The ongoing outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)caused by the novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 has become a sudden public emergency of international concern and seriously threatens millions of people’s life *** current studies have indicated a favorable role for mesenchymal stem/stromal cells(MSCs)in clinical remission of COVID-19 associated pulmonary diseases,yet the systematical elaboration of the therapeutics and underlying mechanism is far from *** the present review,we summarize the therapeutic potential of MSCs in COVID-19 associated pulmonary diseases such as pneumonia induced acute lung injury,acute respiratory distress syndrome,and pulmonary ***,we review the underlying mechanism of MSCs including direct-and trans-differentiation,autocrine and paracrine anti-inflammatory effects,homing,and neovascularization,as well as constitutive ***,we discuss the prospects and supervision of MSC-based cytotherapy for COVID-19 management before large-scale application in clinical ***,this review supplies overwhelming new references for understanding the landscapes of MSCs in the remission of COVID-19 associated pulmonary diseases.

Since the year 2000,China has built a number of bridges crossing rivers and seas,including the hangzhou Bay Bridge,Jiaozhou Bay Bridge,Zhoushan Bridge,and Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge(HZMB).As the longest sea-crossing bridge in the world,the opening of the HZMB(Fig.1)was undoubtedly one of the most significant events in 2018(Jing,2020).With the rapid development of China’s economy,especially in coastal areas,and the concentration of population density,the demand for transportation is ***-crossing projects have gradually developed from bridge projects to integrated bridge-island-tunnel projects.

Transgene Flow from Glufosinate-Resistant Rice to Improved and Weedy Rice in China

The development of transgenic rice with novel traits in China can increase rice productivity, but transgene flow to improved or weedy rice has become a major concern. We aimed to evaluate the potential maximum frequencies of transgene flow from glufosinate-resistant rice to improved rice cultivars and weedy rice. Treatments were arranged in randomized complete blocks with three replicates. Experiments were conducted between 2009 and 2010 at the center for Environmental Safety supervision and Inspection for Genetically Modified Plants, China National Rice Research Institute, hangzhou, China. Glufosinate-resistant japonica rice 99-1 was the pollen donor. The pollen recipients were two inbred japonica rice （Chunjiang 016 and Xiushui 09）, two inbred indica rice （Zhongzu 14 and Zhongzao 22）, two indica hybrid rice （Zhongzheyou 1 and Guodao 1）, and one weedy indica rice （Taizhou weedy rice）. The offspring of recipients were planted in the field and sprayed with a commercial dose of glufosinate. Leaf tissues of survivors were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction to detect the presence of the transgene. The frequency of gene flow ranged from 0 to 0.488%. In 2009, the order of gene flow frequency was as follows： weedy rice 〉 Chunjiang 016 〉 Xiushui 09 and Zhongzu 14 〉 Guodao 1, Zhongzheyou 1 and Zhongzao 22. Gene flow frequencies were generally higher in 2009 than in 2010, but did not differ significantly among rice materials. Gene flow frequency was the highest in weedy rice followed by the inbred japonica rice. The risk of gene flow differed significantly between years and year-to-year variance could mask risk differences among pollen recipients. Gene flow was generally lesser in taller pollen recipients than in shorter ones, but plant height only accounted for about 30% of variation in gene flow. When flowering synchrony was maximized, as in this study, low frequencies of gene flow occurred from herbicide-resistant japonica rice to other cultivars and weedy rice. Average

目的了解强制隔离戒毒人员(以下简称“戒毒人员”)生存质量状况,为戒毒管理工作提供参考依据。方法采用整群抽样法对浙江省拱宸强制隔离戒毒所647名男性戒毒人员进行调查和数据分析。结果调查的647名戒毒人员生存质量总得分为84.0±23.5,躯体功能、心理功能、戒断症状及不良反应、社会功能4个维度得分分别为39.3±13.7、17.6±7.7、10.1±3.1、17.0±6.0。文化程度、是否患有慢性病、体质指数及首次染毒年龄与戒毒人员的生存质量有关联(P<0.05)。结论强制隔离管理下戒毒人员生存质量有所提高。应加强慢性病管理和改善营养状况的监督工作,并继续大力开展公众禁毒宣传活动,以减少低龄吸毒现象、降低复吸率,提高药物滥用控制成效。

Sediment flux from the Zhoushan Archipelago, eastern China

Knowledge of the sediment flux derived from different sources is critical for interpreting the sedimentary records associated with large river sedimentary systems. For the Changjiang River system, previous studies hardly focused on the sediment load from the adjacent Zhoushan Archipelago(ZA). Based on four prediction models, aiming to improve the understanding of the sediment load from the ZA during the Holocene, we show that the predicted sediment flux of the ZA ranges from ~0.7 to 26.5 Mt·yr^(-1), with an average value of 10.7 Mt·yr^(-1), and the islands with a relatively large area or high relief contribute greatly to the total flux. This sediment load is an order of magnitude lower than that of the Changjiang River, but it is similar to those of the local small rivers. Located in the core area of the southward dispersal path of the Changjiang River plume, the ZA also influences the sediment transport into hangzhou Bay and over the Zhejiang-Fujian coastal seas. On the Holocene temporal scale, e.g., for the period from 6 ka BP to 2 ka BP, the sediments discharged from the ZA had a considerable effect on the shelf sedimentary system. This study provides evidence for an important role an archipelago can play in terms of sediment supply and transport in coastal and inner continental shelf regions.

Mophological and Molecular Identification of Potato Cyst Nematode from Sichuan,China

[Objectives]The infection symptoms of cyst nematodes were found in Yuexi, Sichuan. In order to identify the pathogen, the isolated nematodes were identified by morphology and molecular biology. [Methods] The potato roots and soil around the roots were collected, the nematodes in the roots were stained and observed, and the cysts were separated by the simple floating method. The second-stage juveniles(J2 s), females and cysts were found, and they were photographed and morphologically measured. The DNA of cysts and J2 s were extracted and identified by species-specific PCR. The DNA sequences of 18 S gene, 28 S D2-D3 region and ITS region in ribosomal DNA were obtained. Sequences of some cyst nematode species were downloaded from GenBank for sequence alignment, and MrBayes 3.2.3 software was used to construct a Bayesian phylogenetic tree. [Results] The nematodes could invade hosts’ root system. The basal knobs of J2 s was nearly round and inclined backward;the average length of the stylet was shorter than 23 μm;the Granek ratio of cysts was greater than or equal to 3, which is highly consistent with that of Globodera rostochiensis. The DNA templates of three cysts and four J2 s were amplified by species-specific PCR, and a band of about 430 bp was obtained. After further sequencing, the length was 434 bp, which is consistent with G. rostochiensis. The evolutionary analysis of rDNA 18 S and 28 S showed that the cyst nematode population was a Globodera species, and further evolutionary analysis of ITS gene confirmed that the population was G. rostochiensis. [Conclusions] The nematodes are G. rostochiensis, which is a quarantine species of great concern to both domestic and import quarantine. Once introduced and colonized, it is hard to eradicate. It is necessary to establish a monitoring system as soon as possible, strengthen the quarantine, supervision and management, increase investment in G. rostochiensis research and development, and develop detection and control tec
