The objective of this research is to understand the interaction mechanism ofβ-amyloid(Aβ)with cell and were basically divided into two *** first part focused on the time-dependent structural changes of Aβ(1-40)by circular dichroism(CD)spectroscopy,thioflavin T(Th T)fluorescence assay,and atomic force microscopy(AFM).The second part emphasized the kinetics and enthalpy of interaction between Aβ(1-40)and liposome by surface plasmon resonance(SPR)and isothermal titration microcalorimetry(ITC).Results obtained from CD,Th T and AFM confirmed the formation of 1 fibril after single day *** driving force of kinetic interaction between Aβand liposomes was revealed by SPR to be *** studies indicated that fresh Aβhas high GM1 ***,addition of cholesterol to the liposome could alter membrane fluidity and affect the interactions of fresh Aβwith liposomes especially in the amount of Aβabsorbed and preserving the structure of liposome after *** was found to be the driving force leading to the interaction between Aβfibrils and *** reactions are endothermic as supported by ITC *** the composition of liposomes is zwitterionic lipids,the interaction of Aβwith liposomes is predominantly hydrophobic *** contrast,the driving force of interaction of charged lipids with Aβis electrostatic.

＜正＞ Waterborne coatings do not have a priori, the same advantageous rheological properties as solvent based coatings. If not formulated correctly, they are much inferior with regard to flow properties, leveling, application properties, film build, etc. In order to obtain the desired performance, thickeners and rheological modifiers are added to improve waterborne paints. Associative thickeners are low molecular weight, water soluble polymers like modified alkali swellable emulsions, and provide overall good performance to a waterborne coating. The crosslinking mechanisms of associative thickeners are addressed in this paper. Usually, the rheological characterization of coatings is usually done at a medium shear viscosity （MSV） 1-1000 s-1, high shear viscosity （HSV） 103 to 106 s-1 and low shear viscosity （LSV） 0.001 to 1 s-1, see Fig 1. Rheology has become a very important method to characterize paints and coatings. Rheology provides not only information about the storage stability and shelf life, the flow of the material during processing, for example, leveling and brush marks, but also about the performance during application, like roller application, and of the final coating （film building during drying and performance of the coating film）. Rheology has become a must for the formulation designer, who has to develop paints and coatings with well defined application and end-use properties

Helical hierarchy found in biomolecules like cellulose,chitin,and collagen underpins the remarkable mechanical strength and vibrant colors observed in living *** study advances the integration of helical/chiral assembly and 3D printing technology,providing precise spatial control over chiral nano/microstructures of rod-shaped colloidal nanoparticles in intricate *** designed reactive chiral inks based on cellulose nanocrystal(CNC)suspensions and acrylamide monomers,enabling the chiral assembly at nano/microscale,beyond the resolution seen in printed *** employed a range of complementary techniques including Orthogonal Superposition rheometry and in situ rheo-optic measurements under steady shear rate *** techniques help us to understand the nature of the nonlinear flow behavior of the chiral inks,and directly probe the flow-induced microstructural dynamics and phase transitions at constant shear rates,as well as their post-flow ***,we analyzed the photo-curing process to identify key parameters affecting gelation kinetics and structural integrity of the printed object within the supporting *** insights into the interplay between the chiral inks self-assembly dynamics,3D printing flow kinematics and photopolymerization kinetics provide a roadmap to direct the out-of-equilibrium arrangement of CNC particles in the 3D printed filaments,ranging from uniform nematic to 3D concentric chiral structures with controlled pitch length,as well as random orientation of chiral *** biomimetic approach can pave the way for the creation of materials with superior mechanical properties or programable photonic responses that arise from 3D nano/microstructure and can be translated into larger scale 3D printed designs.

Hyperbranched polyethers with different structures and molecular weights（MW） were synthesized using the A2＋B3 approach by varying monomer ratio, A2 structure, and reaction time. Effects of backbone structure and MW on melt rheological behaviors were investigated by both small amplitude oscillatory shear and steady shear measurements. Master curves were constructed using the time-temperature superposition principle and compared. In the reduced frequency range covered, lg G″-lg（ω·aT） always show a slope of 1.0, suggesting a terminal zone behavior; in contrast, unexpected step changes or plateaus are observed on lg G′ master curves. Effects of backbone structure and MW on master curves were discussed. The Cox-Merz rule was tested at different temperatures and was found to be applicable when flow instability was absent.

Simultaneous two-frequency amplification is highly desirable in cold atom experiments. The nonlinear response would appear in the two-frequency amplification with a semiconductor tapered amplifier（ta） and has a direct influence on the experimental result. We investigated in detail the effects of frequency difference, total power, and power ratio of two seeding lasers on the output components based on a simplified theoretical model. The simulation results showed that the multiple sideband generation in the amplifier due to self-phase and amplitude modulation could be suppressed and the ta tended to linearly amplify the power ratio between two-frequency components, when the two seeding lasers had a large frequency difference. This was verified experimentally in the output power ratio measurement via a calibrated Fabry-Perot interferometer method with a good linearity and an uncertainty of 1%. We also discussed the consequences of power ratio responses in the amplification in light of cold atom experiments, especially in the ac Stark shift related phase error of Raman-type atom interferometers（AIs）. It was shown that the fluctuation of intensity ratio of Raman beams may induce significant systematic errors for an AI gyroscope.
