Present of wind power is sporadically and cannot be utilized as the only fundamental load of energy *** paper proposes a wind-solar hybrid energy storage system(HESS)to ensure a stable supply grid for a longer period.A multi-objective genetic algorithm(MOGA)and state of charge(SOC)region division for the batteries are introduced to solve the objective function and configuration of the system capacity,***/Simulink was used for simulation *** optimization results show that for a 0.5 MW wind power and 0.5 MW photovoltaic system,with a combination of a 300 Ah lithium battery,a 200 Ah lead-acid battery,and a water storage tank,the proposed strategy reduces the system construction cost by approximately 18,000 ***,the cycle count of the electrochemical energy storage systemincreases from4515 to 4660,while the depth of discharge decreases from 55.37%to 53.65%,achieving shallow charging and discharging,thereby extending battery life and reducing grid voltage fluctuations *** proposed strategy is a guide for stabilizing the grid connection of wind and solar power generation,capability allocation,and energy management of energy conservation systems.

During the highly transient process of the direct-start in a four-cylinder GDI engine,each cylinder exhibits specific characteristics in terms of in-cylinder conditions and energy demands,necessitating different control for each ***,recent studies have paid insufficient attention to cylinders other than the first starting *** paper proposes a comprehensive control strategy based on experimental data from the direct-start process of the second,third,and fourth cylinders,aiming to enhance the characteristics of combustion and emission performance through the optimization of injection timing,equivalence ratio,and ignition *** research findings indicate that the second cylinder should inject fuel approximately 10 ms after the first cylinder ignites to mix thoroughly the fuel with *** ignition timing of the second cylinder should be close to the highest point of the piston movement to minimize hindrance to the piston compression *** third and fourth cylinders should adopt a delayed injection timing strategy to prevent the escape of injected fuel caused by low engine *** optimal ignition timing for the third cylinder is 20℃A BTDC,while the fourth cylinder should be ignited earlier due to its stronger airflow and faster formation of a mixture that can be *** the fuel injection quantity increases,the power output of the three cylinders enhances,but at the same time,emissions also ***,their optimal equivalence ratios are determined as 1.2,1.4,and 1.2,respectively,striking a balance between combustion and emission performances.

Self-reporting hypoxia-responsive supramolecular phototheranostic nanomaterials based on AIEgen and azocalixarene

关键词： Hypoxia is a significant feature in most of solid tumors. Hence, developing hypoxia-responsive phototheranostic system is still a challenge. In this contribution, a supramolecular assembly strategy based on sulfonate-functionalized azocalixarene(SAC4A)and cationic aggregation-induced emission photosensitizer(namely TPA-H) was proposed for hypoxia-responsive bioimaging and photodynamic therapy(PDT). Upon supramolecular complexation of TPA-H and SAC4A through electrostatic interaction,the fluorescence and reactive oxygen species(ROS) generation of TPA-H were largely inhibited. In hypoxic tumors, the azo group of SAC4A can be reduced to aniline derivative and release the included TPA-H to recover its pristine fluorescence and ROS. Interestingly, the free TPA-H undergoes cell membrane-to-mitochondria translocation during cell imaging, achieving a real-time self-reporting PDT system. In vivo tumor imaging and therapy reveal that this as-prepared supramolecular complexes have good biosafety and efficient antitumor activity under hypoxia. Such hypoxia-responsive supramolecular photosensitizer system will enrich image-guided photodynamic therapy.

Two 50-μm Mo wires in parallel used as a Z-pinch load are electrically exploded with a pulsed current rising to 275 kA in 125 ns and their explosion processes are backlighted using an X-pinch as an x-ray source. The backlighting images show clearly the processes similar to those occurring in the initial stages of a cylindrical wire-array Z-pinch, including the electric explosion of single wires characterised by the dense wire cores surrounded by a low-density coronal plasma, the expansion of the exploding wire, the sausage instability （m = 0） in the coronal plasma around each wire, the motion of the coronal plasma as well as the wire core toward the current centroid, the formation of the precursor plasma column with a twist structure something like that of higher mode instability, especially the kink instability （m = 1）.

There exists a large class of nonlinear systems with uncertainties, such as hydrau- lic turbine governors, whose robust control problem is hard to solve by means of the existing robust control approaches. For this class of systems, this work pre- sents a dynamic extending H∞ controller via both differential geometry and H∞ the- ory. Furthermore, based on differential game theory, it has been verified that the proposed control strategy has robustness in the sense that the disturbance can be attenuated effectively because the L2-gain from the disturbance input to the regu- lation output signal could be reduced to any given level. Thirdly, a robust control strategy for hydraulic turbine governor is designed according to the proposed ex- tending H∞ control method, and has been developed into a real control equipment. Finally the field experiments are carried out which show clearly that the developed control equipment can enhance transient stability of power systems more effec- tively than the conventional controller.

The liquid supply system of coal face in underground coal mine provides high pressure and large flow hydraulic power for hydraulic support, and its performance and reliability are the key to the safe, intelligent and efficient work of fully mechanized mining equipment. In order to further ensure the safety of coal face support and ensure the following speed of hydraulic support, summarizing the development status of liquid supply system and refining the key technology requirements and development direction of intelligent liquid supply system is the primary link to realize the performance improvement of high-power liquid supply system. Based on the background of high power and intelligent development of hydraulic support liquid supply system, the configuration and working principle of high power liquid supply system of hydraulic support are systematically summarized and analyzed, and the pressure stabilization control methods of various pump control and valve control configurations are discussed and compared. Focusing on the requirements of pressure and flow continuous control of high-power liquid supply system, the characteristics of pilot drive, structural principle and working parameters of high-pressure, large-flow and high-water-based proportional unloading valves and proportional flow valves in related studies are analyzed and compared, and the key and difficult points in high-pressure, large-flow and high-water-based continuous control valve are pointed out. Aiming at the modeling of power transfer link and pressure stabilization control method of long pipeline supporting accurate control of liquid supply on demand, the practical significance of unsteady flow mechanical modeling method of long pipeline of hydraulic support is discussed, and the pressure stabilization control strategy and method of strong time-varying liquid supply system oriented to periodic composite action of hydraulic support are summarized and compared. Under dynamic conditions, the signals of power system have time-varying magnitude and frequency, which might lead to considerable errors for synchrophasor measurement. The traditional discrete Fourier transform (DFT) based algorithms used in Phasor Measurement Unit (PMU) are hard to meet the requirements of measurement accuracy because of the existence of spectral leakage. A dynamic phasor measurement algorithm is proposed in this paper in which the input sampled data are considered as non-stationary signals with amplitude modulation-frequency modulation (AM-FM) form, and the measurement is achieved by AM-FM demodulation. An angle-shifted energy operator (ASEO) is used to extract the instantaneous amplitude and low pass differential filter is introduced for frequency estimation. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm can effectively improve the phasor measurement accuracy and has very short response time for PMU under dynamic conditions.

Wind power plants(WPPs)are increasingly mandated to provide temporary frequency support to power systems during contingencies involving significant power ***,the frequency support capabilities of WPPs under derated operations remain insufficiently investigated,highlighting the potential for further improvement of the frequency *** paper proposes a bi-level optimized temporary frequency support(OTFS)strategy for a *** implementation of the OTFS strategy is collaboratively accomplished by individual wind turbine(WT)controllers and the central WPP ***,to exploit the frequency support capability of WTs,the stable operational region of WTs is expanded by developing a novel dynamic power control approach in WT *** approach synergizes the WTs'temporary frequency support with the secondary frequency control of synchronous generators,enabling WTs to release more kinetic energy without causing a secondary frequency ***,a model predictive control strategy is developed for the WPP *** strategy ensures that multiple WTs operating within the expanded stable region are coordinated to minimize the magnitude of the frequency drop through efficient kinetic energy ***,comprehensive case studies are conducted on a real-time simulation platform to validate the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.
