The red swamp crayfish(Procambarus clarkii)is a species from the northeast of Mexico and the central south of the United States(Louisiana),actually is the dominant macroinvertebrate in several *** was introduced to several countries,generally for gastronomic reasons or to repopulate destroyed areas by a *** the first introduction of this species into the world is well-documented,little is known about its pathways of invasion and the reason for its rapid spread in several *** is an aggressive crustacean that multiplies very fast and adapts to features of the invaded *** of the species can disperse up to 1.6 km on ***,they dig deep holes which allows them to establish easily in wetlands and adjacent waterbodies that are hydrologically *** study takes place in the Gharb area(northwestern of Morocco)where several carcasses of *** have been found in different *** the present study,it is a question of understanding how this species was introduced in this area,to establish a map of propagation of the species,and to evaluate the damage that it would have caused in the rice growing of *** Morocco,it was first sighted in the Gharb area in 2008 in the commune of Sidi Allal *** this discovery,possible ways of the species introduction and the dispersal modes were explored that *** could use to invade the Gharb *** results of this study can be used by natural resource managers,rice farmers,fishermen and the local population,to help them to locate the spread of ***,to identify vectors that move *** across political boundaries and illustrate the importance of limiting and prohibiting the movement of this invasive species across boundaries or into new ecosystems.

Thermodynamic Analysis of Ore-forming Conditions and Sulfur Isotopic systematics of Dachang Ore Field

On the basis of ore-forming periods and stages of the Daehang ore field,the pH and f;conditions andthe S isotopic systematics during ore formation have been thermodynamically treated in *** show a progressively decreased pH,an increased oxidation regime and an intensifiedactivity of sulfur from the early to the late *** to the unreliability of inferring the S source fromδ;S;,δ;S;has been calculated using the Ohmoto’s *** indicate that the δ;S;frequencydistribution is more concentrated than that of δ;S;and the peak value shifts to negative region by 2.5%.The sulfur in the whole ore field seems to be of multiple source,i.e.,different deposits have their own *** the S isotopic composition pertaining to each stage is nearly constant,suggesting that the ore-forming system be open to sulfur and the supply of sulfur be *** conclusions deduced fromcalculations are supported by many lines of geological evidence.

Three eusauropod teeth(SDUST-V1064,PMOL-AD00176,PMOL-ADt0005)are reported from the Lower Cretaceous Yixian Formation of Ningcheng,southeastern Inner Mongolia,*** of them(SDUST-V1064,PMOL-AD00176)are assigned to early-diverging titanosauriforms in having slightly mesiodistal expansion at the base of the tooth crown,a slenderness index value>2.0 and<4.0,and D-shaped cross ***,SDUST-V1064 and PMOL-AD00176 are referred as an Euhelopus-like titanosauriform on the basis of having a sub-circular boss on the lingual surface and an asymmetrical crown-root margin which slants apically,*** scan data of SDUST-V1064 reveals new dental information of early-diverging titanosauriforms,for example,the enamel on the labial side thicker than that on the lingual side,an enamel/dentine ratio of 0.26 and a boss present on the lingual side of the dentine of the crown.

Dinosaur eggs or fragments are abundant and extensively distributed in *** can be very informative in biostratigraphic division and correlation of continental strata where other fossils are relatively *** remarkable discoveries of vertebrate fossils,particularly dinosaur eggs and skeletons from the middle and Late Cretaceous of both northern and southern China,there is hardly any direct evidence for the ages of the vertebrate-bearing terrestrial *** constrain their depositional ages,here we have obtained SIMS U-Pb zircon ages from the tuffs interbedded with dinosaur egg-bearing sediments from the Laijia and Chichengshan formations of the terrestrial red deposits of the Late Cretaceous in the Tiantai Basin,Zhejiang Province,southeastern *** SIMS zircon U-Pb ages from the Laijia and Chichengshan formations are about 96-99 Ma(Cenomanian) and 91-94 Ma(Turanian),respectively,providing direct time constraints on the vertebrate and dinosaur egg evolution in the Late Cretaceous as well as a basis for correlation with terrestrial Cretaceous deposits in other regions of southern and northern China.

As the only mammalian group capable of powered flight,bats have many unique biological *** comparative genomic studies in bats have focused on long-term ***,the microevolutionary processes driving recent evolution are largely *** resequencing data from 50 black flying foxes(Pteropus alecto),one of the model species for bats,we find that black flying fox has much higher genetic diversity and lower levels of linkage disequilibrium than most of the mammalian *** inference reveals strong population fluctuations(>100 fold)coinciding with multiple historical events including the last glacial change and Toba super eruption,suggesting that the black flying fox is a very resilient species with strong recovery *** long-term adaptation in the black flying fox is enriched in metabolic genes,recent adaptation in the black flying fox has a unique landscape where recently selected genes are not strongly enriched in any functional *** demographic history and mode of adaptation suggest that black flying fox might be a well-adapted species with strong evolutionary *** together,this study unravels a vibrant landscape of recent evolution for the black flying fox and sheds light on several unique evolutionary processes for bats comparing to other mammalian groups.

Molecular phylogenies using 1–4 gene regions and information on ecology,morphology and pigment chemistry were used in a partial revision of the agaric family *** phylogenetically supported genera we recognize here in the Hygrophoraceae based on these and previous analyses are:Acantholichen,Ampulloclitocybe,Arrhenia,Cantharellula,Cantharocybe,Chromosera,Chrysomphalina,Cora,Corella,Cuphophyllus,Cyphellostereum,Dictyonema,Eonema,Gliophorus,Haasiella,Humidicutis,Hygroaster,Hygrocybe,Hygrophorus,Lichenomphalia,Neohygrocybe,Porpolomopsis and Pseudoarmillariella.A new genus that is sister to Chromosera is described as *** were made at the ranks of subfamily,tribe,genus,subgenus,section and *** present three new subfamilies,eight tribes(five new),eight subgenera(one new,one new combination and one ***.),26 sections(five new and three new combinations and two ***.)and 14 subsections(two new,two ***.).Species of Chromosera,Gliophorus,Humidicutis,and Neohygrocybe are often treated within the genus Hygrocybe;we therefore provide valid names in both classification *** used a minimalist approach in transferring genera and creating new names and ***,we retain in the Hygrophoraceae the basal cuphophylloid grade comprising the genera Cuphophyllus,Ampulloclitocybe andCantharocybe,despite weak phylogenetic *** include Aeruginospora and Semiomphalina in Hygrophoraceae based on morphology though molecular data are *** lower hygrophoroid clade is basal to Hygrophoraceae s.s.,comprising the genera Aphroditeola,Macrotyphula,Phyllotopsis,Pleurocybella,Sarcomyxa,Tricholomopsis and Typhula.
