The denoising of microseismic signals is a prerequisite for subsequent analysis and *** this research,a new microseismic signal denoising algorithm called the Black Widow Optimization Algorithm(BWOA)optimized VariationalMode Decomposition(VMD)jointWavelet Threshold Denoising(WTD)algorithm(BVW)is *** BVW algorithm integrates VMD and WTD,both of which are optimized by ***,this algorithm utilizes VMD to decompose the microseismic signal to be denoised into several Band-Limited IntrinsicMode Functions(BLIMFs).Subsequently,these BLIMFs whose correlation coefficients with the microseismic signal to be denoised are higher than a threshold are selected as the effective mode functions,and the effective mode functions are denoised using WTD to filter out the residual low-and intermediate-frequency ***,the denoised microseismic signal is obtained through *** ideal values of VMD parameters and WTD parameters are acquired by searching with BWOA to achieve the best VMD decomposition performance and solve the problem of relying on experience and requiring a large workload in the application of the WTD *** outcomes of simulated experiments indicate that this algorithm is capable of achieving good denoising performance under noise of different intensities,and the denoising performance is significantly better than the commonly used VMD and Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD)*** BVW algorithm is more efficient in filtering noise,the waveform after denoising is smoother,the amplitude of the waveform is the closest to the original signal,and the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)and the root mean square error after denoising are more *** case based on Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine shows that for microseismic signals with different intensities of noise monitored on-site,compared with VMD and EMD,the BVW algorithm ismore efficient in filtering noise,and the SNR after denoising is higher.

A New Modification of Tellurite Phosphate:β-Te3O3(PO4)2

A new modification of tellurite phosphate, β-Te3O3（PO4）2, has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n（No. 14）, with a = 11.115（5）, b = 4.7033（19）, c = 17.287（7）？, β = 106.086（5）°, V = 868.3（6）？3, Z = 4, P2 Te3 O11, Mr = 620.74, Dc = 4.748 g/cm3, μ（Mo Kα） = 10.438 mm–1 and F（000） = 1096. The final full-matrix least-squares refinement converged to R = 0.0227, wR = 0.0534 for 1984 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ（I）, and R = 0.0240, w R = 0.0540 for all data（2070） and S = 1.117. β-Te3O3（PO4）2 is polymorphic with the known α-Te3O3（PO4）2（Weil H. M. et al. Z. Anorg. Allg. Chem. 2003, 629, 1068-1072）. The crystal structure of β-Te3O3（PO4）2 features a three-dimensional（3D） network composed of Te6 O2220-hexanuclear clusters interconnected by PO4 groups. Te6 O22 hexanuclear cluster is built from three Te2 O8 dimers（edge-sharing TeO5 square pyramids） linked to each via sharing O-corners. The structure difference between α-and β-forms of Te3O3（PO4）2 lies in the polymerization of tellurite oxides TenOm. 1D infinite 1∞{[Te3 O11]10-} single chains are presented in α-Te3O3（PO4）2, while 0D discrete Te6 O22 hexanuclear clusters are observed for β-Te3O3（PO4）2. Moreover, thermal analyses, infrared spectra and UV-Vis-NIR diffuse reflectance are also presented.

In the past few decades,microbubble flotation has been widely studied in the separation and beneficiation of fine *** with conventional flotation,microbubble flotation has obvious advantages,such as high grade and recovery and low consumption of flotation *** work systematically reviews the latest advances and research progress in the flotation of fine mineral particles by *** general,microbubbles have small bubble size,large specific surface area,high surface energy,and good selectivity and can also easily be attached to the surface of hydrophobic particles or large bubbles,greatly reducing the detaching probability of particles from *** can be prepared by pressurized aeration and dissolved air,electrolysis,ultrasonic cavitation,photocatalysis,solvent exchange,temperature difference method(TDM),and Venturi tube and membrane ***,equipment for fine-particle flotation is categorized as microbubble release flotation machine,centrifugal flotation column,packed flotation column,and magnetic flotation *** practice,microbubble flotation has been widely studied in the beneficiation of ultrafine coals,metallic minerals,and nonmetallic minerals and exhibited superiority over conventional flotation *** underpinning the promotion of fine-particle flotation by nanobubbles include the agglomeration of fine particles,high stability of nanobubbles in aqueous solutions,and enhancement of particle hydrophobicity and flotation dynamics.

The efficient utilization of low-grade scheelite with X-ray transmission sorting and mixed collectors

Nowadays,with the depletion of high-grade scheelite resources,the efficient exploitation of complex,low grade with complicated geological structure scheelite ore have to take into *** work introduces a feasible mineral processing method for the beneficiation of low grade and complex scheelite using the X-ray transmission(XRT) pre-concentration technology and mixed *** results of XRT sorting shown that 94.85% WO_(3) can be recovered with the discarding rate reached40.62%.The closed-circuit flotation of actual ore using mixed collector obtained scheelite concentrate of 61.09% WO_(3) grade with WO_(3) recovery of 89.49%.The combined flowsheet of XRT sorting and mixed collector brought about RMB 4.5 million yuan profit per year for the mine company.

Flotation separation of smithsonite from calcite is difficult due to their similar surface *** the present study,a reagent scheme of depressant calcium lignosulphonate(CLS) and collector benzyl hydroxamic acid(BHA) was introduced in the flotation of smithsonite from *** tests revealed that the efficient flotation of smithsonite from calcite could only be obtained with the addition order of BHA before CLS,which was opposite to the widely-used order that adding depressant prior to the *** zeta potential measurements indicated that BHA selectively adsorbed onto smithsonite surface,then not allowed the CLS adsorption onto the smithsonite surface rather than calcite surface because of the steric hindrance,thereby the smithsonite surface remained hydrophobic while calcite surface became more hydrophilic after the addition of *** a result,the calcite flotation was completely depressed while the smithsonite flotation recovery was still in high value,leading to the optimal flotation separation performance.

Enhanced recovery of zinc and lead by slag composition optimization in rotary kiln

High-efficiency recovery of Zn and Pb from silicon-rich zinc leaching residues is realized in a rotary *** by means of XRD,SEM,EDS and ICP reveal that the leaching residue contains 12.4 wt.%SiO_(2),16.1 wt.%Zn,and 7.4 wt.%*** analysis shows that metallic vapor of Zn and Pb can be easily generated from the zinc leaching residue at 1150-1250°C inside the rotary *** and melting points of 13 slag compositions were analyzed and three slag compositions(47wt.%SiO_(2)-23wt.%CaO-30wt.%FeO,40wt.%SiO_(2)-28wt.%CaO-32wt.%FeO,and 40wt.%SiO_(2)-30wt.%CaO-30wt.%FeO)possessed the desirable physical properties,with the melting point and viscosity in the range of 1150-1280°C and 0.2-0.5 Pa·s,*** industrial tests show that adopting the optimized slag composition can contribute to very high recovery rates of Zn and Pb(97.3%for Zn and 94.5%for Pb),corresponding to slags with very low average contents of Zn and Pb(0.51 wt.%Zn and 0.45 wt.%Pb).The National-Standard leaching tests of the water-quenched slags result in 1.82 mg/L Zn,~0.01 mg/L Cu,0.0004 mg/L As,~0.01 mg/L Cd,0.08 mg/L Pb,and~0.02 mg/L Hg in the leachate,verifying the detoxification of the zinc leaching residue at the same time.

Synthesis of novel thionocarbamate for copper-sulfur flotation separation and its adsorption mechanism

As a novel collector, O-isopropyl-N,N-diethyl thionocarbamate(IPDTC) was designed and synthesized for copper-sulfur flotation separation. Density functional theory calculations were performed to investigate the electronic structures of IPDTC. The results showed that IPDTC had higher energy of the highest occupied molecular orbital but lower electronegativity than O-isopropyl-N-ethyl thionocarbamate(Z-200). It was predicted that IPDTC had strong collection ability according to the reaction energy criteria. Flotation results demonstrated that the collecting ability of IPDTC to chalcopyrite and pyrite was stronger than that of Z-200. Then, the flotation mechanism was analyzed by measurements of surface tension, adsorption capacity, XPS, FTIR and zeta potential. These results indicated that IPDTC could reduce the solution surface tension. The adsorption capacity of IPDTC on chalcopyrite was higher than that on pyrite, consistent with the results of the flotation tests. FTIR, zeta potential and XPS results also demonstrated that IPDTC was strongly absorbed on the chalcopyrite surface by formation of Cu—S—C bonds, but showed a weak affinity on the pyrite surface.
