This study tries to discuss the relationship between landscape structure and organisms in the perspective of landscape architecture. The research hypotheses were then proposed as (1) there are relationships between landscape structure indexes and birds' diversity in the rural areas of taiwan; (2) the relationships between landscape structure and birds' diversity will be different in different hierarchical levels. In order to increase the bird species, landscape planners could tries to increase the density of water bodies, but decrease the farms and human planted woods. Decrease the density of constructed and human planted grasslands. Increase the area of un-worked acres, natural grasslands, and the area of water bodies and circular the water bodies and natural forest. In order to increase birds' diversity, landscape planners could decrease the concentration of paved areas. Concentrate the human planted trees to increase the core areas of woodlands. Increase the area of natural grassland circular. In order to increase the total number of birds in the planning areas, landscape planners could scattered the paved areas and lengthen the constructed areas. Decreases the core region of the constructed areas. Increase the area of un-worked acres and water bodies. Decrease the disturbance of both the interior area of natural and human planted woodlands and try to increase the density of water bodies.;The analysis results showed that the small grain size indexes are more suitable for the rural areas of taiwan to capture the influential factors of bird communities. The high fragmentation of land usages in taiwan lessens the influences of the regional landscape pattern.

OBJECTIVE: To examine and describe the use of Western and Chinese Medicine for pregnancy preparation among women with breast cancer after cancer-related treatment in ***: Women of reproductive age(20-49years) women who were treated for breast cancer from January 2011 through June 2015 in a taiwan Residents city participated in the study. Of 306 eligible study participants, interviews were completed in197(64%). Participants were asked about sociodemographic variables, disease and treatment characteristics, their desire for fertility, and their use of Western or Chinese ***: The proportions of women who planned to use Western or Chinese Medicine to help achieve pregnancy were 17.3% and 14.7%, respectively. The result of binary logistic regression showed that current employment and lack of children were factors predictive of the use of Western Medicine. Younger age and the use of Chinese Medicine before treatment were predictors of using Chinese Medicine. While the desire for fertility preservation was related to the use of Western Medicine,the desire for pregnancy was related to the use of Chinese ***: Various characteristics guided the women's decisions to use Western or Chinese Medicine. Health care providers should learn patients' preferences for fertility preservation and provide appropriate advice, referring them to safe providers of their desired method of fertility treatment.

The concentrations of 56 hydrocarbons from C2 to C12 were measured simultaneously in the southbound bore,the northbound bore and the exhaust air shafts of the Hsuehshan tunnel near Yilan,taiwan for 12 days during 2007 and 2008.A total of 60 integrated air samples were collected using stainless steel canisters and analyzed using GC/FID and GC/*** five most abundant species in all samples were ethylene,acetylene,isopentane,propylene and *** exit/entrance ratios of total non-methane hydrocarbons（NMHC） concentration were 7.8 and 4.8 for the southbound and northbound bores,***,the exhaust from the vertical shafts a？ects air quality in the *** most abundant species of emission rate（ER） was toluene（21.93-42.89 mg/sec）,followed by isopentane,ethylene,propylene and 1-butene,with ER ranging from 2.50 to 9.31 mg/*** species in the three exhaust air shafts showed that the reactivities of these emissions are similar to those of vehicle ***,the control of emissions in the vertical shafts of the vehicle tunnel will be important in the future.

Background:Few studies of breast cancer surgery outcomes have used longitudinal data for more than 2 *** study aimed to validate the use of the artificial neural network(ANN)model to predict the 5?year mortality of breast cancer patients after surgery and compare predictive accuracy between the ANN model,multiple logistic regression(MLR)model,and Cox regression ***:This study compared the MLR,Cox,and ANN models based on clinical data of 3632 breast cancer patients who underwent surgery between 1996 and *** estimation dataset was used to train the model,and a validation dataset was used to evaluate model *** sensitivity analysis was also used to assess the relative signifi?cance of input variables in the prediction ***:The ANN model significantly outperformed the MLR and Cox models in predicting 5?year mortality,with higher overall performance *** results indicated that the 5?year postoperative mortality of breast cancer patients was significantly associated with age,Charlson comorbidity index(CCI),chemotherapy,radiotherapy,hormone therapy,and breast cancer surgery volumes of hospital and surgeon(all P<0.05).Breast cancer surgery volume of surgeon was the most influential(sensitive)variable affecting 5?year mortality,followed by breast cancer surgery volume of hospital,age,and ***:Compared with the conventional MLR and Cox models,the ANN model was more accurate in predict?ing 5?year mortality of breast cancer patients who underwent *** mortality predictors identified in this study can also be used to educate candidates for breast cancer surgery with respect to the course of recovery and health outcomes.

AIM To investigate the driver gene mutations associatedwith colorectal cancer （CRC） in the taiwan ***： In this study, 103 patients with CRCwere evaluated. The samples consisted of 66 menand 37 women with a median age of 59 years and anage range of 26-86 years. We used high-resolutionmelting analysis （HRM） and direct DNA sequencing tocharacterize the mutations in 13 driver genes of CRCrelatedpathways. The HRM assays were conductedusing the LightCycler？ 480 Instrument provided with the software LightCycler 480 Gene Scanning SoftwareVersion 1.5. We also compared the clinicopathologicaldata of CRC patients with the driver gene ***： Of the 103 patients evaluated, 73.79%had mutations in one of the 13 driver genes. Wediscovered 18 novel mutations in APC , MLH1 , MSH2 ,PMS2 , SMAD4 and TP53 that have not been previouslyreported. Additionally, we found 16 de novo mutationsin APC , BMPR1A , MLH1 , MSH2 , MSH6 , MUTYH andPMS2 in cancerous tissues previously reported in thedbSNP database; however, these mutations couldnot be detected in peripheral blood cells. The APCmutation correlates with lymph node metastasis（34.69% vs 12.96%, P = 0.009） and cancer stage（34.78% vs 14.04%, P = 0.013）. No association wasobserved between other driver gene mutations andclinicopathological features. Furthermore, having twoor more driver gene mutations correlates with thedegree of lymph node metastasis （42.86% vs 24.07%,P = 0.043）.CONCLUSION： Our findings confirm the importanceof 13 CRC-related pathway driver genes in the developmentof CRC in taiwan Residents patients.

The study applied the approach of empirical studies to select 176 teachers in 9 universities in taiwan and Inland in China to deliver questionnaires. The study intended to explore the influence of organizational climate on campus ethics and its diversity between the universities across the taiwan strait. The study explored that the organizational climate in the universities across the Strait was not ethically high. Yet, the universities in Inland emphasized more on campus restraint in teachers behavior, job performance and their sense of belonging to the *** study result demonstrated that improving leadership of the universities could enhance teachers identification with their schools and could promote the level of campus across the Strait.
