This paper investigates the stability analysis and antiwindup design problem for a class of discrete-time switched linear systems with time-varying norm-bounded uncertainties and saturating actuators by using the switched Lyapunov function approach. Supposing that a set of linear dynamic output controllers have been designed to stabilize the switched system without considering its input saturation, we design antiwindup compensation gains in order to enlarge the domain of attraction of the closed-loop system in the presence of saturation. Then, in terms of a sector condition, the antiwindup compensation gains which aim to maximize the estimation of domain of attraction of the closed-loop system are presented by solving a convex optimization problem with linear matrix inequality （LMI） constraints. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method.

This paper is concerned with the robust fault detection filter （RFDF） design for a class of linear time- invariant systems （LTISs） with output state time delays. Although existing results in literatures study the RFDF for time- delay systems, few is concerned with the output state time-delay systems. The basic idea of our study is to eliminate the time delays of system and transform it to a delay-free system （i.e., a linear time-invariant system without time delays） by the bicausal change of coordinates approach. Then, we design the RFDF for the delay-free LTIS, which is equivalent to the original system with time delays. We first introduce a class of systems with output state time delays, whose fault can be detected by using the RFDF design approach for delay-free systems. Then, since the RFDF design problem can be formulated as a standard H-infinity-model matching problem, it is solved by using H-infinity-optimization LMI techniques. In the last, the adaptive threshold of fault detection is chosen and an illustrative design example is used to demonstrate the validity of the design approach.

This paper investigates global disturbance rejection for switched nonlinear systems where the solvability of the disturbance rejection problem for subsystems is not assumed. The disturbances are assumed to be sinusoidal with completely unknown frequencies, phases and amplitudes. First, as an extension of the classic concept of internal model for non-switched systems, a new concept of switched internal model is proposed. Second, in order to solve the problem in question, an adaptive control methodology is established on the basis of the multiple Lyapunov functions method. Also, adaptive state-feedback controllers of subsystems are designed and incorporated with a switching law to asymptotically reject the unknown disturbances.

In this paper, we study a class of networked switched fuzzy systems, which switched plants with the controllers connected by limited bandwidth communication channels, network induced delay and packet dropout happened inevitably. Using the parallel distributed compensation （PDC） method, we design a switched fuzzy controller to stabilize the closed-loop system. Meanwhile, free-weighting matrix has been taken to deal with the delay and packet dropout cased by network. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Micro-quadrotor usually equips with lightweight sensors due to its limited payload. In this paper, an odometry estimation method based on 2D laser scanner and monocular vision is proposed to solve the pose estimation problem of micro-quadrotor flying robot in indoor environments. This method firstly detects and matches image features of current and previous frames to get all feature correspondences to calculate the monocular odometry. Then, laser scans are transformed into image coordinate system using sensor calibration parameters. After that, the unknown translation scale of monocular odometry is determined by using triangulation. At the same time, line features of laser scans are extracted and the line angle histogram is computed. If the angle distribution is wide enough, which means it is likely to be in a structural environment, a scan matching algorithm is used to calculate the laser odometry. Finally, estimation results based on the two different sensors are fused by using weighted average method. Experiment results show that the proposed method can recover the trajectory of the robot robustly and accurately. The close loop error is less than 1% for a 64 m loop around indoor corridor.

This paper addresses an optimal, cooperative output regulation problem for multi-agent systems with distributed denial of service attacks and unknown system dynamics. Unlike existing studies, the proposed solution is essentially a learning-based control strategy such that one can obtain a distributed control policy with internal models through online data and analyze the resilience of closed-loop systems, both without the precise knowledge of system dynamics in the state-space model. The efficiency of the proposed methodology is validated using computer simulations.

A method for solving the winner determination problem （WDP） in multi-attribute procurement auctions is proposed, based on technical and business experts＇ evaluation information. Firstly, on the background of procurements in China, a multi-attribute pro- curement auction mechanism is presented, where technical and business experts participate in the bid evaluation. Then, the concept of TOPSIS is used to determine the positive and negative ideal points of the WDP according to bid prices, the technical and business experts＇ evaluation information. Further, the closeness coefficient of each bidder （candidate supplier） is obtained by calculating the distances to the positive and negative ideal points. Thus, the winning supplier can be determined according to the closeness coefficients. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the use of the proposed method.
