Aims Recent studies revealed convergent temperature sensitivity of ecosys-tem respiration(Re)within aquatic ecosystems and between terrestrial and aquatic *** do not know yet whether various terres-trial ecosystems have consistent or divergent temperature ***,we synthesized 163 eddy covariance flux sites across the world and examined the global variation of the apparent activation energy(Ea),which characterizes the apparent temperature sensitivity of and its interannual variability(IAV)as well as their controlling *** We used carbon fluxes and meteorological data across FLUXNET sites to calculate mean annual temperature,tempera-ture range,precipitation,global radiation,potential radiation,gross primary productivity and Re by averaging the daily values over the years in each ***,we analyzed the sites with>8 years data to examine the IAV of Ea and calculated the standard deviation of Ea across years at each site to character-ize *** Findings The results showed a widely global variation of Ea,with significantly lower values in the tropical and subtropical areas than in temperate and boreal areas,and significantly higher values in grasslands and wetlands than that in deciduous broadleaf forests and evergreen ***,spatial variations of Ea were explained by changes in temperature and an index of water availability with differing contribution of each explaining variable among climate zones and *** and the corresponding coefficient of variation of Ea decreased with increasing latitude,but increased with radiation and corresponding mean annual *** revealed patterns in the spatial and temporal variations of Ea and its controlling factors indicate divergent temperature sensitivity of Re,which could help to improve our predictive understanding of Re in response to climate change.

Early childhood caries(ECC)is a significant chronic disease of childhood and a rising public health burden *** may cause a higher risk of new caries lesions in both primary and permanent dentition,affecting lifelong oral *** occurrence of ECC has been closely related to the core microbiome change in the oral cavity,which may be influenced by diet habits,oral health management,fluoride use,and dental ***,it is essential to improve parental oral health and awareness of health care,to establish a dental home at the early stage of childhood,and make an individualized caries management *** interventions according to the minimally invasive concept should be carried out to treat dental *** expert consensus mainly discusses the etiology of ECC,caries-risk assessment of children,prevention and treatment plan of ECC,aiming to achieve lifelong oral health.

卫生经济学评价是对备选行动方案的成本和结果的比较分析。2013年发表的《卫生经济学评价报告标准共识》(CHEERS)提出了卫生经济学评价的特点,确保结果正确阐释,以支持决策制订。2013版CHEERS旨在指导研究报告撰写者准确报告卫生干预和对照措施、背景、过程、结果等评价细节,使审稿人理解文章内容,帮助读者使用研究结果。本版共识将取代2013版共识,其更加适用于各类卫生经济学评价,结合学科发展和方法更新的需要,更注重患者、公众等相关利益方的参与。本共识适用多种个体或人群健康干预措施(简单或复杂)在不同政策场景的应用分析,包括医疗服务、公共卫生、教育、社会服务等。本文概要介绍了CHEERS 2022共识中包含的28个检查项及每一个检查项的相关建议。CHEERS 2022共识主要用于指导研究人员撰写拟投递同行评议学术期刊的卫生经济学评价文章,亦可用于期刊编辑和审稿专家对待发表文章的评价。熟悉了解本共识要求,还有助于研究人员规划评价研究。随着决策透明度要求提高,本共识可支持卫生技术评估机构建立评价报告标准。

【目的】探讨IEEE科技期刊的创建与发展历史和策略,以期为我国新刊的创办和高质量发展提供参考意见。【方法】通过详细分析1963—2020年IEEE的创刊数量及创刊主题词分布等信息,系统探究IEEE期刊集群平台持续创刊的发展策略。【结果】1963—2020年,IEEE创办新刊物的速度一直处于较高水平,平均每年创刊4.0种;而在2013—2020年,这一速度更是持续上升,每年创刊9.4种。IEEE期刊集群平台发展主要策略包括创办聚焦前沿热点的期刊、创办能够满足不同读者和作者需求的多样性期刊、创办增强期刊发展活力和时效性的OA期刊3个方面。在此基础上,IEEE开创性地创办巨型OA期刊,从而完成对期刊出版类型和运营模式的补充和完善。【结论】借鉴IEEE创建新刊、传播知识的成功经验,建议国内办刊者明确发展策略,紧握学科新兴技术前沿,以作者和读者的需求为指导,以坚实的学术共同体为基石,适时创办巨型OA期刊以增强期刊的吸引力和时效性,并保持稳定的持续创刊能力。

Aim:To determine the tolerance and acceptance of hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG)measurements in patients with liver ***:This prospective international multicenter study included 271 patients with cirrhosis who were scheduled to undergo HVPG measurement between October 2019 and June *** related to the tolerance and acceptance of HVPG measurements were collected using descriptive ***:HVPG measurements were technically successful in all 271 patients,with 141(52.0%)undergoing HVPG measurement *** complication rate was 0.4%.Postoperative pain was significantly lower than preoperative expected pain(p<0.001)and intraoperative pain(p<0.001),and intraoperative pain was also significantly lower than preoperative expected pain(p=0.036).No,mild,moderate,severe,and intolerable discomfort scores were reported by 36.9%,44.6%,11.1%,6.3%,and 0.4%of these patients,respectively,during HVPG measurement and by 54.6%32.5%,11.4%,1.5%,and 0%,respectively,after HVPG *** these patients,39.5%had little understanding and 10%had no understanding of the value of HVPG measurement,with 35.1%and 4.1%regarding HVPG measurements as being of little or no help,*** patients reported that they would definitely(15.5%),probably(46.9%),or possibly(29.9%)choose to undergo additional HVPG measurements again,and 62.7%regarded the cost of the procedure as ***:HVPG measurement was safe and well‐tolerated in patients with cirrhosis,but patient education and communication are warranted to improve the acceptance of this procedure.

Background Epidemiologic studies have shown an independent and definite association between obstructive sleep apnea （OSA） and hypertension. This study aimed to define the association between daytime blood pressure and severity of OSA in Chinese population in mainland of China. Methods Twenty university hospital sleep centers in mainland of China were invited by the Chinese Medical Association （CMA） to participate in this epidemiologic study and 2297 consecutive patients （aged 18-85 years; 1981 males and 316 females） referred to these twenty sleep centers for evaluation of OSA between January 2004 and April 2006 were prospectively enrolled. Nocturnal polysomnography was performed in each patient, and disease severity was assessed based on the apnea-hypopnea index （AHI）. These patients were classfied into four groups： non-apneic control （control, n=257） with AHI 〈5 episodes/hour; mild sleep apnea （mild, n=402） with AHI 〉5 and 〈15 episodes/hour; moderate sleep apnea （moderate, n=460） with AHI 〉15 and 〈30 episodes/hour and severe sleep apnea （severe, n=1178） with AHI 〉30 episodes/hour. Daytime blood pressure measurements were performed under standardized conditions in each patient at 10 a.m. in office on the day of referring to sleep centers for getting average value. All the patients were requested to quit medications related to blood pressure for three days before the day of assessing. Results Both daytime systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure values were significantly related to AHI positively （r = 0.201 and 0.276, respectively; both P values 〈0.001） and to nadir nocturnal oxygen saturation negatively （r = -0.215 and -0.277, respectively; both P values 〈0.001）, which were the parameters of OSA severity. In two special designed mean plots, means of daytime systolic and diastolic blood pressure increased gradually with increasing AHI. Beyond AHI of 61-65, this increasing trend reached a plateau.
