response and general agreement from the international community and made special contributions to building a more just and reasonable international *** were also reflected in the active management of major power relations and sound responses to the changing situation in the surrounding area to create good external environment for domestic development. In addition, further expansion and defending of overseas interests set higher standards for Chinese diplomacy. Having been pushed by the era to the forefront, China is performing its responsibility as a major power in a peculiar way and will certainly make greater contributions to world peace and development.

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China's diplomacy has progressed toward major achievements in ideological concepts, strategic operations and practical innovation. In its role as responsible major power, China achieved fruitful results in building generally stable major-country relationships for balanced development. It remains actively involved in hotspot issues in its surrounding area, with Korea, India and the South China Sea especially, to defuse tension. Amid a diminished willingness of many countries to participate in serious global problems, and with difficulties facing multilateral regimes, China was proactive, holding multilateral summits and hosting diplomacy platforms to cope with worldwide challenges and to gather international consensus on safeguarding world peace and seeking common development. The 19th Party Congress gained unprecedented international attention. Socialism with Chinese characteristics has taken on a new look, and China's diplomacy will continue progressing toward a favorable external environment for the country's development.

In 2005, the first year of Bush＇s second term, the U.S. global strategy entered a new era of adjustment and intensification after four years＇ practice. As Bush won his reelection with an overwhelming advantage, he was so ambitious that his mind was preoccupied with desire of leaving political and diplomatic heritage to the future. However, a series of challenges and problems popped up and forced him to adapt his foreign strategy to the rapidly changing domestic and international environment. His foreign strategy, ranging from its priorities, means to style, has experienced changes with stronger conservative and realistic flavor.

On February 1, 2016, the World Health Organization declared that the cluster of microcephaly cases and other neurological disorders constitute public health emergency of international concern. Furthermore, few studies demonstrated that there was an increased evidence of causal relationship of Zika virus(ZIKAV) infection and microcephaly, birth abnormalities and neurological disorders such as Guillain–Barre′ *** transmission occurs mainly by the bite of infected mosquitos(Aedes species), but there are also reports that infections could occur via the placenta, breast milk, saliva,blood transfusion and sex. This article reviews the global efforts, progress in scientific research to understand the pathogenesis of ZIKAV infection & disease, clinical presentations, congenital transmission and autoimmune neurological disorders. The paper further explores the knowledge gaps, future priority research agenda for strategic response including vector control and prevention. We conducted a systematic literature review to synthesise available evidence on ZIKAV infection and its vector and host interaction from electronic databases.

The outcrop samples of the Tak Fa Formation(Lower Permian)in Phetchabun Province have been studied to determine their organic geochemical characteristic,depositional paleoenvironment,and hydrocarbon generation *** total organic carbon(TOC)values ranging from 1.42 to 4.58 wt%and extractable organic matter values ranging from 76.84 to 197.65 ppm of the Tak Fa Formation were generally low and associated with low S2 values(0.00-0.50 mg HC/g rock)and hydrogen index values in range of 0-32 mg/g TOC,although this could reflect highly thermal maturity and complex tectonic ***,kerogen classification can be based on a nonbiomarker study for these outcrop samples *** non-biomarker plot,Pr/n-C17 and Ph/n-C18 from this study indicates that organic matter originally comes from typeⅡ/III *** samples were also investigated and indicated that the organic matter inputs were derived from mixed marine and terrigenous sources and deposited under suboxic to oxic *** depositional environment of the Tak Fa Formation in this study is interpreted to be an estuarine environment or restricted lagoonal carbonate *** has been achieved from normal alkane and isoprenoids distributions,terpane,and sterane ***,the Tak Fa Formation is considered to be a hydrocarbon source rock during the time of the *** the geochemical data in this study indicate that the Tak Fa Formation has experienced high maturation,one or more locations could meet a condition that places this formation to be an active source *** approach and concepts presented in this study can be applied to similar evaporite-carbonate deposits in Thailand to find more petroleum plays.
