OBJECTIVE： To analyze the application laws of clini- cal drugs by descriptive statistical method with the clinical literatures guided by ＂lung being connect- ed with large intestine＂ used as the object. METHODS： Retrieve publicly published clinical litera- tures about ＂lung being connected with large intes- tine＂ in recent 30 years, establish the data base of clini- cal literature, and study on the clinically drug-used laws by descriptive statistical analytic method. RESULTS： The common high frequent drugs used for the lung-intestine related diseases were Gualou （Ructus Trichsanthis）, Dahuang （Radix et Rhizoma）, Kuxingren （Semen Armeniacae Amarum）, Gancao （Radix Glycyrrhizae）, Houpu （Cortex Magnoliae Offi- cinalis）, Zhishi （Fructus Aurantii Immaturus）. For the different clinical syndrome types, in the commonly used drugs there were different characteristics, re- flecting the principle of tcm syndrome differentia- tion ***： The common high frequent drugs used for the lung-intestine related diseases are Gua- Iou （Fructus Trichsantffis）, Dahuang （Radix et Rhi- zoma）, Kuxingren （Semen Armeniacae Amarum）, Gancao （Radix Glycyrrhizae）, Houpu （Cortex Mag- noliae Officinalis）, Zhishi （Fructus Aurantii Immatu- rus）, which are commonly-used drugs for the lung-intestine related diseases ,with differences for different syndrome types.

Background:Simiaowan(SMW),a well-known traditional Chinese medicine,has been employed to treat hyperuricemia(HUA)and gout for ***,the bioactive components and underlying mechanisms have not been *** objective of this study was to identify the active components and potential mechanisms of SMW by integrating pharmacological experimentation,serum pharmacochemistry,network pharmacology and molecular ***:HUA rats modelling by high-fat/high-sugar diet and potassium oxonate/adenine oral administration were used to evaluate the pharmacodynamic effects of ***-Q-Exactive-MS/MS was employed to detect the bioactive components present in SMW-containing *** pharmacology and molecular docking were utilized to elucidate the potential targets and underlying ***:SMW effectively ameliorated HUA rats via the inhibition of uric acid(UA)production,promotion of UA excretion,improvement of lipid and glucose metabolic abnormalities,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory and anti-insulin resistance effects.A total of 73 compounds detected in SMW-containing serum were identified as potential active components,with alkaloids,flavonoids,organic acids,and terpenoids emerging as the primary active *** 203 corresponding targets were obtained as SMW anti-HUA/gout targets,which mainly participated in apoptosis,insulin resistance,TNF,PI3K-Akt,HIF-1,NF-κB,MAPK,IL-17 and TLR signaling *** docking indicated that active compounds(***,phellodendrine,quercetin,formononetin,ferulic acid)had superior binding abilities to the key targets(*** carrier family 22 member 12(URAT1),solute carrier family 22 member 6(OAT1),ATP-binding cassette sub-family G member 2(ABCG2),solute carrier family 2,facilitated glucose transporter member 9(GLUT9),xanthine dehydrogenase/oxidase(XDH),transcription factor p65(RELA),toll-like receptor 4(TLR4),prostaglandin G/H synthase 2(PTGS2),caspase-3(CASP3),insulin(INS)).Conclusion:S

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of traditional Chinese comprehensive therapy(TCCT) on promoting gestation in patients with previously failed in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET) because of kidney deficiency, liver stagnation, and blood stasis(KLB).METHODS: Sixty-seven patients were enrolled in this study and divided into two groups: a trial group with 35 patients and a control group with 32 patients. The trial group was given TCCT for 3months, then administered IVF-ET or awaited natural pregnancy. The control group was administered IVF-ET without TCCT 3 months after the previous IVF-ET or natural pregnancy attempt. The patterns of KLB were observed both before and after treatment. The natural pregnancy rate of the two groups was calculated after treatment. Differences between the two groups were compared after using IVF-ET treatment again in fertilized egg number and fertilization rate were ***: After treatment with tcm comprehensive therapy, seven patients in the treatment group became pregnant, while there were no successful conceptions in the control group. The difference in clinical pregnancy rate in the initial cycle and transfer cycle of IVF were significantly different(P clinical pregnancy rate after another IVF-ET *** can also relieve the symptoms of KLB.

Agarwood from Aquilaria plants, also known as Chen Xiang (沉香), is traditionally used for the treatment of abdominal pain and as a sedative. Because of the great demand and the rareness of agarwood, extensive harvesting of Aquilaria plants has nearly led to the extinction of the species. To fully utilize this resource, the use of different parts of Aquilaria needs to be investigated. This article will focus on the pharmacological properties and the mechanism of action of different parts of Aquilaria plants.

Fifty Cases of Vertebrobasilar Ischemic Vertigo Treated by Acupuncture

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effects of filiform needle acupuncture combined with dermal needle tapping for vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo. Methods: Based on the etiopathogenesis of tcm, the disease is caused by turbid phlegm clouding the heart orifice combined with wind, leading to insufficient nourishment of the brain due to deficiency of blood. Fenglong (ST 40) was punctured with filiform needle to resolve phlegm; Fengchi (GB 20) to dispel wind; Baihui (GV 20) to stop dizziness; and Lieque (LU 7) to widen the inner diameter of the vertebral arteries and increase peak systolic velocity and minute blood flow volume, so as to improve blood supply to the vertebral arteries. Dazhui (GV 14) was stimulated by tapping with a dermal needle to improve blood supply to the head. Results: Of 50 patients in this series, 39 cases (78%) were cured, 6 cases (12%) relieved, 4 cases (8%) improved, and 1 case (2%) failed, with a total effective rate of 98%. Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with dermal needle tapping is an effective therapy for treating vertebrobasilar ischemic vertigo.

AIM: To improve the absorption of thymopeptides(TH) by preparing sodium deoxycholate/phospholipid-mixed nanomicelles(SDC/PL-MMs). METHODS: TH-SDC/PL-MMs were prepared by a film dispersion method, and then evaluated using photon correlation spectroscopy(PCS), zeta potential measurement, as well as their physical stability after storage for several days. Furthermore, in situ intestinal single-pass perfusion experiments and pharmacodynamics in immunodeficient mice were performed to make a comparison with TH powders and the control drug in absorption properties. RESULTS: A narrow size distribution of nanomicelles, with a mean particle size of(149 ± 8.32) nm and a zeta potential of(-31.05 ± 2.52) mV, was obtained. The in situ intestine perfusion experiments demonstrated a significant advantage in absorption characteristics for TH compared to the other formulations, and oral administration of TH-SDC/PL-MMs potentiated an equivalent effect with i.h. TH in pharmacodynamic studies in immunodeficient mice. CONCLUSIONS: TH-SDC/PL-MMs prepared by a film dispersion method are able to improve the absorption of TH. SDC/PL-MMs might be a good approach for the more effective delivery of drugs like TH.

The patient was in conception 27 weeks+6 days,and got right waist pain,complicated with nausea,vomiting(vomit as gastric content),which was diagnosed as non-specific pain on waist after consultations of many *** patient received acupuncture with the following acupoints:Shuǐgōu(水沟 GV26),Yìntáng(印堂 EX-HN3),left Hégǔ(合谷 LI4),and right Tàichōng(太冲 LR3).On the first date of acupuncture,the patient felt pain relieved obviously,occasionally with slight pain that did not influence normal diet and *** the next day,the patient took acupuncture continuously,the doctor added Tàixī(太溪 KI3)*** patient received acupuncture for 3 times in *** pain and soreness of the patient almost disappeared,only with slight discomfort occasionally that did not influence the normal *** follow-up half a year,the patient born a live male infant by cesarean section on March 20,2019,both the mother and her infant were safe.
