Al2O3+13wt%TiO2 (AT13) particles were doped with 5%～30% nanoparticles and prefabricating powders were prepared by renewed granulation. AT13 coatings were prepared on the surface of steel 45# by air plasma spraying technique with the prefabricating powders. The microstructures of the AT13 prefabricating powders and the resulting coatings were investigated by SEM and EDS and XRD. The samples were undergone corrosion in the medium of 10% H2SO4 aqueous solution at temperature 80℃. The results indicate that the blistering time of coatings in the corrosive medium was increased with the increase of doped nanoparticle concentration while the time from blistering to spalling is independent of nanoparticle concentration. The results revealed that the structure of prefabricating powders was a twisted micrometer grade particle with dimension of 40-60μm, encapsulated by nanoparticles. The homogeneity of element distribution in coatings was improved and porosity was reduced. The phases of (Al2O3) 5.333 and orthorhombic Al2TiO5 were identified . The fracture analysis confirmed that there is a large amount of vermiculate whiskers with diameter of 10nm and length of 100～200 nm in coatings and the fracture type of coatings was the ductile trans-granular fracture.

We propose a six-parameter exponential-type potential (SPEP), which has been shown to be a shape-invariant potential with a translation of parameters. For this reducible potential, the exact energy levels are obtained byusing the supersymmetric shape invariance technique. Choosing appropriate parameters, four classes of exponential-typepotentials and their exact energy spectra are reduced from the SPEP and a general energy level formula, *** class shows the identity except for the different definitions of parameters.

The X56 steel samples was corroded in the medium of salt water solution at the conditions of CO2 partial pressure POM 0.5 to 2.0 MPa, temperature 80 °C and flow rate 1.4m/s. Corrosion weigh loss, composition and structure, morphology and phase of corrosion films of the samples were investigate by SEM, EDS, XRD and XPS. The results indicated that the corrosion degree was accelerated with increasing POM ? The intense localised corrosion occurred on the surface of samples. The corrosion films mainly comprised of FeCO3 and complex phase products (Fe, Ca....)COj. There exists serious pitting on the metal substrates under the corrosion film. The theoretic and experimental analyses indicate this is caused by existed micropores or micro holes in films, which have the function of mass transportation.

Coalbed methane is an unconventional gas resource and its special storage andmigration laws need a series of evaluations and predictions. By analyzing the flowingcharacteristics of coalbed methane reservoir and using the known results for the dynamic predictionof natural gas reservoir, a three-dimensional mathematical model for the two-phase flow in coalbedmethane reservoir was established. In this model the Langmuir isothermal adsorption law, the firstFick law and the second Fick law were applied to consider the absorption and diffusion of coalbedmethane. The governing equations were discrctized in a finite-difference form, and a full-implicitsimulator (CBM- GW3D) for three-dimensional two-phase flow was developed. The field data of coalbedmethane wells located at Liupanshui, Guizhou was used to verify the reliability of this model. Thispaper also presented the result of the sensitivity analysis for some factors. And this result provedthe reliability and validity of this model.

An algorithm is introduced in this paper for the synthesis of randomly layered earth models. Under the assumption that the layering and the physical parameters for a layer are random variables with truncated normal distributions, random numbers sampled from the distributions can be used to construct the layered structure and determine physical parameters for the layers. To demonstrate its application, random models were synthesized for the modelling of seismic ground motion amplification of a site with uncertainties in its model parameters.

In this paper, the synthesis process of TiC+TiN multiple films on super-low-carbon stainless steels is reported. The TiC layer is coated as the first layer in the multiple film, the change of growth rate of the film on the 316L Stainless steel is not same as the one on carbides substrates, while the mole ratio of CRi to TiCLi (mCH/TiCl4) is changed from 1.2 to 2.0. The Ti [C, N], as a kind of inter-layer between TiC and TiN layers, is helpful to improve the adhesion between the TiC and TiN layer. The cooling rate greatly influences the quality of the adhesion between the TiC+TiN film and substrates.
