All the way in the “area”, “comprehensive economic partnership agreement” (RCEP), Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) free trade area, the main economic corridor construction under the background of success, the mainland and taiwan of china and southeast Asia has established the important relations of cooperation, industries are beginning to consider labor costs, raw materials, using the regional to invest policy and market comparative advantage. This paper starts from the investigation of Topline’s core competitiveness in china and Myanmar, and focuses on the analysis of lingerie industry in china and Myanmar, and the analysis of women’s underwear industry from the perspective of global value chain (GVC). Through the data analysis of the questionnaire survey, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the current situation of the industry, uses the intermediary analysis to analyze the correlation between the two variables, reveals the role of the core competitiveness of enterprises, and uses the GVC theory to analyze the problems existing in the industry of enterprises and their causes. According to relevant theories, the optimization path of enterprise value chain is put forward.

Regional economic disparity is a hot issue in the development of society and economy. As the conjunct of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta and the frontier to taiwan, the west coast of the taiwan Strait （WCS） is of great social and political significance. The paper defines the connotation of the WCS, decomposed the regional economic disparity by using weighted coefficient of variation and Theil coefficient, and explores the industrial and regional source of the regional economic disparity of the WCS. The analysis results show that：（1） the WCS has important political, economic and military position, so it＇s better to regard it to be comprehensive region, not just refer to Fujian Province; （2）from the industrial decomposition of weighted variation coefficient, the influence o.f the primary industry was tiny; conversely, the development inequity of the secondary and the tertiary, indusoy was the main source of regional economic disparity. Their contribution has had the converse trend and the secondary contribution has gone beyond the tertiary since 2003; （3）from the regional decomposition of Theil coefficient, the regional economic disparity mainly came from inter-area inequity of 4 areas. Moreover, the inner economic disparity mainly drove by Fujian, suggesting that the urban development inequity in Fujian Province was comparatively outstanding.

Background:The adoption of a second dose of the measles-mumps-rubella(MMR)vaccine among taiwan residents school children began in ***,during that time,mumps cases continued to *** purpose of the present study was to assess the epidemiology and vaccination policy for mumps in ***:We examined the data on mumps cases collected by the taiwan Centers for Disease Control(taiwan CDC)between 2006 and ***:During the 6-year study period,a total of 6612 cases of mumps were reported to the taiwan *** the patients with known vaccination status,62%received one dose of the MMR vaccine or no *** incidence of mumps ranged from 4.18 to 5.28 per 100000 population and peaked in *** had a higher incidence of mumps than females(5.9 vs.3.7 per 100000 population;P=0.024).Children between 5 and 6 years of age had the highest incidence of mumps,and those 20 years and older had the lowest *** to those who received two doses of the MMR vaccine,patients who were not vaccinated or received a single dose of the vaccine had a higher risk of suffering from complications and/or ***:In taiwan,more than 60%of mumps cases received either no dose or one dose of the MMR *** mumps through biological testing and instituting a second dose of the MMR vaccine for children is needed for the elimination of mumps in taiwan.

BACKGROUND Abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)repair often involves significant postoperative pain,traditionally managed with systemic opioids,which can cause undesirable side *** case report explores the novel use of a surgically-initiated rectus sheath block with a catheter-over-needle assembly for pain management in AAA *** SUMMARY A 67-year-old female with hypertension and previous aortic dissection underwent elective open repair of an infrarenal AAA,which had grown from 3.4 cm to 4.3 cm over 14 months.A rectus sheath block was initiated surgically for postoperative pain *** patient reported low pain scores and did not require systemic intravenous opioids,enabling early ambulation and discharge on postoperative day seven without *** preventing complications of systemic opi-oids,the method indicating a promising direction for postoperative pain management in major vascular *** Surgically-initiated rectus sheath block as a valuable tool for managing postoperative pain in AAA repair.
