Rubus fruits are high-value crops that are sought after by consumers for their flavor,visual appeal,and health *** meet this demand,production of red and black raspberries(*** *** *** L.),blackberries(*** Rubus),and hybrids,such as Boysenberry and marionberry,is growing *** breeding programmes are continually striving to improve flavor,texture,machine harvestability,and yield,provide pest and disease resistance,improve storage and processing properties,and optimize fruits and plants for different production and harvest *** face numerous challenges,such as polyploidy,the lack of genetic diversity in many of the elite cultivars,and until recently,the relative shortage of genetic and genomic resources available for *** review will highlight the development of continually improving genetic maps,the identification of Quantitative Trait Loci(QTL)s controlling key traits,draft genomes for red and black raspberry,and efforts to improve gene *** development of genetic maps and markers,the molecular characterization of wild species and germplasm,and highthroughput genotyping platforms will expedite breeding of improved *** sequenced genomes and accurate gene models facilitate identification of genes underlying traits of interest and enable gene editing technologies such as CRISPR/Cas9.

The m^(6)A modification involves almost all aspects of RNA biology,including the alternative splicing of mRNA precursors,mRNA transport and stability,and miRNA processing and regulation of target genes.1,2 Alternative splicing controlling the information storage and RNA translation involves the regulation of various biological processes.3,4,5 Here,we integrated the genomic information of 161 esophageal cancer(EC)samples to comprehensively evaluate the m^(6)A modification patterns and correlated the m^(6)A modification pattern with the prognosis of EC patients,where two distinct m^(6)A modification patterns were *** combined effects of high m^(6)Ascore and low TMB correlated with a better prognosis of EC *** addition,we found an inherent correlation between m^(6)A modification and the occurrence of alternative splicing events in EC ***,we established a scoring system to quantify the m^(6)A modification pattern with RNA alternative splicing events in individual EC patients(Fig.S1).

Multi-channel DMA Based Design of Voltage Monitoring Using Synchronous Frequency Trace-Sampling Technique

In order to eliminate the influence of frequency change on real-time voltage acquisition,a low-cost solution of voltage monitoring was proposed using the multi-channel DMA synchronous frequency trace-sampling ***-chip resources of the designed voltage monitor were fully utilized in hardware design to reduce external *** MQX RTOS was used to perform the functional tasks flexibly and efficiently;especially the Ethernet communication applications and USB device connection were realized using its TCP/IP protocol stack and USB *** addition,to ensure the safety of electrical records,data statistics and alarm information management were also implemented through the management of the storage in *** test results show that the voltage monitor designed in this paper has the advantages of accurate measurement,strong resistance to frequency interference and low cost,and can be widely applied in the field of voltage monitoring in distribution networks.

＜正＞This paper describes the summary of "Green-Hydrogen （G-H）" project being developed by Waseda University together with several other universities and companies, which intends to establish "G-H" based society at Honjo-Waseda area in Saitama Prefecture. The project involves three tasks of technological development of;（1） process and facility for "G-H" production, （2） facility and system for "G-H" refining, transportation and storage, and （3） utilization system of the "G-H". In the project, "G-H" will be produced from waste aluminum, silicon, and biomass which are generated in the Honjo-Waseda area, then, be refined, transported, and stored by using high-performance metal hydride, which is synthesized in hydriding combustion process, bound with silicone, and will be utilized for economically feasible fuel cell systems such as mobility, traffic, cooling, and so on.

Interfacial properties of nano TiO_(2) and cellulose paper coating

This paper examined different kinds of organic functional groups that were introduced onto the surface of nano TiO_(2) by surface modification with different types of zircoaluminate coupling *** modified nanoTiO_(2) products with different interfacial properties were obtained,and the impact of the interfacial properties of nanoTiO_(2) on the rheological behavior of paper coating and the properties of coated paper was systematically *** steady shear rheological results showed that the paper coatings containing nano TiO_(2) exhibited a pseudoplastic fluid behavior,characterized as obvious shear *** to the hydrophilic unmodified nano TiO_(2),modified nano TiO_(2) could contribute more to the viscosity of paper *** study on the dynamic viscoelasticity revealed that,through the enhancing action among each component in paper coatings,the modified nano TiO_(2) with quaternary amine groups or carboxyl led to a higher dynamic elastic storage modulus and viscous loss modulus of paper *** addition,SEM and AFM analyses indicated that adding modified nano TiO_(2) products in paper coating could improve the coating structure,thus ameliorating the optical properties and printability of coated *** results obtained could provide a good reference for the application of nano pigments in paper coating.
