A plasmonic waveguide coupled system that is composed of a square ring cavity and a metal-insulator-metal （MIM） waveguide with two silver baffles is proposed. The transmission and reflection properties of the proposed plasmonic system are investigated numerically using the finite element method. The normalized Hz field distributions are calculated to analyze the transmission mode in the plasmonic system. The extreme destructive interference between light mode and dark mode causes plasmonically induced reflection （PIR） window in the transmission spectrum. The PIR window is fitted using the coupled mode theory. The analytical result agrees with the simulation result approximately. In addition, the PIR window can be controlled by adjusting structural parameters and filling different dielectric into the MIM waveguide and the square ring cavity. The results provide a new approach to designing plasmonic devices.

Given the context that the disciplinary attribute of urban planning is changing from technicality to public policy and based on a case study on the reform practice of the basic course teaching of urban planning in Xi'an University of Architecture and technology, this paper discusses how to scientif ically and skillfully introduce the primary content of public policy into the pre-professional courses to develop students' public policy literacy and to enforce the students' cognition of urban planning, so as to bring the planning professional education back to the essence of urban planning.

The concentration of cosmogenic loBe in riverine sediments has been widely used as a proxy for catchment-wide denudation rate （CWDR）. One of the key assumptions of this approach is that sediments originating from sub-basins with different erosional histories are well mixed. A tragic debris flow occurred in the Seti River watershed, central Nepal, on May 5, 2012. This catastrophic debris flow was triggered by slope failure on the peak of Annapurna IV and resulted in many casualties in the lower Seti Khola. However, it provided an opportunity to test the assumption of equal mixing of sediments in an understudied rapidly eroding watershed. This study documents the CWDR of ^10Be to evaluate the extent of the influence of episodic erosional processes such as debris flow on the spatio-temporal redistribution of loBe concentrations. Our data show that the debris flow caused little change in CWDR across the debris flow event. In addition to isotopic measurement, we calculated denudation rates by using the modeled concentrations in pre- and post-landslide sediments based on the local ^10Be production rate. The modeled result showed little change across the event, indicating that the debris flow in May 2012 played a minor role in sediment evacuation, despite the rapid erosion in the catchment. Our study concludes that although the 2012 event caused many casualties and severe damage, it was a low-magnitude, high frequency event.

Harris Hawks Optimizer (HHO) is a recent well-established optimizer based on the hunting characteristics of Harris hawks, which shows excellent efficiency in solving a variety of optimization issues. However, it undergoes weak global search capability because of the levy distribution in its optimization process. In this paper, a variant of HHO is proposed using Crisscross Optimization Algorithm (CSO) to compensate for the shortcomings of original HHO. The novel developed optimizer called Crisscross Harris Hawks Optimizer (CCHHO), which can effectively achieve high-quality solutions with accelerated convergence on a variety of optimization tasks. In the proposed algorithm, the vertical crossover strategy of CSO is used for adjusting the exploitative ability adaptively to alleviate the local optimum;the horizontal crossover strategy of CSO is considered as an operator for boosting explorative trend;and the competitive operator is adopted to accelerate the convergence rate. The effectiveness of the proposed optimizer is evaluated using 4 kinds of benchmark functions, 3 constrained engineering optimization issues and feature selection problems on 13 datasets from the UCI repository. Comparing with nine conventional intelligence algorithms and 9 state-of-the-art algorithms, the statistical results reveal that the proposed CCHHO is significantly more effective than HHO, CSO, CCNMHHO and other competitors, and its advantage is not influenced by the increase of problems’ dimensions. Additionally, experimental results also illustrate that the proposed CCHHO outperforms some existing optimizers in working out engineering design optimization;for feature selection problems, it is superior to other feature selection methods including CCNMHHO in terms of fitness, error rate and length of selected features.

Aiming at the lack of classification and good standard corpus in the task of joint entity and relationship extraction in the current Chinese academic field, this paper builds a dataset in management science that can be used for joint entity and relationship extraction, and establishes a deep learning model to extract entity and relationship information from scientific texts. With the definition of entity and relation classification, we build a Chinese scientific text corpus dataset based on the abstract texts of projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC) in 2018–2019. By combining the word2vec features with the clue word feature which is a kind of special style in scientific documents, we establish a joint entity relationship extraction model based on the Bi LSTM-CNN-CRF model for scientific information extraction. The dataset we constructed contains 13060 entities(not duplicated) and 9728 entity relation labels. In terms of entity prediction effect, the accuracy rate of the constructed model reaches 69.15%, the recall rate reaches 61.03%, and the F1 value reaches 64.83%. In terms of relationship prediction effect, the accuracy rate is higher than that of entity prediction, which reflects the effectiveness of the input mixed features and the integration of local features with CNN layer in the model.

The reasons for bringing surface accuracy error in ultra-precision grinding ceramic ball joint were analyzed,and the influences wheel position error and shaft run-out error on the ball joint surface accuracy were *** establishing three-dimensional grinding model,the mathematical relationship between the position error and surface accuracy was derived,and the distance from any point on spherical surface to the ideal center was calculated when position error existed,and a precise surface shape was got,and theoretical support was provided to improve the surface accuracy during the grinding *** self-developed ultraprecision grinding machine to do the ceramic ball grinding experiment,the surface accuracy PV value of ceramic spherical joint is 4.8μm.

Experimental Study of Wastewater Treatment of Reactive Dye by Phys-Chemistry Method

Wastewater, which involves easy-soluble reactive dyes, especially non-degradable dyes, is very difficult to decolor efficiently by normal processes such as coagulation process and biological treatment. The high chromaticity se- riously hinders the reuse of reactive dye waste water. In this paper, a new method by bentonite adsorption and coagulation (PAC) is employed for removing color from synthetic dye waste water which contains reactive red K-2G, K-RN blue, K-GR blue, X-3B red, K-GN orange, KB-3G yellow, K-2BP red, K-RN yellow and K-6G yellow. Bentonite pre- treated by 4% CTMAB and milled to 160 order screen is proven to the best decoloring agent. For a 100 mL reactive red K-2G sample (CODcr 400 mg/L, 25 000 chromaticity color), 0.5 g bentonite pretreated and 2.5 mL PAC is enough to decolor wastewater up to 99.92% and the sediment time is short. Non-degradable dyes such as active red X-3B and K-GN orange are declored completely as well. Raw sewage (low chromaticity color) is decolored completely at a ben-tonite dosage of 0.001g. More researches prove the high practical value of this process.

Selective functionalization of mesoporous silica nanospheres（MSNs） is crucial for nanoengineering of ***, we have combined "surface-protected etching strategy" and "cationic surfactant assisted etching strategy" to prepare functionalized MSNs with externally attached amino groups. The externally attached NH;groups endow the catalysts with excellent catalytic performance for nitroaldol reaction between nitromethane and benzaldehyde. In addition, those NH;-MSNs can also be used to support gold nanoparticles, which display very good catalytic performance for reduction of 4-nitrophenol. It can be envisioned that the synthesis protocol developed in this work could also be extended to nanoengineered MSNs, which provides opportunities for nanoreactors design.
