The two-way interaction between smart grid and customers will continuously play an important role in enhan-cing the overall efficiency of the green and low-carbon electric power industry and properly accommodating intermittent renewable energy *** far,the existing electricity pricing mechanisms hardly match the technical properties of smart grid;neither can they facilitate increasing end users participating in the electri-city *** this paper,several relevant models and novel methods are proposed for pricing scheme design as well as to achieve optimal decision-makings for market participants,in which the mechanisms behind are com-patible with demand response operation of end users in the smart *** electric vehicles and prosumers are jointly considered by complying with the technical constraints and intrinsic economic *** on the demand response of controllable loads,the real-time pricing,rewarding pricing and insurance pricing methods are proposed for the retailers and their bidding decisions for the wholesale market are also presented to increase the penetration level of renewable *** proposed demand response oriented electricity pricing scheme can provide some useful operational references on the cooperative operation of controllable loads and renewable energy through the feasible retail and wholesale market pricing methods,and thereby enhancing the development of the low-carbon energy system.

Flexible Load Participation in Peaking Shaving and Valley Filling Based on Dynamic Price Incentives

Considering the widening of the peak-valley difference in the power grid and the difficulty of the existing fixed time-of-use electricity price mechanism in meeting the energy demand of heterogeneous users at various moments or motivating users,the design of a reasonable dynamic pricing mechanism to actively engage users in demand response becomes imperative for power grid *** this purpose,a power grid-flexible load bilevel model is constructed based on dynamic pricing,where the leader is the dispatching center and the lower-level flexible load acts as the ***,an upper-level day-ahead dispatching model for the power grid is established,considering the lowest power grid dispatching cost as the objective function and incorporating the power grid-side ***,the lower level comprehensively considers the load characteristics of industrial load,energy storage,and data centers,and then establishes a lower-level flexible load operation model with the lowest user power-consuming cost as the objective ***,the proposed method is validated using the IEEE-118 system,and the findings indicate that the dynamic pricing mechanism for peaking shaving and valley filling can effectively guide users to respond actively,thereby reducing the peak-valley difference and decreasing users’purchasing costs.

Railway power system is an inseparable part of the power system,therefore,the intelligent architecture of the railway power system should also be focused *** unique power supply characteristics of the railway power system are analyzed and integrated railway smart grid architecture based on energy routers is ***,three corresponding resilient mode control methods are suggested for the proposed *** the fourth section,a simulation model corresponding to the resilient control mode is built and the simulation results prove the feasibility of the proposed control ***,for the novel network-connected backbone router(NCBR),a 1000 kVA,27.5/10 kV NCBR engineering prototype is used to prove its effectiveness in practical ***,a differentiation analysis is given,followed by conclusions regarding the traditional power system and proposed system.

Space Charge Characteristics of Oil-paper Insulation with New Paper and Aged Oil

Oil-paper compound insulation has been widely used in power transformers for quite a long time because of its good performances. The insulation gradually degrades under combined thermal, electrical and chemical stresses during routine operations, mainly because of space charges inside. This work investigated the space charge characteristics in oil-paper insulation under oil aging circumstance. New trans- former oil samples are thermally aged to obtain different aging states, and their physical and chemical properties are analyzed. New Kraft papers are dried in vacuum and fully immersed in these different aged oil samples, and three kinds of oil-paper samples are obtained. We use the pulsed electro-acoustic (PEA) method to measure space charge under both DC voltage-on and voltage-off conditions at room temperature. The effect of oil aging state on characteristics of space charge injection, accumulation, and decay is analyzed and discussed. The results show that comparing with the DC voltage-off condition, more charges are injected into samples at the interface of electrode and dielectric when DC voltage is on. When the oil-aged state gets worse, more charges are induced at both cathode and anode, more space charges are accumulated in the bulk, the area of negative charges is larger, and local electric field is distorted more seriously. Moreover, for the voltage-off condition, aged oil is good for space charge decay, and trapped positive space charges decay faster than trapped negative charges.

Pipeline network of oil fi eld water is established on the basis of GIS geographic information and SCADA platform, and monitorthe running state of water supply system in oil fi eld mining area in real time through data acquisition, instrument measurement and control,wireless network, water quantity, water pressure and other on-line monitoring equipment. The water supply system is formed, and the informationof mass water supply system is analyzed and processed in a timely manner. The system manages the entire production, management and serviceprocesses of the water supply system in a dynamic manner in order to ensure water supply safety management, and realize the modernization,intelligence and information mode operation of the water supply system in the mining area.

Energy partition in laser-induced cavitation bubbles near the rigid wall with a gas-containing hole

To investigate the energy partition in laser-induced cavitation bubbles near the rigid wall with a gas-containing hole,we utilized a nanosecond resolution photography system based on a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser and conventional industrial camera to carefully observe the transient process of bubble collapse near the rigid wall with a gas-containing *** analyzed the generation of collapse microjets and the emission of collapse shock *** found that the cavitation bubble near the rigid wall with a gas-containing hole collapsed at different times and space,and produced various types of shock *** on the far field pressure information of the shock waves measured by hydrophone,the energy of the shock waves generated by the bubble collapse near the rigid wall with a gas-containing hole is calculated for the first *** results show that the ratio of collapse shock wave energy to bubble energy is approximately between 0.7 and 0.8.

A general alternate loading technique and its applications in the inverse designs of centrifugal and mixed-flow pump impellers

For the inverse designs of centrifugal and mixed-flow pump impellers,clarifying the generation process of secondary flows and putting forward corresponding suppression measures is an important approach to improve the impeller *** this paper,to provide a better qualitative insight into the generation mechanism of secondary flows in the impeller,a simple kinematic equation is derived based on the ideal assumptions,which indicates that the potential rothalpy gradient(PRG)is the most important dynamic source that actively induces secondary vortical *** by the natural adverse PRG on the S1 and S2 stream surfaces,two typical secondary flows,H-S and P-S secondary flows,are clearly *** specially suppress these typical secondary flows,a general alternate loading technique(GALT)is proposed,aiming to adjust the real blade loadingδp to control the PRG *** the blade fore part,theδp on the hub streamline should be slowly increased to avoid breakneck growth of the potential rothalpy to reduce adverse streamwise PRG on the S2 *** the blade middle part,theδp should be moderately decreased to reduce adverse streamwise PRG on the S1 *** the blade aft part,the difference in theδp between the shroud and hub streamlines should be decreased faster to control the exit *** applying the GALT to the impeller designs of three typical pump types in hydraulic engineering,the organizational effect of the PRG on fundamental flow structures is *** GALT can effectively control the PRG distributions and suppress the secondary flows,thereby widening the pump’s high-efficiency zone,improving flow uniformity and suppressing pressure *** with the current Z-G method and the ALT,the GALT can meet the requirements of"de-experience"better,thereby enabling the designers to obtain good products explicitly and quickly.

An efcient approach for yard crane(YC)scheduling is proposed in this *** definition of task group for YC scheduling is proposed.A mixed integer programming(MIP)model is *** the model,objective functions are subject to the minimization of the total delay of complete time for all task groups and the minimization of block-to-block movements of *** to the computational scale of the non-deterministic polynomial(NP)complete problem regarding YC scheduling,a rolling-horizon decision-making strategy is employed to solve this problem,by converting the MIP model into another MIP model in the scheduling of each rolling ***,a heuristic algorithm based on modified A*search is developed to solve the converted model and obtain near optimal ***,the computational experiments are used to examine the performance of the proposed approach for YC scheduling.
