:Social media data are rapidly increasing and constitute a source of user opinions and tips on a wide range of products and *** increasing availability of such big data on biased reviews and blogs creates challenges for customers and businesses in reviewing all content in their decision-making *** overcome this challenge,extracting suggestions from opinionated text is a possible *** this study,the characteristics of suggestions are analyzed and a suggestion mining extraction process is presented for classifying suggestive sentences from online customers’reviews.A classification using a word-embedding approach is used via the XGBoost *** two datasets used in this experiment relate to online hotel reviews and Microsoft Windows App studio discussion reviews.F1,precision,recall,and accuracy scores are *** results demonstrated that the XGBoost classifier outperforms—with an accuracy of more than 80%.Moreover,the results revealed that suggestion keywords and phrases are the predominant features for suggestion ***,this study contributes to knowledge and practice by comparing feature extraction classifiers and identifying XGBoost as a better suggestion mining process for identifying online reviews.

An invasive biopsy followed by histological staining is the benchmark for pathological diagnosis of skin *** process is cumbersome and time-consuming,often leading to unnecessary biopsies and *** noninvasive optical technologies such as reflectance confocal microscopy(RCM)can provide label-free,cellular-level resolution,in vivo images of skin without performing a *** RCM is a useful diagnostic tool,it requires specialized training because the acquired images are grayscale,lack nuclear features,and are difficult to correlate with tissue ***,we present a deep learning-based framework that uses a convolutional neural network to rapidly transform in vivo RCM images of unstained skin into virtually-stained hematoxylin and eosin-like images with microscopic resolution,enabling visualization of the epidermis,dermal-epidermal junction,and superficial dermis *** network was trained under an adversarial learning scheme,which takes ex vivo RCM images of excised unstained/label-free tissue as inputs and uses the microscopic images of the same tissue labeled with acetic acid nuclear contrast staining as the ground *** show that this trained neural network can be used to rapidly perform virtual histology of in vivo,label-free RCM images of normal skin structure,basal cell carcinoma,and melanocytic nevi with pigmented melanocytes,demonstrating similar histological features to traditional histology from the same excised *** application of deep learning-based virtual staining to noninvasive imaging technologies may permit more rapid diagnoses of malignant skin neoplasms and reduce invasive skin biopsies.

Purpose-The purpose of this paper is to present an empirical study on the effect of two synthetic attributes to popular classification algorithms on data originating from student *** attributes represent past performance achievements in a course,which are defined as global performance(GP)and local performance(LP).GP of a course is an aggregated performance achieved by all students who have taken this course,and LP of a course is an aggregated performance achieved in the prerequisite courses by the student taking the ***/methodology/approach-The paper uses Educational Data Mining techniques to predict student performance in courses,where it identifies the relevant attributes that are the most key influencers for predicting the final grade(performance)and reports the effect of the two suggested attributes on the classification *** a research paradigm,the paper follows Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining using RapidMiner studio software *** classification algorithms are experimented:C4.5 and CART Decision Trees,Naive Bayes,k-neighboring,rule-based induction and support vector ***-The outcomes of the paper show that the synthetic attributes have positively improved the performance of the classification algorithms,and also they have been highly ranked according to their influence to the target ***/value-This paper proposes two synthetic attributes that are integrated into real data *** key motivation is to improve the quality of the data and make classification algorithms perform *** paper also presents empirical results showing the effect of these attributes on selected classification algorithms.

This paper presents the design and analysis of a miniaturized and novel wearable ultra-wideband(UWB)band-notch textile antenna for Body Area Networks(BANs).The major goal of building the antenna for wearable applications with band notch in X-band is to reject the downlink band(7.25 to 7.75 GHz)of satellite communication in the UWB frequency ranges of 3.1–10.6 GHz to keep away from *** Simulation Technology(CST)TM Microwave studio,which is user-friendly and reliable,was used to model and simulate the *** radiating element of the antenna is designed on Jeans’textile substrate,which has a relative permittivity of *** thickness of the jeans’fabric substrate has been considered to be 1 *** loss,gain,bandwidth,impedance,radiation,and total efficiency,and radiation patterns are presented and *** antenna is simulated placed on the three layers of the human body model,and the on-body results are summarized in comparison with free *** and analysis indicate that this antenna has good band-notch characteristics in the frequency range of 7.25 GHz to 7.75 *** parametric study varying the relative permittivity of Jeans’fabric substrate of this antenna is also *** addition,effects on the antenna parameters of variation of ground plane size have been *** antenna is 25 mm×16 mm×1.07 mm in total *** reveal that this antenna achieves the design goal and performs well both in free space and on the body.

The paper discusses the importance of computer as a supporting approach in architecture. This approach is expected to foster the students＇ design skills in design studios. The approach is an educational tool for tutors that could guide the students and increase their creativity in their design. It considers the concepts and the practice of digital architectural design that influence architectural education. The approach is a catalyst for creativity, experimentation, critical thinking and the sustained growth of creative communities. The core of design studio is the notions, methods and skills of digital architectural design. The instruments used for this research was an investigation that made for the work of the fourth year students designs at the architectural department at University of Jordan, by testing design process and product of students＇ work： first using manual skills, and then using computer-aided programs. The results revealed that the computer-based design approach was able to foster students＇ design skills as well as to develop their creativity in design. Ninety-one percent of 44 students were found improved in design process using computer-based approach that depends on computer programs. This was done in design studio by improving students＇ way of thinking, developing their abilities to direct their own learning and pushing them for new definitions in developing their future work.
