This study uses event-triggered(ET) and reinforcement learning methods to investigate the optimal consensus control problem for cooperative-competitive multiagent systems. It proposes a novel distributed ET control strategy, which relies on a prioritized experience replay(PER) policy. This strategy not only conserves communication resources but also ensures acceptable system performance. To implement the proposed method, actor-critic(AC) dual-structured neural networks(NNs) are used to approximate the value function and control policy. In the AC NNs, the weight estimates for the NNs are updated at the moment of event triggering, resulting in a nonperiodic weight adjustment pattern. This approach decreases the computational cost in comparison with the traditional ET mechanism. The PER-based ET mechanism makes full use of valid historical data and effectively establishes a balance between system performance and communication resource ***, it does not require the following two conditions in most existing studies:(1) requirement of the system dynamics model to be known, and(2) persistent excitation. In addition, Zeno behavior is excluded from this study. Finally, a simulation is conducted to confirm the validity of the suggested approach.

Double carbohelicenes have attracted considerable attention due to their aesthetic structures, distinct π-conjugation extension, inherent chirality, and intriguing optical and electronic properties. Herein, the concise de novo synthesis of a new double[5]carbohelicene 1 together with its chiroptical properties, isomerization process and lasing application is presented. 1 was synthesized by a simple protocol involving the formation of a 6,6′-bipentacene as the key intermediate. It is worth noting that1 existed as two diastereomers 1-PP/MM and 1-PM, which were successfully isolated and unambiguously confirmed by Xray crystallography. The optical resolution of the racemic 1-PP/MM was successfully achieved by chiral-phase highperformance liquid chromatography（HPLC）, and 1-PP and 1-MM were characterized by circular dichroism. Interestingly, it was found that 1-PP/MM could be completely isomerized to 1-PM upon heating, and the detailed thermodynamics and kinetics of the isomerization process were systematically investigated. 1-PM exhibited deep-red luminescence with emission maximum at 723 nm and fluorescence quantum yield as high as 32.95%. Consequently, we can showcase the lasing application of 1-PM by doping with epoxy resin to assemble a bottle microlaser spontaneously, which the lasing wavelength is 796.6 nm at a threshold of 0.8 m J cm-2. We believe that our studies, including the facile synthesis methodology, detailed isomerization studies, and lasing application, will shed some light on the design and synthesis of novel carbohelical systems with more functions.

To address the issue of temperature cross-sensitivity in refractive index （RI） measurement， a fiber-optic Surface Plasmon Resonance （SPR） sensor based on dual D-shaped no-core fiber （NCF） is proposed and designed. The sensor mainly consists of D-shaped NCF， Ag/Fe2O3composite film， and polydimethylsiloxane （PDMS）， where the silver and Fe2O3are successively coated on both D-shaped surfaces of NCF to generate SPR and enhance the oxidation resistance. The layer of PDMS coated on one D-shaped surface acts as a tunable ambient medium sensing the temperature variation and affecting the transmission spectrum of the sensor. Since the surface plasmon waves are excited in the two D-shaped surfaces with different films， the two RI and temperature-dependent spectral resonance peaks with different wavelengths will be produced. Research results demonstrate that the two peaks’ wavelengths have different responses to the variations of ambient RI and temperature. In the refractive index range of 1.36-1.376 and temperature range of 10-100 °C， the RI and temperature sensitivities reach to 5000 nm/RIU and -0.546 nm/°C， respectively. With the sensitivity coefficient matrix， simultaneous measurement of refractive index and temperature can be realized， and the corresponding accuracy is superior to 0.4×10-5RIU and 0.037°C.

The particle packed bed energy storage system has advantages such as low costs and wide temperature ranges,which can be combined with solar thermal power generation systems to solve the inherent volatility and discontinuity of renewable *** new materials with low costs and excellent storage performances is one of the eternal research hotspots in the field of energy *** paper innovatively uses sintered ore particles as energy storage material and studies the effect of particle size on the airflow resistance characteristics,energy storage characteristics,and thermocline evolution characteristics of the packed bed through thermal energy storage *** results indicate that for the particles in the macro scale,the smaller the particle,the lower the absolute permeability of the bed and the greater the airflow *** packed bed with smaller particles has a larger specific surface area,larger bulk mass,and smaller bed ***,the packed beds with smaller particles have better thermocline characteristics,less irreversible loss,and can achieve higher thermal efficiency and higher exergy efficiency in the heat storage *** cycle thermal efficiency in packed beds with 25-40 mm,16-25 mm,and 10-16 mm particles is 53.58%,56.27%,and 57.60%,respectively,and the cycle exergy efficiency is 61.81%,69.25%,and 74.13%,***,this paper also studies the effect of discharging airflow rates on thermal storage *** experimental results indicate that suitable discharging strategies should be selected based on different heat demands.

In this paper, distributed regression estimation problem with incomplete data in a time-varying multi-agent network is investigated. Regression estimation is carried out based on local agent information with incomplete in the non-ignorable mechanism. By virtue of gradient-based design and adaptive filter, a distributed algorithm is proposed to deal with a regression estimation problem with incomplete data. With the help of convex analysis and stochastic approximation techniques, the exact convergence is obtained for the proposed algorithm with incomplete data and a jointly-connected multi-agent topology. Moreover, online regret analysis is also given for real-time learning. Then, simulations for the proposed algorithm are also given to demonstrate how it can solve the estimation problem in a distributed way, even when the network configuration is time-varying.

This paper provides a comprehensive survey on semi-tensor product(STP) of matrices and its applications to different disciplines. First of all, the STP and its basic properties are introduced. Meanwhile, its inside physical meaning is explained. Second, its application to conventional dynamic systems is presented. As an example, the region of attraction of stable equilibriums is discussed. Third, its application to logical systems is presented. Particularly, the algebraic state space representation of logical systems and the important role it plays in analysis and control of logical systems are emphasized. Fourth, its application to finite games is discussed. The most interesting problems include potential game, evolutionary game, and game theoretic control. Finally, the mathematical essence of STP is briefly introduced.

Using the semi-tensor product（STP） of matrices, the profile evolutionary equation（PEE） for repeated finite games is obtained. By PEE, the zero-determinant（ZD） strategies are developed for general finite games. A formula is then obtained to design ZD strategies for general finite games with multiple players and asymmetric strategies. A necessary and sufficient condition is obtained to ensure the availability of the designed ZD strategies. It follows that player i can unilaterally design ki-1（one less than the number of its strategies） dominating linear relations about the expected payoffs of all players. Finally, the fictitious opponent player is proposed for networked repeated games（NRGs）. A technique is proposed to simplify the model by reducing the number of frontier strategies.

A trajectory shaping guidance law based on virtua angle （TSGLBVA） is proposed for a re-entry vehicle with the constraints of terminal impact angles and their time derivatives. In the view of differential properties of the maneuvering trajectory, a virtual angle and a virtual radius are defined. Also, the shaping trajectory of the vehicle is established by the polynomials of the virtual angle. Then, four optimized parameters are selected according to the theorem of parameters transformation presented in this paper. Finally, a convergent variant of the Nelder-Mead algorithm is adopted to obtain the reference trajectory, and a trajectory feedback tracking guidance law is designed. The simulation results demonstrate that the TSGLBVA ensures the re-entry vehicle to impact a target precisely from a specified direction with smal terminal load factor command, as well as to obtain a maximum or constrained terminal velocity according to various requirements.

Fast and high fidelity quantum control is the key technology of quantum computing. The hybrid system composed of the nitrogen-vacancy center and nearby Carbon-13 nuclear spin is expected to solve this problem. The nitrogen-vacancy center electron spin enables fast operations for its strong coupling to the control field, whereas the nuclear spins preserve the coherence for their weak coupling to the environment. In this paper, we describe a strategy to achieve time-optimal control of the Carbon-13 nuclear spin qubit by alternating controlling the nitrogen-vacancy center electron spin as an actuator. We transform the qubit gate operation into a switched system. By using the maximum principle, we study the minimum time control of the switched system and obtain the time-optimal control of the qubit gate operation. We show that the X gate and Y gate operations are within 10μs while the fidelity reaches 0.995.
