Pilot-scale testing on catalytic hydrolysis of carbonyl sulfur co.bined with absorption-oxidation of H_(2)S for blast furnace gas purification

About 70%of the flue gas in the iron-steel industry has achieved multi-pollutant ultra-low emissions in China until 2023,and then the blast furnace gas purification has beco.e the co.trol step and *** research group has designed and co.structed the world’s first blast furnace gas desulfurization pilot plant with the scale of 2000 Nm^(3)/h in October *** pilot plant is a two-step co.bined desulfurization device including catalytic hydrolysis of carbonyl sulfur(co.)and absorption-oxidation of H_(2)S,co.tinuously running for 120 *** the hydrolysis system,one reason for catalyst deactivation has been verified from the sulfur *** in blast furnace gas can be hydrolyzed on the hydrolysis catalyst to produce the nitrogen deposition,which is one of the reasons for catalyst deactivation and has never been found in previous *** deposition forms of S and N elements are determined,S element forms elemental sulfur and sulfate,while N element forms-NH_(2)and NH_(4)^(+).In the absorption-oxidation system,the O_(2)loading and the residence time have been optimized to co.trol the oxidation of HS^(−)to produce elemental sulfur instead of by-product S_(2)O_(3)^(2−).The balance and distribution of S and N elements have been calculated for thewholemulti-phase system,approximately 84.4%of the sulfur is co.verted to solid sulfur product,about 1.3%of the sulfur and 19.2%of N element are deposited on the hydrolysis *** pilot plant provides technical support formulti-pollutant co.trol of blast furnace.

Quantitative principles of dynamic interaction between rock support and surrounding rock in rockburst roadways

Rockbursts, which mainly affect mining roadways, are dynamic disasters arising from the surrounding rock under high stress. Understanding the interaction between supports and the surrounding rock is necessary for effective rockburst co.trol. In this study, the squeezing behavior of the surrounding rock is analyzed in rockburst roadways, and a mechanical model of rockbursts is established co.sidering the dynamic support stress, thus deriving formulas and providing characteristic curves for describing the interaction between the support and surrounding rock. Design principles and parameters of supports for rockburst co.trol are proposed. The results show that only when the geostress magnitude exceeds a critical value can it drive the formation of rockburst co.ditions. The main factors influencing the co.vergence response and rockburst occurrence around roadways are geostress, rock brittleness, uniaxial co.pressive strength, and roadway excavation size. Roadway support devices can play a role in co.trolling rockburst by suppressing the squeezing evolution of the surrounding rock towards instability points of rockburst. Further, the higher the strength and the longer the impact stroke of support devices with co.stant resistance, the more easily multiple balance points can be formed with the surrounding rock to co.trol rockburst occurrence. Supports with long impact stroke allow adaptation to varying geostress levels around the roadway, aiding in rockburst co.trol. The results offer a quantitative method for designing support systems for rockburst-prone roadways. The design criterion of supports is determined by the intersection between the co.vergence curve of the surrounding rock and the squeezing deformation curve of the support devices.

Electrochemical co.version of hypertoxic trivalent arsenic to value-added metallic arsenic can not only co.tribute to pollution abatement,but also resources reutilization,therefore being widely *** reduction of trivalent arsenic as a promising way is widely ***,the high efficiency co.version is retarded by the sluggish reduction kinetics of AsO33−and fierce evolution of side products of both H_(2)and toxic AsH_(3).Herein,by using the sodium citrate as the additive,the current efficiency for metal arsenic production is increased greatly from 60%to 91%,with the acco.panied evolution of hypertoxic AsH_(3)being restrained from 0.15 Nm^(3)/t_(As)to 0.022 Nm^(3)/t_(As),promising a high-efficiency and green *** electrochemical tests and electrode surface characterizations aswell as DFT calculations indicate that the added sodium citrate promotes both the diffusion of reactive AsO_(3)^(3−)towards the cathode and its subsequent adsorption on the Ti cathode,co.tributing to smoother reduction for generating metal arsenic,with the evolution of toxic AsH_(3)being hindered at the same *** results can provide new insights for the highefficiency and greener co.version of hypertoxic trivalent arsenic to value-added metallic arsenic.

The paper presents experimental investigation results of crack pattern change in cement pastes caused by external sulfate attack(ESA).To visualize the formation and development of cracks in cement pastes under ESA,an X-ray co.puted tomography(X-ray CT)was used,i e,the tomography system of Zeiss Xradia 510 *** results indicate that X-CT can monitor the development process and distribution characteristics of the internal cracks of cement pastes under ESA with attack *** addition,the C3A co.tent in the cement significantly affects the damage mode of cement paste specimens during sulfate *** damage of ordinary Portland cement(OPC)pastes subjected to sulfate attack with high C3A co.tent are severe,while the damage of sulfate resistant Portland cement(SRPC)pastes is much smaller than that of OPC ***,a quadratic function describes the co.relation between the crack volume fraction and development depth for two cement pastes immermed in sulfate solution.

The development and utilization of co.lbed methane (CBM) not only ensures national energy security, but also provides a boost to carbon neutrality. The southern edge of the Junggar Basin is a major CBM resource area and a key development hotspot in China. However, the region has few high-yield wells, and maintaining stable production is challenging. There is an urgent need for a technology that can increase the production of CBM resources within the co.trol range of a single well. Additionally, high volume fractions of co. and H2S have beco.e co.mon in the CBM of this region, creating an urgent need for in-situ disposal technology for these gases. co.lbed gas bioengineering offers a promising technology for enhancing both the quality and production of CBM in this region. On-site monitoring and laboratory simulation experiments indicate that the co. volume fraction is closely linked to reservoir temperature. Acid-producing fermentative bacteria and Hydrogen-producing acetic acid bacteria remain active and co.tinue to produce co. across a broad range of reservoir temperatures. At lower reservoir temperatures, the metabolism of hydrogenotrophic methanogens is weak and co. is difficult to be reduced, which is the main reason for the high co. volume fraction in this area. It was also found that the microbial co.munity in the groundwater interacts with organic matter and SO24− during migration. H2S is generated when the groundwater recharge and drainage rates are co.sistent with the metabolic cycle of methanogens, which is called epigenetic H2S. The presence of these two acidic gases not only co.promises production safety but also significantly reduces the quality of CBM. This study introduces a key technology for in-situ microbial-mediated enhancement of CBM quality and production, addressing the issue of low-quality CBM in southern Junggar Basin. Polysaccharide from large leaf yellow tea activates the LXRα-ABCA1/ABCG1 pathway to ameliorate type 2 diabetes by regulating gut microbiota

Type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM） is a multifaceted metabolic co.dition characterized by chronic hyperglycemia （elevated blood sugar levels） and insulin resistance （IR）. We have isolated a new homogeneous polysaccharide， LYTP-3， (7.22 × 105Da) with anti-diabetic activity， from large leaf yellow tea （LYT） by biological activity-guided sequential separation and activity evaluation. Using a T2DM mouse model， we demonstrate that oral administration of LYTP-3 can reduce blood lipid levels， alleviate hyperglycemia and gluco.e tolerance， and inhibit insulin resistance. LYTP-3 ameliorated T2DM treatment by activating the liver X receptor alpha （LXRα）-ATP-binding cassette （ABC） transporter （LXRα-ABCA1/ABCG1） signaling pathway， which is regulated by the gut microbiota. The strain Lachnospiraceae bacterium A4 is potentially the key to this improvement. Additionally， we have solved the molecular structure of LYTP-3 using nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR）， and methylation analyses. The main backbone of LYTP-3 co.sists of 1，2，4-α-L-Rhap， 1，4-α-D-Galp， 1，6-α-D-Glcp， with branches of 1，4-β-D-Galp， 1，6-β-D-GalpA， 1，3，6-β-D-Manp， 1，2-α-L-Rhap， T-β-Manp， and T-β-Galp. The findings of this study suggest that LYTP-3 may serve as a potential gut microbiota modulator in the treatment of T2DM.

Dynamic intelligent prediction approach for landslide displacement based on biological growth models and CNN-LSTM

Multi-Head Attention Enhanced Parallel Dilated co.volution and Residual Learning for Network Traffic Anomaly Detection

Abnormal network traffic, as a frequent security risk, requires a series of techniques to categorize and detect it. Existing network traffic anomaly detection still faces challenges: the inability to fully extract local and global features, as well as the lack of effective mechanisms to capture co.plex interactions between features;Additionally, when increasing the receptive field to obtain deeper feature representations, the reliance on increasing network depth leads to a significant increase in co.putational resource co.sumption, affecting the efficiency and performance of detection. Based on these issues, firstly, this paper proposes a network traffic anomaly detection model based on parallel dilated co.volution and residual learning (Res-PDC). To better explore the interactive relationships between features, the traffic samples are co.verted into two-dimensional matrix. A module co.bining parallel dilated co.volutions and residual learning (res-pdc) was designed to extract local and global features of traffic at different scales. By utilizing res-pdc modules with different dilation rates, we can effectively capture spatial features at different scales and explore feature dependencies spanning wider regions without increasing co.putational resources. Seco.dly, to focus and integrate the information in different feature subspaces, further enhance and extract the interactions among the features, multi-head attention is added to Res-PDC, resulting in the final model: multi-head attention enhanced parallel dilated co.volution and residual learning (MHA-Res-PDC) for network traffic anomaly detection. Finally, co.parisons with other machine learning and deep learning algorithms are co.ducted on the NSL-KDD and CIC-IDS-2018 datasets. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method in this paper can effectively improve the detection performance.
