Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point(HACCP)and ISO 22000 as one of the HACCP based food safety assurance systems,are two management tools that are using in many *** former introduced in the late 1960s,and Codex Alimentarius endorsed it as a scientific,rational and systematic approach to identification,assessment and control of hazards throughout food supply chain in 1993,but the later is a new international standard that has been published by International Organization for standardization(ISO)***,the implementation of them is very common in developing countries,but the success of these management systems is strongly depends on prerequisite programs such as Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP),Good Hygienic Practice(GHP)and Supplier Quality Assurance(SQA).Present article describes the basic principles of HACCP and ISO 22000 and evaluates their implementation in the European Union,North America,Australia and new Zealand,and especially in developing countries.

Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a potentially life-threatening inflammatory disease of the pancreas,with clinical management determined by the severity of the ***,severity prediction,and prognosis assessment of AP typically involve the use of imaging technologies,such as computed tomography,magnetic resonance imaging,and ultrasound,and scoring systems,including Ranson,Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation II,and Bedside Index for Severity in AP *** tomography is considered the gold standard imaging modality for AP due to its high sensitivity and specificity,while magnetic resonance imaging and ultrasound can provide additional information on biliary obstruction and vascular *** systems utilize clinical and laboratory parameters to classify AP patients into mild,moderate,or severe categories,guiding treatment decisions,such as intensive care unit admission,early enteral feeding,and antibiotic *** the central role of imaging technologies and scoring systems in AP management,these methods have limitations in terms of accuracy,reproducibility,practicality and *** advancements of artificial intelligence(AI)provide new opportunities to enhance their performance by analyzing vast amounts of clinical and imaging *** algorithms can analyze large amounts of clinical and imaging data,identify scoring system patterns,and predict the clinical course of ***-based models have shown promising results in predicting the severity and mortality of AP,but further validation and standardization are required before widespread clinical *** addition,understanding the correlation between these three technologies will aid in developing new methods that can accurately,sensitively,and specifically be used in the diagnosis,severity prediction,and prognosis assessment of AP through complementary advantages.

Regulating Individual Actions of Professional Vegetable Farmers by Administrative Measures

In individual production of professional vegetable farmers in Shandong Province,there are problems of inadequate standardization and lack of supervision influencing quality safety of vegetable. In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the feasibility of regulating individual actions of professional vegetable farmers by administrative measures. It is partly because of imperfect laws and regulations and partly because of Shandong Province satisfying applicable conditions of regulating individual actions of professional vegetable farmers by administrative measures. On the basis of these,it comes up with following recommendations: ( 1) in professional vegetable planting regions,townships should set up vegetable quality and safety committee; ( 2) villages should establish " five vegetable farmer households mutual assistance and joint guarantee system" for vegetable quality and safety; ( 3) it should implement vegetable real-name system and traceability system; ( 4) it should implement vegetable farmer training system.

Nowadays E-learning as a form of learning depending on networks and computer devices has been expanding by leaps and bounds. As a special kind of E-learning, M-learning (mobile learning) aims at the use of mobile devices anywhere at anytime by anybody. In this paper, the technologies to develop a M-learning system are deeply analyzed according to the layer model at first. Then, from the view of application, the standardization in M-learning is researched in order to accelerate the development and popularization of M-learning. Finally, quality estimation of M-learning system is discussed from the view of QoE (quality of experiences). The experience form end-user is the sole effective norm to judge the result of M-learning technology. It is no doubt that technologies, standardization and evaluation will play very important parts in the course of M-learning development.

The diagnostic rules of peripheral lung cancer preliminary study based on data mining technique

Objective： To discuss the clinical and imaging diagnostic rules of peripheral lung cancer by data mining technique, and to explore new ideas in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer, and to obtain early-stage technology and knowledge support of computer-aided detecting （CAD）. Methods： 58 cases of peripheral lung cancer confirmed by clinical pathology were collected. The data were imported into the database after the standardization of the clinical and CT findings attributes were identified. The data was studied comparatively based on Association Rules （AR） of the knowledge discovery process and the Rough Set （RS） reduction algorithm and Genetic Algorithm（GA） of the generic data analysis tool （ROSETTA）, respectively. Results： The genetic classification algorithm of ROSETTA generates 5 000 or so diagnosis rules. The RS reduction algorithm of Johnson＇s Algorithm generates 51 diagnosis rules and the AR algorithm generates 123 diagnosis rules. Three data mining methods basically consider gender, age, cough, location, lobulation sign, shape, ground-glass density attributes as the main basis for the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer. Conclusion： These diagnosis rules for peripheral lung cancer with three data mining technology is same as clinical diagnostic rules, and these rules also can be used to build the knowledge base of expert system. This study demonstrated the potential values of data mining technology in clinical imaging diagnosis and differential diagnosis.

Environmental sustainability issues and the costs of new power generation and transmission have increased the interest in evolving current power grid to new technologies. The Smart Grid is a promising technology, since it allows a distributed computing approach with potentials for self-diagnosing/-healing, reliable multi-user communication and fast hard real-time control. However, the missing standardization associated with heterogeneity of legacy systems and wide-area service demands, makes very challenging to adopt Smart Grid in a cost-effective way. By considering this, we propose the Session-Oriented Communication System (SOCSys) to overcome the above issues by enhancing Smart Grid with truly reliable and robust capabilities over heterogeneous environments. SOCSys achieves this goal by orchestrating session-control with innovative network-centric facilities operating over a wireless mesh Information Network compliant with IEEE 802.11e/s standard. The simulation results show that SOCSys improved network performance in terms of bandwidth utilization and minimization of delay, while consuming low network resources. Graphical analyses showed that SOCSys supported multimedia sessions with excellent quality, where it outperforms the experiments with regular settings.

Gastric cancer is closely related to the stomach microbiota,especially Helicobacter *** reports and clinical studies have shown that microbial behavior in the stomach may lead to pathological changes in the gastrointestinal tract of the host,which ultimately leads to the production and development of gastric *** review outlines the major pathogenic processes of Helicobacter pylori in the stomach,specifically focusing on Cag A,Vac A,inflammatory pathways and oxidative *** addition,we describe the effects of some non-Helicobacter pylori factors,such as other microbiota,alcohol,and tobacco,on the carcinogenesis induced by Helicobacter *** effects of family history are also taken into *** hope that understanding the stomach microbiota will make it possible to more easily prevent,detect and treat gastric cancer.
